Management of Indebtedness in Selected Municipality

The presented diploma thesis called Management of Debt of a Selected City deals with the evaluation of the management and indebtedness of the statutory city of Zlín in years 2012-2016. The first part focuses on the theoretical principles and concepts which relate to this area. Subsequently, the work characterizes the statutory city of Zlín and analyses the economy, the indebtedness and the current situation of the city. At the end of this thesis there are proposed the possible measures leading to better debt management.

Bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the economy of the municipality Chlumec nad Cidlinou in chosen time from 2011 up to 2016. Thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines objectives and methodology of thesis. The second part includes theoretical bases. The thirds part contains basic information about the municipality, analysis of the current condition and evaluation of the economy of the municipality. In the fourth part are presented own proposals to improve the economy of the municipality.

The objectives of the work are to identify imperfections and drawbacks in wage costs with help of various indicators and on the basis of this to suggest appropriate recommendations on how to improve wage costs of the Enterprise.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the municipality economy of Nová Buková in 2004 – 2007. The aim of this work is analyses revenue and expenditure and to evalnate the municipality economy. Principally, the first part of the work is focused on theoretical municipality knowledge in the Czech Republic, the second part of the work comprises the basic information about Nová Buková municipality, municipal office and budget operation. The third part of the work analyses and evalnates the budget revenue and budget expenditure. The last part of the work comprises the recommendation for economy effectivity improvement of the municipality.
