The assessment of change in the water balance of Hačka catchment due to the climate change
Moravec, Vojtěch ; Hanel, Martin (advisor) ; Ladislav, Ladislav (referee)
In the presented paper the changes in mean runoff, temperature and precipitation totals in an observed period 1962-2015 in the catchment river Hačka are assessed. The paper further presents the analysis of climate change impact on mean runoff between the periods 1984-2014 (control period) and 2035-2065 and 2068-2098 (scenario periods) using the projections of three regional climate model simulations. Thin Plate Spline interpolation was used to estimate basin precipitation and temperature. Modified hydrological analogy was used for precise quantification of naturalized runoff (i.e. not affected by water use). Climate change scenarios were derived using simple delta change approach, i.e. observed series of precipitation and temperature were adjusted in order to give the same changes between the control and scenario period as regional climate model simulations. Hydrological balance was modelled with a conceptual hydrological model Bilan. The parameters of the hydrological model were estimated using observed data. These parameters were subsequently used to derive discharge series under climate change conditions for each regional climate model simulation. Results showed a 1.7 °C average increase in mean annual temperature in the scenario period 2035-2065 and a 2.8 °C average increase in the scenario period 2068-2098. The seasonal cycle of precipitation in the scenario conditions is shifted, although mean annual precipitation totals remain practically unchanged (max changes -8.1 %; +9.3 %). The mean annual discharge decreases by 5.7% in average (most 20.3 %) in period 2035-2065 and a significant decrease of 25.5% in average (most 45.9 %) in annual mean discharge is expected in the period 2068-2098. Frequency of minimal runoff is expected to increase up to two times. Precipitation increase is expected from the beginning of the fall to the beginning of the summer, with a slight decrease in spring. Increase in precipitation is followed by evapotranspiration increase, caused by increase in temperature. Summer precipitation is expected to decrease as well as summer runoff. Due to the temperature increase, time shift of the snowmelt is expected from the periods between March-April to January-February. This will also affect the increase of the discharge in this period. This knowledge can be applied in water management planning in the future.
Spring water fauna in selected areas of Lusatian mountains
Šindelářová, Kateřina ; Bílý, Michal (advisor) ; Ladislav, Ladislav (referee)
In the years 2015 2016 was examined in the Lusatian mountains 10 head where it sprang. In each of its fauna has been collected as bentická, as well as underground, and now in three series. Then there was the environment of each spring, which is bound by the occurrence of fauna. Were chemical and physical parameters. In 9 of the watch was continuously measured and the measured temperature of the individual chemical physical indicators. It was found that the environment springs from 2013 has changed significantly, so it is stable. The water that flows on the surface, here is clean and almost meets in terms of chemical ukazatelůnormy of drinking water. The source for all the circumstances today, is the same. The underground source of these sources comes from the period of coniaku and is very shallow. The composition of the benthic fauna is significantly changed from 2013, only changing the abundance of individuals. Once again managed to confirm the occurrence of the ploštěnky mountain (Crenobia alpina). By lapacích o.k., managed to remove fauna occurring in the groundwater. It was deep and.

Influence of feeding TMR Balance on milk yield of dairy cows in a selected breed
Pitrmucová, Dagmar ; Hučko, Boris (advisor) ; Ladislav, Ladislav (referee)
In this thesis, it was analysed the current nutrition of cattle especially in calves and cos, because nutrition plays a signifiant role in these categories, leading to the following high milk production. The content of the work is mainly focused on the nutrition of dairy cows and their performance when feeding different feed rations, which were presented to the time in the years 2013/2014 and 2015. Ration differed only in the administered of the product B, when TMR Balance from the time this was shot administered from May 2014. The observation took place on private agricultural farm in Podkrkonoší. The farm was observed a group of dairy cows, mostly Czech pied breed, which had a combined 34 pieces, 4 Holsteins and 30 Czech pied breed. The group of animals arrived in the feed ration years 2013/2014 without granulate TMR Balance B and the same group of dairy cows, then began to submit feed ration with granulate. Statistically are evaluated on the first lactation cows, which were given the first shot immediately after calving. A group of cows which was observed on the first lactation include 11 cows. The work was observed their performance according to the above data form performance tests conducted by the Bohemian- Moravian Association of breeders. On the basis of the results achieved can be stated, that the preparation of TMR Balance B added to the diet increased the productivity of dairy cows on the farm, because the settlement has occurred, the ration supply a sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals needed to produce more high - quality milk and better health of dairy cows. Milk yield of milk is according to achieved and evidence of the results of picking up on the 614,64 kg in 305 days of lactation, on the 802,91 kg in 200 days of lactation, on the 371,59 kg in 100 days of lactation. Demonstrated also increased the performance of the protein for the 28,93 kg.
