The subject of this diploma thesis is the building construction project of Residence Dlouha in Olomouc. It is an apartment building with two to four floors and a basement with garages. The diploma thesis contains a time and finance schedule, a site equipment project and technological procedure of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and a green roof including a quality control. Moreover, a set of machines, usage options of a tower crane or a mobile crane and usage options of a mobile pump or a concrete container have been processed for this building. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.

The annex parts of the thesis are coordinating situation, site equipment, timetable for realization of rough construction, laying plan of Spiroll track panels, KMB Sendwix masonry scheme, formwork scheme.

The building is based on drilled piles. The bachelor's thesis includes a construction plan with a site equipment, technological procedure of earthworks and drilled piles. A set of machines, a quality control, a budget and a time schedule have been processed for this technological phase. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.

Other phrases parts are time schedules, budget, calculations, design of site equipment including engineering report and report for performing access road. Starting materials, which were used for this thesis, were engineering report also including working drawings.

Construction technology study of the construction of the bearing structure of manufacturing plant in Jihlava

Company engaged in modernization of locomotive vehicles progressively modernizing their industrial estate. A big investment become realization of new industrial hall for vehicle coating, simultaneously with a reconstruction of neighbouring production hall and a new connection to the water main, gas main and a new transformer station. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of bored piles and for assembly upper prefabricated reinforced concrete construction of coating hall. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans, work safety, time schedule and comparison of two variants of the cranes and all will be feasible in terms of construction rate and financing.

Theme of the diploma thesis is technical report of the technological project for apartment building Hroznatova – Brno - Zidenice, which will be realized on Hroznatova street. For object I prepare technical report of the technological project, studies of realization main technological phases, solution of wider transport relations, objects time and financial plan, time schedule, project for site facilities with drawing of four main technological phases, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, technological specification for realization of horizontal monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling construction, health and safety solutions for the solved construction, where I evaluate concreting ceilings, balance of workers and main machines, inspection and test plan for constructions from technological specification. As other assignment I make a itemized budget for Etics and ceiling construction, calculation according to THU and comparative truck crane with tower crane.
