Comparative Analysis of Bipedal and Quadrupedal Locomotion

Title Comparative Analysis of Bipedal and Quadrupedal Locomotion Purposes Comparison of biped s and quadruped s step motion and comparison of the aktivity of their m. latissimus dorsi and m. glutaeus medius during different kinds of locomotion. Method Surface electromyography combinated with kinematography analysis used synchronized video recording. Results The activity of upper limbs during the biped s walk showed its delay-action compared with activity of quadruped s anterior limbs. The character of the chosen muscles of upper limbs is stabilization because of action in the open kinematic chain. Quadruped s action is in the closed kinematic chain and chosen muscles of all his limbs have locomotive function like chosen muscles of biped s lower limbs. Promotion of the Czech Republic on Chinese Social Media WeChat

This Bachelor Thesis brings a draft of a marketing strategy targeting Chinese Millennials with the aim to promote the Czech Republic as a tourism destination on Chinese social media WeChat. It analyses the environment of Western and Chinese social meda with focus on destination marketing and it also compares them. Furthermore, this Thesis provides information about the specifics of Chinese segment, from the point of view of both Chinese tourists and Chinese Internet users, and it suggests how to use these specifics in favour of the marketing strategy.
Project Proposal of a Catering Facility

The aims of this bachelor thesis are to analyse catering facilities in Mnichovo Hradiště, to carry out a survey among the locals about their demand and satisfaction with the current supply, to find a niche market based on its results and to design a new facility that would fill the market niche. Firstly, the thesis deals with a theoretical basis concerning catering services and preparation of a business plan, which is followed by an introduction of the researched locality. The practical part of the thesis presents the results of the analysis of catering facilities in the form of comparative tables and interprets the results of the survey about the demand for catering facilities in Mnichovo Hradiště and about satisfaction of residents with the current supply. In the last part of the thesis, a new facility is designed in the terms of the main target customers, category, size, location, main products and marketing strategy.

The aim of the bachelors thesis is to characterize accommodation facilities aimed at specific clientele (families with children, cyclists) and their analysis. The theoretical part deals with accommodation facilities and services, characterizes the main segments of tourists, specific requirements of families with children and cyclists for accommodation facilities and gives examples of good practice of baby-friendly and cyclist-oriented accommodation facilities in selected countries of the European Union. The practical part represents an analysis of certified accommodation facilities aimed at families with children and cyclists on the Czech market. The last chapter of the thesis includes the authors recommendations for improving the quality of accommodation services for their future development and proposals for better promotion of accommodation facilities.
Customs and traditions of Moravian Slovakia and their role in tourism

This bachelor thesis is focused on ethnographic region of the Czech Republic - Moravian Slovakia. The aim is to determine the importance of respecting traditions and folklore for tourism, and how knowledgeable the citizens of the Czech Republic are about Moravian Slovakia and its customs. The theoretical part deals with basic tourism terms, characteristics of tourism in the Czech Republic and with cultural heritage. The analytical part defines the researched area and analyses its features suitable for tourism. Crux of the thesis is an evaluation of author's own survey and suggestions for the future.
Touroperator business plan

The aim of the thesis is to develop a business plan for setting up a touroperator. Part of this is an in-depth analysis of the conditions under which a touroperator can be established in the Czech Republic. The main segment of the tbusiness should be the ever-expanding population over the age of 55, as this segment has great potential in the future. The work will also focus on working with marketing tools and their high quality utilization. This thesis will also shows whether or not this business plan has a chance for real operation.
Tourism development in the region of Central and Eastern Europe

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate development of international tourism in the subregion Central and eastern Europe from 1990 to present and to estimate future trends in this area. Mentioned objectives are achieved by monitoring of key indicators of international tourism and by analysis of selected selective factors of tourism development. Using secondary data and correlation analysis, the thesis measures level of fulfillment of hypothesis stated at the beginning. Thus, the thesis focuses on objective part of selective factors of tourism development only. The results show strong correlation between selected variables. In conclusion, the thesis sets out factors with the greatest impact on future tourism development in the subregion.
Marketing strategy for national cultural monument The old wastewater treatment plant in Bubenec

The main aim of this thesis is to create a marketing strategy for national cultural monument called The old wastewater treatment plant in Bubenec. First part of the thesis consists of the theoretical introduction to the marketing of the cultural organizations and to the logic of a marketing strategy. The practical part is focused on creation of the marketing strategy of cultural monument for 2017 step by step. It begins with the situation analysis and the objectives and strategy are set afterwards. The methods used for the purposes of this thesis are analysis, survey and observation. The crucial part of this thesis consists of the mentioned survey analyzing the visitor and the current offer. A marketing mix is created based on the collected data followed by the action plan and the budget. Defining methods of monitoring and evaluation in the last chapter serves to measure the effectiveness of the proposed strategy and objectives . The results for the first quarter of 2017 are evaluated at the end of the thesis.

The project of founding a travel agency provides a complex view of foundation process and overall activities of travel agency as a limited liability company. The theoretical part provides an informative basis of the functioning of travel agency as a subject of the travel market but also starting point for the following practical project. The project itself was created as a result of discovered absence of concepts like this and it´s main structure consists of a business plan with very important financial analysis. These enable to make a conception of the real potential of this project.
Marketing plan of Pražská kavárna for 2018

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current marketing plan of the existing café Pražská kavárna and recommends a marketing strategy for the next period. The main objective of this thesis is to propose a new marketing plan for Pražská kavárna for the following year 2018, based on the gained theoretical knowledge and information gathered from the analyses of current marketing practices. The partial objectives are to make a business situation analysis (macro, micro and internal environment), characterize the company's marketing mix, to identify points for improvement, and to develop the resulting targets and strategies. The thesis is divided into five chapters, into the theoretical and practical parts. The first part deals with the theory of strategic planning and the specifics of marketing in the hospitality industry and includes current food trends. In the second part, the theoretical knowledge is applied in order to evaluate the current marketing strategy of the company and design a new marketing plan.
