Product range analysis of Skechers company

This bachelor thesis deals with a topic of product range analysis of the American footwear company Skechers. The first part is theoretical and is devoted to the methods which focus on analyzing the product range and the product mix of the company. The second part is practical and is devoted to the company´s product range itself. With the help of the internal data of Skechers, the author uses the analysis of sales volume and revenues to determine the strong and weak sides of the company´s product range and also suggests the possible solutions for the weaknesses as well as the possibilites for the future development of Skechers mainly in the Czech Republic.

The thesis deals with small and medium businesses, their actual situation, but also history in the Slovakia and in the region of Eastern Europe, eventually EU. It is focused also at the field of national and international support of small and medium enterprises. The practical part of the thesis analyses functioning of small enterprise in the Slovakia with concrete example -- firm Thomas Sluis Slovakia, s.r.o. It describes its history, the process and consequences of the joint with foreign partner, the actual situation and strategic basis for future activities of the firm.

Analyse of the dispute in WTO: Dispute about sugar exports from the EU countries

The theme of this work is the case about sugar exports from the EU countries. The work is shared in four parts. In first part it treats about the dispute settlement in the WTO, which is one of the most important functions of this organisation. Conditions that lead to the origin of the dispute are solved in second part of the work. In the trird part, the work deals with the progress of the dispute and events that atend it. The last part engages in consequences of this dispute. For better imagination of the situation concerning this problem, you cen use the annexes at the end of the work.
