TITTLE: Perceptions of teacher training graduates studying technical and information technology or ICT in practice at the Faculty of Education of Charles University in Prague (2001 - 2011) AUTHOR: Lucie Kubíková DEPARTMENT: Department of Information & Technical Education SUPERVISOR: Doc. RNDr. Miroslava Černochová, CSc. ABSTRACT: The thesis deals with two major subjects of research. The key topic of the thesis focuses on employability of graduates of teacher training programmes in teaching technical and information technology or ICT at the Faculty of Education of the Charles University in Prague ("PedF UK") in 2001-2011 and mapping of their needs of further education. The aim of the thesis is to present a complex survey of the development of the subject in relation to the degree of graduates employability in 2001 - 2011 and their needs from the point of view of complementary professional and pedagogical training. The theoretical basis for the solution of the problem posed by the thesis is the analysis of teacher training curriculums focusing on teaching technical and information technology accredited at the PedF UK in 1996 - 2011. Development of communication for pupils at special primary school

The thesis is aimed to development of communication of students at special primary school. Special primary school is creating unique conditions for education of students with lower intellectual competences. The aim of education is equip students by knowledges and skills for integration into the society. The theoretical part of thesis consists of four chapters. The first of them specifies the term mental disability, classifies type of mental retardation, characterizes specific characteristics of person with mental disability and presents possibilities primary education mental disabilited students. The second and the third chapter compare psycho-motion development and ontogenezis of speech to mental handicapped children with children without disability. The fourth chapter characterizes supporting communication methods used in educational process of students with mental disability. The fifth chapter is applied to study. It characterizes chosen school institution and special pedagogical attitude to students and application augmentative and alternative aids. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of so-called burnout syndrome. The work directly focuses on the knowledge of the students of the Faculty of Science on the issue of he burnout syndrome. The theoretical part provides an overview of the burnout syndrome and its symptoms, phases, and development. It also deals with disease prevention and a syndrome treatment. The practical part consists of quantitative research which tries to get through the issue of the burnout syndrome and to investigate the awareness of students of the Faculty of Education in the fields of teacher training for kindergartens, primary school teachers and teachers for the second level of primary school and secondary school teachers about the topic.
From the History to the Contemporaneity of Brdy, Legends, Traditions and Curiosities

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to give an idea about current Military area Brdy and to focus on the westwen part of Brdy. Another goal of the thesis is to emhasize cultural places of interest which are not well-known. Atterntion id going to pay on important cycle routes and footpaths. Bachelor thesis is devided in two parts - theoretical and practical. Brief history of Brdy, the most signifiant historical sights and no more existing villages are in the theoretical part. The practical part contains evaluation of current paths, footpaths and cycle routes in the area Brdy around villages called Borocno, Číčov, Dobřív, Mirošov, Strašice, Štítov, Těně, Trokavec with an area approximately 87 km2. In the practical part there is created a new footpath projekt. The footpath is going to be in the neighbourhood of villages that are mentioned. It indudes - eight new nature boards with texts, pictures and legends.

The diploma thesis is called "Business valuation". The aim is to evaluate a chosen company by using an income valuation method and compare it with book value of the company. The first part is focused on theoretical basis of a strategic and financial analysis, description of creation of a financial plan and the income methods of business valuation. At the end of the theoretical part it is necessary to define the relationship between the company and the region in which the company operates. The practical part includes an introduction of the chosen company ORRERO a.s., followed by a valuation, using procedures and methods from the theoretical part. For the business valuation the discounted cash flow method and book value from the day January 1, 2013 were used. At the end of the practical part the impacts of company's conduct on the region are indicated.
Employee Benefits: Implementation of a Cafeteria System in the Selected Company

The aim of this diploma thesis is implementation of a cafeteria system in the examined company. The proposal was based on the analysis of the cafeteria system, and analysis of the possibility of implementation of a cafeteria system cost and effectiveness. The final proposal was prepared using information from own research, consisting of personal interviews and survey. The first part of this diploma thesis is devoted to the theoretical summary of employee benefits, their basic structure and description of the cafeteria system. In the second part, the examined company with its current range of benefits is introduced, as well as the results of own research and practical functionality of an on-line cafeteria system application mojeBenefity.cz. The last chapter is devoted to the final proposal of the cafeteria system in the examined company, using the results of research and other valuable information.
