The subject of the project is a new building in the cadastral area of Havlíčkův Brod. The object is designed for 30 persons for accommodation and 52 people in the restaurant. The building is partly basement and has three floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with guest facilities and a kitchen with facilities for the staff. On the second and third above-ground floor are mainly hotel rooms. In the basement there is technical equipment such as a boiler room, air-conditioning machine and laundry. The object is solved from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The ceiling is a monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat single-skinned.

The building is partial basement anf ground floor. on the grand floor there are an entrance, the main day area, bedrooms, bathroom and WC. On the basement there are utility room, laundry, rehabilitation room, sauna and bathroom with WC. The building is designed mainly in clay block of POROTHERM. The ceiling is clay from beams and inserts MIAKO. The roof is mono-pitched and flat.

Thesis: The role of the nurse in the nutrition of cancer patients. Nutritional issues concerning cancer patients are often discussed in recent years and they are still a current theme of debates. The results from surveys of recent years show the seriousness of the situation and urge to its fast solution. The situation is not favourable: the nutritional care in oncology is still underestimated, even though it forms significant foundation for the general success of treatment

Prevention of injuries of patients in health facilities

The thesis concerns the prevention of injuries of patients in health facilities. Even though the facilities themselves make efforts to ensure secure surroundings, through the nursing practice we still register injuries of patients which are caused most often by falls of patients, fires started during the hospitalizing and injuries caused by electric current. The research showed that nurses in health facilities concern themselves with the prevention, however, imperfections were discovered, for example insufficient knowledge of nurses in re-appraisement of risks of falls of patients and about the entries necessary for the form of extraordinary event.
