My thesis is focused on the issue of marketing research, concretely marketing research of customer satisfaction. The aim of my thesis is gathering of available theoretical data and above all analysis of a chosen company Spa Hodonín with the aim of recognition, if the company attaches sufficient importance of acquiring and analysis of information concerning a customer satisfaction. Practical part is furthermore focused on propsal appropriate changes in activities of analyzed company accord to theoretical data and with the consideration of company conditions.

The Sociology of 21st Century Genocide in Darfur

This thesis examines the sociology of the 21st century genocide in Darfur, Sudan, which began in 2003 and has continued to the present day. The thesis introduces the problem of genocide in the history of mankind, discusses its concepts, approaches, typology and history, and discusses the genocide itself in Darfur. The aim of the thesis is to present the 21st century genocide in Darfur, Sudan and to conduct a comparative analysis of the Rwandan genocide and the Darfur genocide, showing the similarities and differences in the course of the two genocides, as well as in the international responses to these genocides. The method of the thesis is textual analysis using multiple comparative case study.

Dietary factors in etiopatogenesis of kidney?s disease.

Acute and chronic renal diseases belong permanently among those with a relatively significant prevailance. Conservative treatment, including dietetic interventions, plays an important role in medical strategy. Dietetic scheme of the 80's of the 19th century is still used as a fastening point. For this scheme is, of course, unavoidable to be submitted to strict individualisation, not only regarding the health status of the patient, but also in relation to his psychic status and compliance resulting from it, must be taken into consideration. In case of the acute renal failure, the basis of dietetic structures is created by low-protein diets, which range between the energetic value of 25-50 kcal/kg/day and the intake of 0,6-1,2g/kg/day proteins, rich in essential amino acids. Further, the low-protein diets are supplemented with the reduced intake of natrium, calium and phosphorus. With chronic renal failure, dietetic processions are divided into three schemes in dependency on the level of serum creatinin. Moreover, they respect a distortion of lipid metabolism, distortion of glucoregulation and the individual status of the patients again. The thesis describes the current situation and trends influencing food production in the UK. It focuses on the position of agriculture, notably food production, in the national economy as well as in the context of international trade. The thesis also contains a case study describing the presence of British foods on the Czech Market. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate and analyse the current position of small producers and farms on the UK food market and their future potential, primarily with regard to organic and local production. All the main features are summarized in the SWOT analysis.

The organic food in retail chains on the Czech market

The thesis 'The organic food in retail chains on the Czech market' is concerned with the position of organic food in Czech retailing. The aim of the thesis is to discover the interest of Czech consumers in the assortment of organic food offered in retail chains in Czech Republic. In addition, the thesis focuses on the characterisation of the environment of private labels of these chains and on the interest of consumers of organic food in these private labels. The first chapter describes the theory of brand and the importance to its practical application in marketing. This chapter also concerns with the theory of private labels and their significance for retail chains. The second chapter concerns with the organic farming and its product, organic food. The aim of this part of the thesis is to describe the rules and principles of the production of organic food and the specific qualities of organic food. The last chapter analyses the present situation of the distribution of organic food in retail chains and incorporates the assessment of the questionnaire survey which was conducted among the consumers of organic food. The conclusion includes the results of the research and final recommendations.
