Taxation of legal persons
Kučera, Vladimír ; Prosserová, Kateřina (referee) ; Svirák, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the tax liability of a legal entity. First, the theoretical background needed to address the tax situation of a particular legal entity is presented, then the current state of the company is discussed, and finally, the author’s proposed methods of tax optimization are apllied, which is based on the findings of the theoretical part. The result of the work is the definition of two possible ways of tax optimization, whereas each has advangates and disadvantages.
Retrospective analysis and identification of options for limiting sports performance
Semerád, Miroslav ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Kampmiller, Tomáš (referee) ; Kučera, Vladimír (referee)
Subject: The knowledge of the sport performance structure with individual identification of the sport training model is a prerequisite for the effective management of sport training. Achieving the sports top limit performance in sport is possible by adapting the training plan to the athlete's individuality by his physiological and psychological prerequisites. To achieve the highest sports performance, sports training analysis is an indispensable tool for international competitiveness. This case study deals with the description of sports training models identified by the composition and dynamics of the training load predictors. A retrospective longitudinal study provides with insights into the possibilities of influencing sports training, which made national, Czech, records on the course of 800 m men and 3,000 m of women's steeplechase. Probandé (n=2) at the age of 21 (runner 1) and 28 resp. 29 years old (runner 2) reached limiting sports performances. The track record dates originates from 1995 to 2012. Runners were participants or medalists from top world or European athletic competitions. Objectiv: The aim of the thesis is to identify retrospectively through the found predictors, by whom were reached limit sports performance and sporting performance in the middle distances run. Methods: The...
Effect of changes in training load on the motor performance of young distance runners
Bahenský, Petr ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Kampmiller, Tomáš (referee) ; Kučera, Vladimír (referee)
Subject The performance in sport is created by the amount of talent and also by experienced training, but the relation between the training and the performance has a likelihood character. Generally, a long-distance talent is determined genetically from 70%. Reaching the top level is conditioned by both factors on top level. Therefore, it is very important to choose the right suitable training strategy at teenage runners, which can lead to optimal performance growth, concerning the individual age unusualness and talent. The higher performance was proved at specific training more than at nonspecific training. Meaning of nonspecific training is especially at young runners and beginners. The training effect becomes evident after some time, it has a latent effect. One of the most important factors of the final performance is also the economy of movement. Objectiv The aim of the thesis is to evaluate training changes in comparison to training load at teenage talented runners with the help of longitudal ex-post facto study. Methods The thesis deals with analysis of sports training at chosen athletes - runners at young age. It comes out of the need of long-term, systematic, perspective sports training, preferably corresponding with age. We deal with the influence of changes in volume and intensity during...
Effects of minimal dose of resistance training on body composition and running performance in female recreational runners
Štohanzl, Michal ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Kučera, Vladimír (referee) ; Kampmiller, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Effects of minimal dose of resistance training on body composition and running performance in female recreational runners Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyse the extent to which minimal dose resistance training would elicit improvements in running performance and body composition for female recreational runners. Methods: Forty-one female recreational runners were randomly assigned to one of three groups (endurance running [V] n=14; combined endurance running and resistance training program once [VR30] n=14 and twice a week [VR60] n=13, respectively). During the 10-week training program, the V group completed 3 hours of continuous endurance running per week; VR30 completed 2 ½ hours of continuous endurance running and 1 x 30 min of resistance training per week, while VR60 group completed 2 hours of continuous endurance running and 2x30 min of resistance training per week. Body composition (FM, FFM, ECM/BCM), standing long jump, running economy, ventilatory anaerobic threshold and maximal endurance performance characteristics were assessed using ANOVA with repeated measures. Body composition was assessed via whole-body bio impedance. Performance parameters were determined during running on a treadmill. Results: Thirty-one female recreational runners completed 10-week...

The Study of Polyolefins Photochloration
Kučera, Vladimír ; Tocháček, Jiří (referee) ; Petrůj, Jaroslav (advisor)
This Master´s thesis deals with heterogeneous photochlorination of polyolefins and especially with the photochlorination of polypropylene itself. In the theoretical part the available information about properties, manufactory and application of chlorinated polyolefins, specifically polyethylene and polypropylene, is provided. The basic principles of the photochemistry are described, which are further applied to the issue of photochemistry chain reactions and photochemical halogenations, mainly photochlorinations. The practical part includes design and realization of few types of equipment for the heterogeneous photochlorination of polypropylene done at low temperatures (to 50° C) by gaseous chlorine in bulk or chlorine suspended in suspension of PP in CCl4. Series of chlorination was accomplished, which was varied in the type of PP, in the way of dosage Cl2 and in the period of high pressure mercury lamp irradiation (1–90 minutes). The chlorine content in prepared samples was determined by the gravimetry with ATR-FTIR spectroscopy, as well as by the Shöniger combustion method. Their accuracies were than compared. The chlorine content dependence on the period of chlorination and on the porosity of initial PP was established.
Photopolymerization
Kučera, Vladimír ; Petrůj, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kučera, František (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the photochemistry of macromolecular substances, especially with photopolymerization and photocrosslinking reactions. In the theoretical section there is at first a summary of the current knowledge from the area of the general photochemistry and principles of photochemical reactions which are also applied in photopolymerization. There are also both types of photopolymerization analysed – cationic and free-radical, photocrosslinking reactions and photopolymerization applications. In the experimental part, the testing of two fotopolymerization systems was performed. In both of them, styrene was used as a monomer. In one case benzoin was used as a photoinitiator, in the second one there was benzoin ethyl ether used. Furthermore, the photoinitiation ability of these two photoinitiators was compared at the base of conversion and molecular weight of products that were synthetized at different concentrations of photoinitiators and different time periods of irradiation of the mercury lamp.
