System for Marketing Propagation of On-Line Sale Agenda
Drdla, Jiří ; Kreslíková, Jitka (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
This paper describes the design of an information system for online sales. There is the problem definition in first chapter, then the requirements are defined and competitive software solutions are analyzed. In the next chapters, individual functions and their implementations are described in detail and result of the chapter is the design of information system.
ITIL and COBIT Implementation in ARIS Toolset
Škoviera, Martin ; Kreslíková, Jitka (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
This master's thesis explores the topic of guidance for the COBIT framework and ITIL library in the context of business process management. It encompasses various process modelling languages and diagrams for companies active in information and communication technologies. Through the selected ARIS tool set and the mapping of all 64 processes, the establishment of individual processes can now be achieved, which is explained by modelling a total of 101 diagrams. The thesis also contains an example of process deployment for a selected company, which is accompanied by an implementation of a dashboard application that monitors the ticket flow of service operation processes.
Management Tasks Planning Optimalization Using Sharepoint
Winkler, Tomáš ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
The problem discussed in this thesis is the optimization of the process of planning, tracking and evaluating tasks in the management area of the department Corporate Technology in Siemens, Brno. Having studied theories of CMMI and principles of ISO 9001, the given process is optimized by automating certain manual tasks. As Corporate Technology uses a SharePoint server to manage tasks, the application is developed to improve his functionality. This application has therefore been tested in the environment of the organization with real-life data and complies to all necessary requirements to be able to save at least 50 % of time in the optimized process. The results of this thesis prove the usability of automating manual repetitive tasks being conducted in the processes of the organization and introduce possibility of increasing process level by preventing human errors.
Educational Game of Motivation on the Android Platform
Kučera, Martin ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
The aim of the dissertation is to create a prototype of an educational game which should help students with the choice of future their studies. To this end, the game introduces the topic of logic systems in a non-threating interactive way with clear illustrative examples. The theoretical part of the work deals with the background knowledge necessary in order to design the game. It explains logic systems, gates, flip-flop circuits, and explores various aspects of game genres with primary focus on puzzle games and their history. In addition, the dissertation presents some of the issues related to cross-platform development of games for both mobile and computer platforms, and provides brief descriptions of several popular cross-platform libraries. Lastly, the work introduces and compares several chosen applications created as a supplementary material for teaching logic system.
Supporting Tool for Vocational Qualification Verification
Roubal, Martin ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the specification, design and implementation of a supporting tool for vocational qualification verification. At the beginning the project management is described in terms of the international standards and certifications. Then the requirements for the developed system are specified, the design of the system is created and the implementation of the prototype is described. The tool is designed as a web application simplifying the certification process from the point of submitting the application to the passing the examination. This tool provides a configurable system of the electronic tests and examinations, which can be customized to the requirements of various certifications.
Methods and Metrics For Software Usability Measurement
Stehlíková, Petra ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the quality of software products focusing on usability of these products and methods of its measurement. The thesis resumes the definitions of quality from different sources and quality models according to available standards. It also describes usability in detail and methods and metrics for its measurement and analyses current situation in this field. In the thesis the tool for measuring usability of desktop software products was designed and implemented.
Prediction in Projects using Markov Chains
Doležal, Jan ; Buřita, Ladislav (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on possibilities of a project development prediction and a decision support for managers of those projects, which is an up to date topic in the present time turbulent environment. Project is understood as a stochastic process with discrete states and discrete time in this thesis. This approach could be represented by discrete moments of finding out project state. Project is compared to a finite automaton and Markovs chains are subsequently used. State model of the project based on Earned Value Management method is created in the proposal part of this thesis and there are state transitions probabilities. There are adjustments of the model designed consequently so the model is capable to fit some concrete situation closely. Designed proposals are tested in different situations to prove their value in the experimental part of this work.
Risk Elimination in State Administration Processes
Studený, Radim ; Škurla, Ján (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
Thesis deals with the elimination of risks in government. It contains analysis of processes municipal administration and risk analysis . On the basis of these analyzes are for some identified risks designed and implemented measures to reduce them. The measures include the design and implementation of applications to support risk management in government.
Risk Analysis Software Support
Mokrá, Radka ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with design of cross-platform application for risk analysis support. It describes risk management in information technology and methods which can be~used for risk management with emphasis on those that can be visualized. Possibilities for cross-platform development are described subsequently. Next, application for risk analysis support is designed and implemented. In the end of this thesis is shown how to use implemented application for risk analysis.
Software Support for Risk Analysis
Psota, Michal ; Štěpánková, Vladěna (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the theoretical description of risk management options related to information technologies and describes methods used to risk analysis. Described methods are fault tree analysis, event tree analysis, FMEA, HAZOP and Markovov analysis. Practical part includes proposal and implementation of program that visualizes decision trees and determines probability of each tree item.
