The family house with residential attic

The aim of my thesis was a proposal of new built family house. The house will be located in the land in Třebenice on plot No. 303/1. There is no cellar in the house, but there are two main storey, the second storey is a habitable attic. It has a gable roof. The Ytong system was used for the construction proposal of the house.
Proposal of Economic Information System Changes of the Firm

I am analysing the present situation of a company information system in this backelarˇs work and on on the base of this I am suggesting a new information system. I tis invetible to reconstruct the old one because of the activities of the company and also because it is necessary for the managmnet to get all the necessary information in the shortest time in the higest level of quality. Economic situation of the new information system is a part of the work.
Sentence imtation and working memory

Previous studies have suggested that short-term and long-term memory processes in- dependently affect performance in the sentence-imitation task. The multi-component working memory model by Baddeley and Hitch offers a suitable theoretical description of how these processes contribute to this performance. In order to examine the influence of language knowledge located in the long-term me- mory on performance in the sentence-imitation task while statistically controlling for the influence of short-term memory, we assigned to our participants different tasks testing their language knowledge, phonological short-term memory (phonological loop), com- plex short-term memory (central executive) and the sentence-repetition task. Results from hierarchical linear regression yield significant contribution of the tasks testing language knowledge to explaining the variance in the sentence-imitation task, while controlling for the contributions from the phonological and complex short-term memory tasks. These results are in accordance with previous research and the theory of multi-component working memory. Keywords: working memory, episodic buffer, sentence imitation
Cognitive development support of adolescents in the family and school environment

The thesis introduces a theme of cognitive development support of adolescents in the school and family environment. The first part defines the age group of adolescents which is described with particular emphasis on cognitive abilities. The following section explains the basic prerequisite for the development of cognitive abilities, about the theory of structural cognitive modifiability. The second part describes selected methods of cognitive development promotion. It includes approaches used by general population of adolescents, i.e. Philosophy for children and Building learning power. Furthermore, Feuerstein Instrumental enrichment program and the model of conceptual learning are discussed in the chapter devoted to methods used with individuals with cognitive deficits. The work also discusses a possible use of ICT as a tool for cognitive development. This section presents the application Tablexia, training of cognitive abilities designed for adolescents with dyslexia. The practical part of the work suggests a research design, which would verify the effectiveness of Tablexia in promoting cognitive development of adolescents with dyslexia. The possibilities of diagnosis of dyslexia in children

The research study focuses on the development of new appropriate tools suitable for dyslexia assessment of primary school children (grades sixth to ninth), and a process of their pilot standardization. The inspiration was found in the existing tests for different age groups and methods used abroad. Four newly created tests were included into the test battery (test of visual perception, phonological manipulation, auditory segmentation and rapid automatized naming) as well as two already existing tests, which are a part of the validation study (test of auditory discrimination from Novak's Diagnosis of specific learning disabilities battery and Symbol search subtest from Wechsler intelligence scale for children). The research group consisted of 155 students of primary school (grades sixth to ninth), 61 dyslectics and 94 intact students. The results between the intact group and the dyslexic group differed significantly in all tests. The test of phonological manipulation showed the strongest differentiation. The study includes a correlation analysis between the tests and norms created for both groups. The presented predictive model was able to correctly identify 77.4 % of "cases" in relation to the criterion dyslexic - intact group.
The possibilities of academic self-efficacy development at school environment

Bandura's theory of self-efficacy is the theoretical framework of academic self-efficacy, which is one of the predictors of the school achievement. Academic self-efficacy is defined as an option of self-efficacy. The focus of this work is a description of the academic self-efficacy development from the beginning of the first grade at elementary school till the end of high school with the emphasis on transition moments. Additionally, variables which can increase or decrease the academic self-efficacy are introduced. In the last part of the work a research project is suggested which explores teacher's importance for academic self-efficacy development. The ACFS assessment approach and its use in different cultures

This thesis deals with the assessment approach called the Application of Cognitive Functions Scale (ACFS) and the possibilities of its use in the Czech Republic and in other cultures. The theoretical part first briefly introduces the principles of dynamic testing, and then focuses on the ACFS assessment approach, the examination process and the subscales on which the child is evaluated. The thesis further analyses the possibilities of using ACFS for both diagnostic and research purposes. Last but not least, it will provide insight into several surveys from diverse cultural backgrounds made using ACFS. The thesis also includes a research proposal, which aims to verify the validity of ACFS as a tool for diagnosing school maturity.
Support of child cognitive development in home and school environment with focus on mnemonics

This thesis entitled Support of child cognitive development in home and school environment with focus on mnemonics outlines the theories of the cognitive development of preschool and school age. Also includes a summary of characteristics of these age periods. This thesis also includes the presentation of selected approaches to cognitive development, such as conceptual learning, or Learning Power, both from a theoretical as well as practical perspective. The practical part of this work is based on the application of training Loci technique and determining their impact on improving cognitive functions in children at primary school, aged 6-12 years. Child's group development and aggression

This thesis deals with group development and aggression in child's group. In the first charter, key group characteristics are introduced together with theoretical basis of group development. I focused especially on group structure, group dynamics and group norms. Second chapter is devoted to specifics of child's group. Aggression in group of children, especially class, is described in the third charter. The most important part of this thesis is chapter four. There I tried to identify risk phases in group development, which can contribute to increasing aggression in group of children. Final part of this thesis consists of research project that is focused on comparison of aggression and victimization between phase forming and phase storming.
The aggression and the development of children's groups

This paper discusses the aggressive behavior in connection with children's groups. The first part is a literature survey, involving various factors relating to theories, types and causes of aggression. Further, it focuses on the development and dynamics of groups aimed at school environments and aggressive phenomena which may occur in the group. Then it suggests possible forms of prevention of these phenomena, which would lead to the suppression or elimination. The second part is dedicated to the design of research, in which is experimentally tested the effectiveness of selected prevention program on a random sample of classes.
