Vliv vybraných základních hnojiv na tvorbu kořenového systému okrasných dřevin

The aim of the thesis was to design an experiment to test the plants Caryopteris cladonensis ,Worcester Gold'. On the basis of this experiment should be carried out assessment of the basic types of fertilizers and their effect on the root system of experimental plants. The Experiment was carried out on 800 pieces of experimental plants, which were divided into four variants, and each variant consisted of four repetitions, so that was captured and the possible influence of the location of the plant. On the experimental plants were observed morphological parameters: the height of the plants, the number of shoots, number of sheets, the volume root, root collar diameter and Visual evaluation of the experimental plant. Evaluation of the results of the experiment on the root system of trees shows that between the versions there is a big difference and at the same time 62 you can assess that all the variants are very suitable for container growing method of experimental plants.

EFFECTIVE READING AND ITS REFLECTION IN E-BOOK READERS

The objective of this thesis is to clarify the term efective reading and what belongs to this topic, also to explore how the meaning of this term changes in the field of the electronic documents. This work also examines the reader's options of working with text and his view in this matter. Eye movements are analysed in first chapter. The term efective reading and its related concepts are analysed in chapter two. Third chapter is dealing with efective screen reading and characteristics of electronic texts. The possibilities of user work with texts on e- book readers and software e-book readers are examined in fourth chapter. Fifth chapter assesses online e-book readers. Questionnaire survey concerning reading of electronic documents is evaluated in chapter six. Seventh chapter is dealing with properties of PDF format and its appraisal.

Rapid reading methodology in the world including bibliographical research

Cílem bakalářské práce je průzkum světových zdrojů ohledně tematiky rychlého čtení, jejich částečná analýza a rozbor metodiky rychlého čtení. V první kapitole je nastíněn výskyt termínu rychlé čtení na internetu, jak v češtině, tak i v jeho anglických a francouzských variacích. Dále je zhodnocen výskyt této problematiky v online otevřené mnohojazyčné encyklopedii Wikipedie a v dalších světových zdrojích jako jsou katalogy knihoven, databáze a v souborných katalozích. Jádrem práce je rozbor metody rychlého čtení francouzského odborníka Francoise Richaudeaua.

Company requirements for graduates - software developers

This thesis looks into the company requirements for software developer graduates. Its purpo-se is to map the most important requirements that companies demand from software developer graduates. This is achieved by interviews with experts in the field and a subsequent questi-onnaire. The thesis consists of the evaluation of previous researches on this topic, a view on the means of teaching programming, and the evaluation of one's own research. The main be-nefit of this work is the discovery of software developer graduates' knowledge deficiencies and the suggestions on how to make this situation better.

The Czech-English study guide for teaching regional geography of region Canada for 2nd stage of PS

The diploma thesis deals with teaching regional geography of Canada at the second stage of Primary school. The main aim is to create a Czech-English textbook (that is a combination of a textbook and a workbook) which corresponds to the principles of the current educational documents (Framework Educational Programme for Elementary Education), modern educational tendencies and tries to maximize the connection among subjects, especially English language. There is a methodological guide for teachers as well. The theoretical part focuses also on the didactic analysis of current educational textbooks and workbooks of geography and English language which include the subject matter. To get a notion of the volume and methods used in teaching ?region Canada?, a research was made by a controlled discussion with Geography and English teachers of the selected schools.

Possibility of DNA probes preparation for want of CMG

The main method of cytogenetics is the DNA fluorescence in situ hybridization (DNA-FISH), where DNA probe links to the specific locus of genome. In our laboratory, DNA probes are prepared from DNA amplified by bacterial vector (PAC/BAC). The following step is exploiting Nick-translation reaction for incorporation of reporter molecule targeted for antibody conjugate with fluorescence molecule. Specificity of prepared DNA probe is increased using Cot-DNA, which suppress the repetitive sequences.
