Laboratory demonstrator for vibrodiagnostics
Blecha, Martin ; Krejčí, Jakub (referee) ; Klusáček, Stanislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with a vibration diagnostics of objects, structures and machines. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters according to type of the measurement. The first part called Modal Analysis discusses the basis of vibration, methods of measurement, relevant technical equipment and principle of experimental modal analysis. The second and third chapters of the thesis are focused on the diagnosis of defects. Each chapter mentioned above describes diagnosed defects, used methods and procedure for the diagnosis. Another part of the thesis summarizes practical issues and results gained in the laboratory experiments. It begins with discovering parameters of the measured object using technical diagnostics – experimental modal analysis. In the next step the hardware concept design was created, including custom measuring application programmed in LabVIEW. One part of the design is the laboratory model which includes a structure for free mounting and a possibility of excitation by an electrodynamic exciter. The application is also modified to enable measurements with shaker excitation. Finally, applications cooperating with professional software ModalVIEW and BK Connect were developed in order to simplify the operation and increase the comfort.
Thermal conductivity measurements
Krejčí, Jakub ; Bejček, Ludvík (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with non-stationary thermal conductivity measurement using line and point heat source. There are compared various methods thermal conductivity measurement and designed own correction for pulse duration. The practical part describes created exemplar for laboratory exercises including achieved results and comparing with simulations.
Condition monitoring of engine block machining - Plasma
Váško, Ondřej ; Krejčí, Jakub (referee) ; Pikula, Stanislav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and implement two methods of predictive analysis for company Škoda Auto a.s. In the first part I have conducted a literature search on methods of predictive diagnostics. In the next part, with help from thesis consultant in Škoda Auto a.s., the analysis of the assembly line and data blocks from machinery and measuring has been made. Then I designed and programmed data generator based on real data. I created two methods of predictive diagnostics, capable of analyzing input data and deciding about their condition. In the end I tested these two methods and evaluated accuracy of their prediction. Main output of my thesis is two methods of predictive diagnostics, feasible in real world.
Weaknesses analysis of a 2D laser vibrometer and its improvement
Vybíral, Ondřej ; Krejčí, Jakub (referee) ; Pikula, Stanislav (advisor)
The master's thesis follows the work of Ing. Tomek, who briefly describes and analyzes the weaknesses of this original solution. Based on the analysis, fixes for vulnerabilities and proposals for new functionalities are proposed. It also describes their implementation and correction of other shortcomings found, including implementation into the original program. The result is better user friendliness of the program and its better functionality. Verification of the functionality of the new improvements is tested using a control measurement of a harmonically excited beam. The last chapter contains suggestions and recommendations for further software development.
Sensor of condensed moisture
Krejčí, Jakub ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This master thesis deals with measuring condensed moisture in constructions using measuring moisture porosity material. Market research was performed and were made sensors own construction based on capacity principle and their attributes were measured. In this thesis is also described method, which is used for calibration for conditions in building constructions causing condensation of water.
Wireless data acquisition from Bosch XDK in LabVIEW
Hlaváč, Martin ; Krejčí, Jakub (referee) ; Pikula, Stanislav (advisor)
The work summarizes what the XDK 110 is, what sensors it has, their properties and what communication interfaces can be used to communicate with the XDK device. Since the XDK 110 enables communication using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), this work presents the possibilities of solving communication using this interface, which is not yet directly supported in LabVIEW. Furthermore, scenarios for reading data from XDK 110 are proposed in the work, and then an application for reading and writing measured data from XDK in LabVIEW is developed and described. The work also describes the software for XDK able to cooperate with the proposed application and describes the data packages intended for communication with the application.
Solar Radiation Measurements
Kokeš, Miroslav ; Krejčí, Jakub (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a moderate matrix sensor equipped with photodiodes BPW34 which is used to measure direct and diffused solar radiation. The theoretical framework of the thesis is focused on the analysis of solar radiation, influencing phenomenon and devices used for measuring solar radiation. Practical part of the thesis includes design and selection of suitable parts followed by construction of the device and its testing in operating conditions. The irregularity in design of the sensor caused the error which led to the failure in evaluating of measurement. The overall solar radiation data was measured and evaluated. The conclusion is dedicated to the evaluation of results and possible future plans to redesign the device in order to correct the measurement of all required data.
Design of capacitive proximity sensor
Eisenwort, Lukáš ; Pikula, Stanislav (referee) ; Krejčí, Jakub (advisor)
The semestral work deals with the change of capacitance properties when the dielectric changes. Design of capacitor using FEM method in simulation environment. The resulting value of experiment, simulation and analytical calculation is compared.
Data acquisition with Bosch XDK and wireless data transfer to LabVIEW.
Vítek, Filip ; Krejčí, Jakub (referee) ; Pikula, Stanislav (advisor)
This thesis is mostly concerned with designing and implementation of firmware for Bosch XDK 110 device and a LabVIEW application, which were both tested and also some of the features were explored as well. Data from the sensors in device are aquired and then wirelessly send into LabVIEW app, where that data are displayed, stored or processed in different way. WLAN is used for wireless communication with MQTT protocol. In thesis battery life was tested in different ambient temperatures and different frequencies of data sending and data acqusition. Final implementation was tested when measuring enviromental data in fridge, measuring acceleration when device was attached to a car or measuring magnetic induction and noise of electric motor.
