The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan of a bakery with selection of wholemeal bread and to find out whether the project is suitable to implement in the reality. The first part is theoretical. It describes the basic terms of entrepreneurship, structure of a business plan and clarifies principles that should be used during the creation process. It also includes specific requirements for starting a business in this field of industry. The second part is practical and applies the theoretical knowledge into practise. It covers a created business plan including the purpose of the document, description of the opportunity, corporate goals, potential markets, competition analysis, marketing and sales strategy, realization project plan and financial plan. The work´s contribution is the fact, it can be used for making the decision whether enter this market.

The bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines strategies, selected methods and tools that are then applied in a practical part to a particular enterprise. The thesis uses methods of strategic and financial analysis, especially PESTLE analysis, Porter's model of five forces and SWOT analysis. In conclusion, based on the information found, the health of the company will be assessed and any recommendations, changes or practices that the company can use in its strategic management will be suggested.

The aim od this bachelors thesis is to create a strategic analysis of the company Al-Namura s.r.o. This company is focused on producing non-alcoholic beverages and wholesale with beverages. In the first part of the thesis teoretical terms and basic processes of strategic analysis are introduced. In the second part these processes are applied to create the strategic analysis of the company. Thanks to these metods we identify opportunities and threats and strengths and weaknesses. Results of each analysis are apply in SWOT analysis, which give us basics to create strategic recommendations.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the strategy of the Czech grocery retailer BILLA Ltd. and to formulate strategic suggestions based on the outputs of the strategic analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes common strategic models and methodology which are used for strategic analysis. The practical part includes, firstly, the PESTLE analysis, which focuses on main impacts of the political, economic, social, technological, legislative and environmental factors. This analysis if followed by in-depth analysis of the grocery retailing market sector, the existing competition and assessment of the current market situation. Further analysis aims at evaluation of the companys inner sources, more specifically its financial health, marketing strategy and private label product portfolio. In the conclusion, the outputs of all detail analysis are summarized in the final SWOT analysis and final recommendations are suggested.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company ZEAS Podorlicko, a.s. This company operates in agriculture sector. They specialize in livestock and crop production as well as in operation of a biogas plant. The thesis consists of 2 parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes a procedure of strategic analysis construction. These procedures are applied for company in the practical part. The results from the practical part are summarized in a SWOT analysis, which is necessary for recommendations for the company.

The aim of my thesis is to create a business plan for establishing a company that shall purchase, reconstruct, resell or rent properties. The company also deals with interior architecture and design. The steps needed for establishing a company in the field of real estate are closely described in the bachelor´s thesis. A financial plan that is based on actual data from the real estate market is included in this thesis. It provides realistic information about the advantages of entrepreneurship in this field. If the company was successful as in the real version then as a result the company would be certainly viable and would produce economic benefits. In the pessimistic scenario, where the company makes no profit, I would review the profitability of the business.

The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is implementation of the strategic analysis of the company Tecno line interier s.r.o. and formulate strategic recommendations. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic terminology and describes methods and procedures of the external environment of the company and the internal resources and capabilities of the company. These methods are applied to the selected company in the practical part. The external environment of the company is specifically analyzed by using PEST analysis, sector analysis and analysis of competitive forces, then internal resources and capabilities by using VRIO analysis, financial analysis, value chain and GE matrix. The information obtained from realized analysis is summarized in the SWOT analysis. Strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as opportunities and threats ascertained from it make a base for the final formulation of strategic recommendations intended for future development of the company.

This thesis objectively assess the economic viability of the newly established startup that aims to become the leading expert on the domestic market in the field of consulting cryptocurrency issues. The aim of this work is to build a business plan, which also includes marketing research, together with the financial plan. An introductory part contains of theoretical framework of the cryptocurrency issues with an analysis of the economic impact on the Czech market. The theoretical part of the thesis is enriched with the necessary methodological basics for writing the business plan. In the practical part of this thesis is to find a business plan aimed at assessing the business model of the startup conducting the methods for the analysis of demand and by analyzing of market potential.
