Rehabilitation stay as mean of complex care with people with Parkinson disease

The thesis is focused on recondition stays, which are a part of complex care about people with an acquired neurodegenerative disease. The target group is people with Parkinson's disease, which belongs to the group of diseases of extrapyramidal system. The thesis aims at mapping of recondition stays organizes by "Parkinson" organization. It focuses on the filed of organization, preparation, process and final evaluation of the stays. A special chapter deals with legopedical care included in the complex therapy provided to the participant of the stays. In this work I attempt to compare the knowledge obtained from literature and practical experience. Conclusions of the thesis are based on a quantitative research on participants of two recondition stays. Stimulation material for aphasia therapy

The aim of this dissertation is to create stimulation material for aphasia therapy. This material is focused on pragmatic approach and the stimulation of some communication parts. The document is aimed at public and professional use. This dissertation is focused on processing theoretical information about the aphasia therapy, particularly about the general approaches. In connection with the realisation of the stimulation material we are focused to aim of the specific material, how to use it and what are its merits. The results from the practical research will be used in realisation of the stimulation material for aphasia therapy.
Integration of children with disabilities in regular kindergarten

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the integration of children with disabilities into a general kindergarten within the regions of Nymburk and Kolin, to describe appropriate auxiliary measures, and to use the analysis to form efficient strategies or a series of auxiliary measures. This study is focused on the process of integration at preschool institutions. It builds upon structural descriptions of particular cases in order to showcase efficient and beneficial cases, describe risks and specifics of this level of education. This thesis aims to map particular cases of integration of children with disabilities, characterize the current developments of integration at general kindergartens.

The contribution of P - P - Pes (Pro - Parki - The educationally stimulating) (group logopedical program for reconditioning stays) Mgr. Michaela Kramerová Abstract The thesis is focused on a group speech therapy, which is a part of the reconditioning stays. The group therapy is oriented to people with Parkinson's disease, with acquired neurodegenerative disease. The aim of this work was to develop a comprehensive program of group speech therapy, which would meet the requirements and needs of the reconditioning stays. During the ongoing experimentation with the model of such a program were structured to stimulate the main areas of speech and a structure of individual therapy sessions. The result of the empirical investigation was to establish educational stimulus program "P-P-Pes", which should be used in preparing by the speech therapist for group speech therapy. Adaptation test ANELT into Czech language

This Master thesis " Adaptation test ANELT into Czech language" deal with diagnostic tools for measuring the verbal communicative ability of patients with aphasia in everyday language situations. I focused specifically on the Dutch speech therapy test ANELT (AmsterdamNijmegen Everyday Language Test), which was designed to measure the level of verbal communication skills of aphasic patients. The aim of the thesis is a translation test ANELT and its adaptation to the Czech language environment. In the first chapter of the thesis is outlined broad meaning of diagnosis, which is used in many scientific disciplines. The second chapter deals in detail with diagnostic of speech therapy, its objectives, methods and factors that affect speech therapy diagnosis. The third chapter provides an overview of tools used for diagnosis of aphasia in the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter discusses the standards for diagnostic tools and the rules that apply to the creation of language versions. The fifth chapter presents detailed test ANELT inform also about the aims, development and basic principles of administration. In the sixth chapter we read about the techniques of quantitative research, which has been used in the implementation of the objectives thesis.
