This bachelor thesis is about design of usable prototype of quadrocopter using standard RC components, with Arduino Due control unit and gyroscope with MPU6050. Main goal is the fully functional prototype with feature for reduction of barriers collision possibility, using ultrasonic sensors. The first part of thesis is the description of each component and their cooperation. The second part describes final solution, flowchart, source code with problems arisen. Source code is written in programming language Arduino, which is based on Wiring language. Further the brief analysis of autonomous flight of quadrocopter is done, particulary with GPS module and possible brief design of this idea. Finally the analysis of basic options of telemetry transmission, such as GSM module, wi-fi, bluetooth, are analysed.
Power over Ethernet implementation
Šturala, Martin ; Musil, Petr (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement a power supply module for an end station network device with an optional 5 V or 3.3 V output, which supports power over ethernet technology, both for active and passive method of this technology. The work is focused on the design of a hardware solution to this problem. A Texas Instruments TPS2373 chip supporting the latest technology according to the IEEE802.3bt specification was chosen to implement active POE. The LM317 linear stabilizer was chosen to implement the passive POE.
Multitone Modulation Implemented via Filter Bank
Krajsa, Ondřej ; Vlček, Čestmír (referee) ; Róka, Rastislav (referee) ; Šilhavý, Pavel (advisor)
The work is focused on multitone modulation implemented by filter banks, which are alternative modulations to DMT and OFDM modulations. The paper describes the two proposed modulation schemes, non-overlapped FMT and half-overlapped FMT. This modulations utilize the benefits of implementing FFT algorithm in conjunction with a bank of polyphase filters that are derived from the prototype filter. To design the prototype filter a Matlab tool is developed. For both modulations the simulation models were created for xDSL systems and for wireless transmission channel. Non-overlapped FMT modulation proved to be a suitable modulation scheme for channels with narrowband interference and sharp edges in the transmission function of the channel. It was allowed by perfect separation of each subchannel and with preserving the orthogonality between subchannels using the FFT algorithm and utilization of appropriate filters. Half-overlapped FMT modulation allows as well as the DMT modulation optimal utilization of provided transmittion band, because the power spectral density of the signal is flat. But it is not suitable for transmission channels with roughly shaped by changes in the transmission function and narrowband interference. Optimization implementations were designed using parallel processing on the DSP Texas Instruments TMS320C67x series. It thus achieved almost ten-fold reduction in computational complexity. In FMT modulation both options ensure increased signal to noise ratio and thus allow the use of constellation diagrams with a large number of signal elements with the same transmit power and also higher transmission speed.
Industrial power supply with output control
Čunderlík, Dávid ; Herencsár, Norbert (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis covers basic theory about power supplies, it’s design and usage. Theory provide detailed information about each functional part in PSU. The main object are switch-mode power supplies and converters, their function and design. Industrial power supply is designed with functions of controling the outputs. This power supply is designed to be mounted on DIN rail. Designed power supply have 6 independent regulated outputs with total power of 120W. Theory about components for controling and comunicating are discused on theoretical basis. Practical part of thesis is assembly of a whole power supply, 3D model and it’s technical documnetation.
Use of modern image processing methods in the control of laboratory processes
Kiac, Martin ; Říha, Kamil (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The thesis deals with the processing and detection of specific objects in the image on the Android mobile platform. The main objective of this work was to design and then implement a mobile application for Android operating system, which allows control of pipetting processes based on images from a mobile device camera. The OpenCV library is used in the application for image processing. The resulting application should serve primarily in laboratories as a tool for complete analysis of the pipetting process. The work is divided into two main chapters, which further consist of sections and smaller subsections. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical analysis of this work. Here is also describes used technology, Android operating system, OpenCV library and important parts of image processing. The second chapter deals with the proposal and subsequent practical solution of this work. There is a proposal and the following procedure for solving this work, important techniques, methods of processing and analysis of the camera image. The conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of the results of the solution of this work.
Management and configuration of Asterisk VoIP exchange
Binder, Tomáš ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
This diploma dissertation is dealing with the VoIP software exchange Asterisk. In the dissertation there are described its abilities and possible ways of its configuration. Special attention is given to the signalling protocol SIP, which is described in one of the chapters. Within this dissertation a dial plan, which demonstrates the technique of dial plan creating, was created. Within the boundaries of the dialplan following services could be found: a voicemail, conference, Interactive Voice Response and call queues. Configuration files, with the help of which the exchange is configurated, are described in my dissertation as well. Finally, three laboratory assignments for purposes of the subject Multimedia Services are mentioned. Their main aim is to familiarise students with the creation of SIP accounts in the exchange, their mutual connections, defining the Interactive Voice Response and forming a new call centre.

The aim of this semestral thesis is to design low-power wireless sensor node, which will be used to measure temperature, humidity and pressure. The first part deals with the central unit, which will collect and process the measured data. The second part is devoted to design for a wireless node that is formed by ATMega328 microcontroller, three sensors (temperature, pressure and humidity), baterry which is charged by photovoltaic cell and the wireless module. Conclusion is a brief summary of this work and outlines follow-up procedure in dealing with the bachelor’s thesis.
Possibilities of simulation and optimization of queuing systems in MATLAB
Kakvic, Martin ; Leixner, Martin (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the possibilities of simulation and optimalization of ethernet networks in Matlab interface. Ethernet technology, quality of service and architecture of differentiated services are described in this thesis. Based on these facts, there was created a toolbox. This toolbox allows to create a dynamic network, which can be configured via using GUI. In the end of the thesis, there are shown results of the simulation of networks, which is running in created program.
Access Control in IP Networks
Frdlík, Tomáš ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Baroňák, Ivan (advisor)
In this thesis we describe the problematic of QoS security for various services provided through IP network. These applications have high QoS parameter requirements such as delay, loss rate and variation of delay. We provide the required quality using different methods that are responsible for network monitoring and traffic management. One of the main QoS elements we deal with in this thesis are AC methods. These methods have the task of deciding whether they accept or reject a new connection based on its parameters without affecting the QoS of other connections. Furthermore, this thesis deals with the use of neural networks in AC methods. At the end two methods are simulated and compared: the Gauss method and the neural network utilization method for 100, 1 000 and 10 000 accesses.
