Máder, Tomáš ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Süss, Vladimír (referee)
Title: The comparative analysis of forward stroke on the slalom kayak, wildwater kayak and speed kayak The Aim: Aim of this work is the comparative analysis of forward stroke on the kayak to slalom kayak, wildwater kayak and speed kayak. Methods: For comparison, we used electromyography measurements, we have synchronized with video. Results: The results of this work we show that most differences in the forward stroke, according to timing of entries we selected muscle activation between the speed and slalom kayak. Keywords: Electromyography, forward stroke, slalom, wildwater, speed canoeing
Analysis of strenght training of rock climbers - campusing
Malý, Jiří ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Novotný, Petr (referee)
Title: Analysis of strenght training of rock climbers - campusing Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine time and space characteristic of working muscle chains of upper body during training on campus board and climbing on vertical wall. Comparing basic exercise by measuring EMG signal in combination with cinematographic analysis synchronized with video record, to analyse coordination markers of muscle work in selected area of movement system. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of analysis and a method of comparison. We apllied the method of analysis in research of campusing movement and the method of comparison in comparing the basic climbing movement and basic campusing. Results: It is possible to define campusing as movement in vertical axis, which is executed by three times faster muscle chains activation compared to basic climbing on vertical wall. Movement is realized by upper limbs, by changing positions of one point holding position and two point holding position. In both activities measured muscles are wireing in similar mode, during campusing the musculus pectoralis major and the musculus triceps brachii are faster in start of their activity compared to climbing on vertical wall. Keywords: sport climbing, muscle chains, electromyography, campusing
Locomotor Models of Skating and Push-off Exercises in Ice Hockey Training
Minář, Leoš ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Dědek, Lukáš (referee)
Iee hockey skating locomotive models and jumping exercises models in ice hockey training. Objective: Description and confrontation of kinesiologycal contents of ice hockey skating locomotive models and imitative jumping exercises. Method: Case study of EMG mesurement in combination with kinematography analysis by the help of synchronized videorecord. Results: Make out several similarity levels between forward ice hockey skating and imitative jumping exercises. Key words: human locomotion, sport locomotion, electromyography, ice hockey skating, jumping exercises. Human movement ontogenesis culminates by free bipedal walking. We suppose similar movement organisation ofmovement at sport locomotion such as by walking. In our study we have observed coordination of movement at selected muscle groups when skating on hockey skates and it has been compared to coordination of imitative jumping exercises. We have not found kinesiology similarity of movement at all of jumping exercises.
Comparative analysis of selected muscles activity during ropeclimbing, pull-up and its modifications
Szabóová, Veronika ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Vomáčková, Helena (referee)
Author: Bc. Veronika Szabóová Title: Comparative analysis of selected muscles activity during ropeclimbing, pull-up and its modifications. Objectives: The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to make a search of the available studies in the field of ropeclimbing and its training methods. The aim of this study is to evaluate the coordination of the selected muscles in terms of its timing during three specific training exercises compared to legless ropeclimbing. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis was elaborated on the basis of information from printed and electronic sources in the Czech and English language in the form of a research. In the practical part of the thesis the activity of ten selected muscles during ropeclimbing, pull-up and its modifications was monitored. The main research method was the surface electromyography. The representative sample of 11 participants examined in the study was properly chosen from active competitors in ropeclimbing. The study evaluates the order of muscle activation compared to the legless ropeclimbing as the reference movement. The treshold method was used for detection of the muscle activity. The Spearman correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the relationship between the variables and for statistical testing. Results: In terms of timing...
The comparative kineziologic analysis of forward stroke on wheelchair and crawling
Vatěrová, Hana ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Suchanová, Klára (referee)
Title: The comparative kineziologic analysis of forward stroke on wheelchair and crawling. Objectives of the Thesis: The aim of the thesis is to compare muscle activity of selected muscles in shoulder girdle during forward stroke on wheelchair and crawling. Method: Surface electromyography combinated with kinematography analysis used synchronized video recording. Results and Conclusions: As the research shows, there is a difference in muscle activity (timing) between forward stroke on wheelchair and during crawling. It was proved that the activity of forward stroke on wheelchair does not have natural locomotive character. Keywords: Forward stroke on wheelchair, crawling, shoulder girdle, surface electromyography, kinematics analysis.
Muscle activity in shoulder girdle during the Nordic Walking
Tlašková, Petra ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Véle, František (referee)
Title: Muscle activity in shoulder gidle during the Nordic Walking Purposes: The aim ofthe thesis is to compare muscle timing in shoulder girdle during the Nordic Walking and during a free bipedal walk. Methods: Surface electromyography combinated with kinematography analysis used synchronized video recording. Results: As the research shows, there is a difference in muscle timing between the NW and free bipedal walk. lt was proveď that the activity NW has more locomotive character than in free bipedal walk. Key words: Nordic Walking, shoulder girdle, Surface electromyography, kinematics analysis, free bipedal walk.
Comparative analysis of chosen muscles in locomotion through shoulder girdle
Čapková Ebelová, Eliška ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Pánek, David (referee)
Title Objectives: Methods: Results Key words Comparative analysis of chosen muscles in locomotion through shoulder girdle The aim of this study is to describe and to compare selected exercises performer during indoor training toward the canoe forward stroke. The research was conducted in an intentionally chosen sample of ten probands with high level of performance in whitewater slalom. We watched activity of ten selected muscles during canoe forward stroke, on simulator, diagonal pull, stretch of arms with elastic resistance, dumbbell pulls and pull ups by surface electromyography. Study evaluates intraindividual and subsequently interindividual the size of the muscle activation considering reference movement, forward stroke on flat water. The results proved similarities of the forward stroke and on simulator in terms of average muscle activation. M. latissimus dorsi shows higher activation during canoe forward stroke, on simulator, stretch of arms with elastic resistance, dumbbell pulls compared with other tested exercices. locomotion through the shoulder girdle, shot, canoeing, paddling, electromyography, muscular activity
