Multifunctional house
Šenfeld, Pavel ; Šilerová-Křížová, Kateřina (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to project a family house with a workroom and to work out a plan. The house is being built on building site no. 1127/28 in the town of Hoštka. The project is developed for four to six residents, with the workroom (separated side entrance). Self-contained house ground plan is in the form of the letter L (47.57 × 50.85 ft.). Disposition of the projected single storey house is 5+1 with the habitable attic. There are entry foyer, hall, bathroom, toilet, living room, utility room, garage, workroom with kitchenette, toilet and multifunctional lobby on the first floor. Hall, bedroom, two other rooms and bathroom with toilet are located in the habitable attic. The house is projected on concrete strip. As far as the supporting part of the building is concerned, the Porotherm system is used. Horizontal construction above the first

The subject of the presented bachelor thesis is an organisation of Czechoslovak scouting within refugee camps after February 1948. Its aim is to present how Czechoslovak Scouts, who emigrated from the Republic after the communist coup, organized themselves in the inhospitable conditions of the refugee camps. The first part aims to describe a path that most of the refugees had to take on their arduous journey to freedom. The main part functions as an asnwer to the questions about the organization of boy scouts in an environment of refugee camps, building of the structure, their communication within the camps and their relationship with the international scout organization. Keywords: Scout, refugee camps, after February's exil
Language preparation of the child for school attendance and language skills development in the first years of school attendance

Nuclei of Giardia intestinalis
Krížová, Kateřina ; Nohýnková, Eva (advisor) ; Jiráková, Klára (referee)
4 Abstract Giardia intestinalis is a protozoan parasitic organism early diverging from common ancestor of all eukaryotes. That is why many distinctions of structure and ongoing processes occure in Giardia. Although the current findings suggest that a number of features and simplicity may be given to adaptation of the parasitic way of life, Giardia still remains a unique model, which may indicate something about many of the "core" processes that define eukaryotic cells. This paper summarizes a lot of known information related to two morphologically similar nuclei of Giardia. The nuclei have been compared both with each other and with the general knowledge of the eukaryotic nucleus. Although initially the nuclei were considered to be exactly the same, more recent studies and researches have brought plenty of evidence that they differ from each other. The main difference is basically the unequal content of chromosomes in each nucleus. Other differences consist in the number and deployment of nuclear pores or in the synchronization of the cell cycle. Special type of mitosis occurs there as well. Even though many claims have been clarified and refuted since the first study confirming the identity of nuclei was published in 1990, a lot of information needed for a complete understanding of the functioning of the...
Binominal phrases in Dutch
Borůvková, Markéta ; Hrnčířová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Křížová, Kateřina (referee)
The presented diploma thesis is concerned with the group of phraseological combinations, namely binominal phrases in Dutch. Binominal phrases are compared to Czech; the goal is to investigate morphosyntactic and semantic-lexical congruence and difference. Theoretical part deals with morphological, syntactical and semantic description of phraseological pairs. At the same time, general characteristics and classification of phrasemes, accompanied by a brief historical overview, has been put together. Last part of the theoretical chapter is concerned with the types of equivalence. Practical part includes a corpus of Dutch phraseologisms and their Czech translations, which are distributed to three groups according to the degree of equivalence. The corpus has been set up manually, the main source being Van Dale Idioom Woordenboek. Further on, it was expanded by additional phrasemes taken from Nederlandse Spreekwoorden, spreekwijzen, uitdrukkingen en gezegen by F.A: Stoett, as well as by expressions from three websites, which contain lists of proverbs. In total, the corpus contains 286 Dutch binominal phrases, which are in the practical part subsequently analyzed according to the type of equivalence. 22% out of all binominal pairs are marked by total phraseological equivalence. This type of equivalence subsumes...
Morphological and phylogenetic characterization of tetratrichomonads of group A
Krížová, Kateřina ; Čepička, Ivan (advisor) ; Hampl, Vladimír (referee)
Trichomonads is a group of anaerobic single-celled eukaryotes currently classified in the kingdom Excavata (phylum Parabasalia), although does not share any of typically excavate features (the characteristic arrangement of the cytoskeleton and the ventral feeding groove). The taxonomy is based only on the molecular-phylogenetic analyses. Genus Tetratrichomonas contains probably the highest number of known species within the phylum Parabasalia, parasites and commensals of numerous vertebrate and invertebrate hosts. According to phylogenetic methods the genus has been divided into group A and B. This thesis is focused on the group A, which is split into 12 lineages (lineage 1 - 10, novel lineage 2, lineage LP). During our survey we discovered a new lineage - called sheep lineage, related to this group. Its position in group A is still unclear. Morphological differences between lineages have more or less confirmed the position of other lineages in phylogeny based taxonomy tree, which has been published previously. In this work, the differences between lineages have been described detailly. It is obvious that almost all lineages or groups of lineages are distinguishable from each other on the basis of morphological characters (size and shape of the body, the number of anterior flagella, parabasal body size,...
Motivation for the teaching profession
Křížová, Kateřina ; Strouhal, Martin (advisor) ; Koťa, Jaroslav (referee)
Anotace: The thesis "The motivation for the teaching profession" dealt with fundamental problems of motivation to the teaching profession. In the theoretical part, we have focused on general characteristics of terms that pertain to the teaching profession, particularly the theory of the teaching profession, the choice of the teaching profession, the phase of the teaching profession, teacher typology, the role of teacher training and professionalization of teachers, but also washed into the teaching profession, status of teachers in society, the prestige of the teaching profession, on motivation and disincentives to the teaching profession, teachers' job satisfaction and coping in the teaching profession. Based on this theoretical target was set of thesis and research work was carried out. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the motivation of students second and 3 year master's program, major in Teaching for elementary schools, the Faculty of natural sciences, humanities and teaching Technical University in Liberec, which leads to the choice and the teaching profession. Research has therefore focused mainly on the circumstances of the election of teacher training, assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching profession, the prestige of the teaching profession, etc. The research was...
