Integration of CRM and web analytics in E-commerce
Král, Miroslav ; Gála, Libor (advisor) ; Fortinová, Jana (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with integration of CRM system and web analytics system in the Czech E-commerce environment. The purpose of this thesis is to identify methods of integration of CRM and web analytics and benefits from integration of these systems among e-shops in Czech Republic. The methods and benefits are defined on the basis of literature research. By using a questionnaire survey among e-shops, it is found which methods they use and which benefit they achieve. The main contribution of this thesis is the complex view of the problem of integration of CRM and web analytics.
Dynamics of agile project management methodology Scrumban
Grohoľ, Robert ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Král, Miroslav (referee)
This thesis researches dynamics in projects managed by Scrumban. It describes the creation of system dynamics simulation model, which provides insight into the relationships between system components. It also presents data, that are further analysed with the purpose of discovering patterns in behaviour of project attributes in time, such as size of the product backlog, work in progress etc. The patterns are discovered and recommended parameter settings are provided so that there is no idle time or higher defect rate than necessary. Soft factors are also included in the model, namely the development team and the customer, which have a grand effect to the model behaviour. Managment flight simulator is developed, which provides the option to experiment even to users, who are not familiar with system dynamics modelling. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first part, necessary theory of project management, system dynamics and their fusion is provided. The second part is dedicated to the process of creating the simulation model, dynamic hypothesis formulation, mathematical modelling, testing and data analysis. In consideration of the analysis results, recommended policies are provided. Last pages of the thesis describe the user interface of management flight simulator and it's controls.
Webové geoportály pro samosprávy obcí a možnosti realizace pro město Strážnice
Král, Miroslav
This thesis deals with the map portals, respectively geoportals being possibly implemented principally by local governments and citizens themselves. The literature review section looks at the current geoportals in the historical and contemporary context. The research of the current market identified possible options of commercial implementation of geoportal for specific conditions of the town of Strážnice. The following section analyzes open source variants of creating map portals. The market research is followed by an evaluation of particular alternatives and implementation process. Several sample functional geoportals have been created in the thesis. Results of this study provide materials for the local government of Strážnice and all potential applicants on the decision of an implementation of geoportal.
System model for analysis of applicant decision in project of CzechEkoSystem
Polák, Petr ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Král, Miroslav (referee)
System Dynamics is a powerful approach to understanding the behaviour of complex systems. This thesis is focused on a simulation model, that goes from principles of System Dynamics and the model will solve the problem of insufficient number of applicants that meet a specific set of project requirements, which are defined by the government agency, CzechInvest. The project, CzechEkoSystem, is mainly focused on efficient development of small and medium sized enterprises based on their pioneering business model. The thesis begins by describing the basic theories of System Dynamics that are introduced and elaborated on, within the particular tools of the simulation model problem statement. Then key terms about the CzechEkoSystem project are introduced. In the conclusion, results and recommendations for increasing the portfolio of pioneering small and medium sized enterprises are presented.
Specifika informačního managemntu v síťové topologii
Buzek, Jiří ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Král, Miroslav (referee)
This work deals with programs designed to manage data networks and to their use in managerial practice. The purpose is to explain how these programs contribute to a systemic understanding of managed network and system thinking. All these methods are applied on example of two largest wireless ISP companies in South Bohemia. The dissertation explains the issue of making mental models of the managed network, which concerns specially managers of ISP companies. The work is not an administrator view at programs for network management, but rather a management view and instructions how to use these programs in management decisions to solve complex problems and future development of managed network.
The system model of human resourcis management in the project oriented organisation
Lachman, Petr ; Mildeová, Stanislava (advisor) ; Král, Miroslav (referee)
The basis of success of today's organization can be determined by their ability to win contracts and fulfil the requirements of these contracts satisfactorily within the time scale agreed. For non-manufacturing project oriented organization it is important to obtain the optimal number of projects and to have sufficient human resources to carry out the work efficiently. This thesis aims to a possible solution for the bidding policy and optimal use of human resources in project oriented-organizations within the legislative environment of the Czech Republic. It is trying to find and recommend appropriate solutions of fluctuations in the need for human resources by using a system dynamics approach (developed model and its testing).
Large fixed price projects planning and analysis
Král, Miroslav ; Chlapek, Dušan (advisor) ; Reich, Pavel (referee)
A large number of different methods in the field of estimation of IS/IT projects have been developed in past years. Those methods should be used with regard to several factors. The choice and the application of an estimation method should take into consideration the current phase of each project and the wide variety of external factors, whose composition and intensity are very diverse and individual. The accuracy of the estimation considerably influences the success of the whole project. Therefore it is crucial to pay special attention to the mentioned phenomenon. The aim of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the issue of the estimation of large projects for fixed price. The objective is particularly fulfilled by the provided overview and definitions of the chosen methods, the list of the most common mistakes and the interpretation of the results of an analysis concerning the portfolio of projects that were realised in an international company. The expected outcome of the diploma thesis is represented by the definition of the procedurally correct and comprehensive description of the creation of the price for a project with the fixed extent of work, which can be guaranteed with a reasonable rate of risk by a supplier. Another outcome of the thesis is the interpreted outputs of the analysis concerning the portfolio of projects realised by the international supplier of IS/IT products and services, which can be exploited for more effective estimations and project portfolio management.
Risk analysis of information systems
Král, Miroslav ; Luc, Ladislav (advisor) ; Mikulecký, Jan (referee)
Target of this study is to provide complete general view on security information management, which is classified into theoretical and practical part. There are defined processes of information security risk management and methodologies used for analysis of information systems, focus on risk management (CRAMM, OCTAVE, and MEHARI). There is reason for methodology choice at the end of practical part. Methodology CRAMM is used for risk analysis of information system in hospital environment. Last chapter of this study is dedicated to summary of results and there is approved project. Target of this project is applying of recommendations which result from analysis made. Contribution of this project is practical methodology usage and conceptual validation of theoretical frames in practice.
