V praktické části je představena společnost DK OPEN, spol. s r. o., dále jsou aplikovány analýzy z teoretické části na zmiňovanou společnost. Na základě analýz je doporučeno firmě zavést konkrétní výrobek. V závěru je navrhnut marketingový mix tohoto nového výrobku.

Předmětem práce je popis a specifikace pracovních míst, způsob jejích provedení a propojení výsledků s navržením organizační struktury. Jsou zmíněny metody používané k analýze a také, jaký je její vliv na zvyšování efektivity podniku. Jsou popsány organizační struktury a v praktické části jsou tyto poznatky aplikovány na firmu TDS, s. r. o. Analýza je provedena na tzv. realizační tým a je navržena organizační struktura pro podnik.
