The aim of the diploma thesis is to design and develop project documentation for the new construction of the leisure activity center. The building is located on a plot of land with plot numbers 84/4, 84/6 and 120/4 in Olšany u Prostějova. The plots are flat and undeveloped. The building is designed as a detached, two-story building with a partial basement. The basement contains the building's technical facilities, a cleaning room and a warehouse. On the ground floor there is a small cafe with a terrace, a relaxation area, a classroom, sanitary facilities, a reception, a hall intended for holding cultural events and the facilities of the hall. On the 2nd floor there are classrooms, sanitary facilities and the management office. The object is designed as barrier-free. The vertical structures are made of silica sand-based blocks of the Porfix system. The perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry in the basement is monolithic reinforced concrete. The construction is based on foundation belts made of plain concrete C20/25 and a 150 mm thick underlying concrete screed reinforced with KARI mesh. The building is insulated with 200 mm thick mineral wool. Part of the building is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system with a surface treatment of thin-layer plaster, and part of it has a ventilated facade with laminate facade cladding. The windows and doors are plastic with triple insulating glass.

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to design and develop project documentation for a new apartment building. The apartment house is located on a plot in Prostějov. The building is designed as a free – standing building with two above – ground floors and with partial basement. In basement is technical facilities and cellar. There are eight residental units on the upper floors. The apartments in groung floor has garden. The apartment building is based on concrete foundations. The external wall in basement is made of prestressed concrete and in upper floors is made of aerated concrete. The ceilling structure and staircase is made of prestressed ceilling. An elevator is located between the arms of the staircase. The roof is saddle and made of truss girders. The building is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system.

Time management in sport managers

Title: Time management in sport managers The main goal of this project was to describe the problems of time management in sport managers. This project analyses the contemporary situation, describes and compares the time management in five managers that represent the sport sphere in the Czech Republic: the manager of sport shop, the manager of the fitness centre, the manager of youth football club, the manager of football team and the manager of track and field club. A qualitative research was used for getting information from our respondents, concretely a structured interview. To analyse each surveyed person a swot analyse, a comparative analyse and an observation method were used. The results show that time management in sport managers exists, but it is rather special. It comes from the praxis and own experience. Each of the managers is good at organization of his working time within the activities and work he is responsible for. They use mainly classical paper tools for the better time management. Contemporary time management of the surveyed persons is more or less suitable nevertheless we proposed some recommendations. The prevention of spinal injury at primary school

The diploma dissertation is specialized in the prevention of the spinal injuries at the primary school. The goal of the exploration is finding out the condition of the prevention of the spinal injuries at the primary school and controling of the student's opinion in the issue of the people with physical disability. The results are used as a base for the creation of the new conception of the spinal injuries prevention. The theoretical part describes the history of the spinal injuries and determinates the spinal injury, the Frankel's spinal injuries categories, the statistics of the children's injuries according to the State health institute and the rules of the first aid by the suscipion of the spinal injury. This part contain preventive encouragement concerning the school injuries, sport and transport injuries and in-house injuries. The practical part attends to the pedagogical exploration of the prevention of the spinal injuries at the primary school, which use the form of questionnaire and the valuation of the results. The object group are the students of the fifths, sevenths and ninths classes, whose answered the biographical, the attainment and the social questions and these students discussed about the prevention of the spinal injuries and about the life of the people with the physical disability. Title: Marketing research of customer satisfaction with service of fitness center Euforie Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the level of customer satisfaction with the services of fitness center Euforie. Other step is to analyse their opinions and find potential shortage in fitness center services. Final goal is to suggest different measures that would lead to general improvement and to bigger customer satisfaction. Methods: To obtain data from respondents was used the quantitative research, specifically personal and written polling. With the management of the fitness center were made informal interviews. Results: It was found out from the marketing research that the customers are satisfied with the fitness Euphoria services. On the other hand several important problematic points were discovered that management of fitness center should work on to successfully fulfil all the customer's expectations. Prevention of chronic hepatitis

The topic of his thesis Prevention of chronic hepatitis I chose both because of the interest in this issue and for providing opportunities for Precautionary question this current issue affecting not only professional, but especially the general public. The aim of this work was to give a brief overview of the various etiologic agents involved in the development of chronic hepatitis. The text is devoted to attention essentially only chronic viral hepatitis, which may preventive measures apply most. Other chronic hepatitis are only listed in the Summary and below them are not given wider attention. Preventive part is focused on general preventive measures against the spread of hepatitis vaccination against hepatitis B. The basis for the treatment of this topic was largely applicable legislation governing the issues.

Flight activity of bats in habitats with different represantation of human settlements

Bats are important part of diversity of mammal fauna and they are used as indicators of environment quality. Many bat species, even those regarded as forest dwellings, use human settlements as a roosts and shelters. The bat community structure and activity of particular species will be studied at different places in order to determine the influence of presence of human settlements on forest bats. Detectoring and recording of bat echolocation calls will be used as an effective method enabling to monitor the presence and activity of particular bat species in different habitats.
