Cosign Authentication in PHP
Kovářík, Jiří ; Skokanová, Jana (referee) ; Lampa, Petr (advisor)
Master's thesis deals with issue of cookie-based central authentication services. Present-day methods of single sign-on are described. The specification of single sign-on mechanism Cosign and its authentication filter is closely viewed. Cryptographic algorithms needed by this filter are described, as well as their possible realization in PHP. Next, the implementation of Cosign authentication filter is described. Performance of the filter is tested and its future use is analysed.
Speech activity detector in digital signal processor
Kovařík, Jiří ; Mach, Václav (referee) ; Sysel, Petr (advisor)
In this diploma thesis were created voice activity detectors according to the standard ITU-T G.729 and G.723.1. The voice activity detectors were implements in the digital signal processor TMS320C6416 made by Texas Instruments. At the same time detectors were designed using by MATLAB programming language. The diploma thesis can be divided into two parts. In the theoretical section provides information on how to report detectors in the standard ITU-T G.729 and G.723.1. In the implementation part is described steps in the implementation of the detector in signal processor TMS320C6416 and there are discussed various differences compared to the documentation.
Speech quality objective methods
Kovařík, Jiří ; Balík, Miroslav (referee) ; Sysel, Petr (advisor)
In terms of the bachelor´s thesis was created a computer programme for the quality speech estimation. This programme was created in the MATLAB programming language using GUI programing environment. Through the use of created programme was processed group of records disturbed by various noises from the real environment. As a speech quality objective methods was chosen classical SNR, Segmental SNR, PESQ, Itakura distance, Itakura – Saito distance For this programme were created service instructions. In this work are these speech quality objective methods described furthermore the process of the human voice creation, speech modeling and a linear predictive coding.
ON OUR RECENT WORK IN STUDYING NEW PARTICLE FORMATION (NPF)
Kovářík, Jiří ; Špalová, Anna ; Roztočil, Petr ; Zíková, Naděžda ; Schwarz, Jaroslav ; Ždímal, Vladimír
New particle formation (NPF) is increasingly gaining attention since it emerged roughly twenty years ago as a field of interest within the aerosol science. It studies the transition process between gas phase molecules, forming clusters and eventually becoming aerosol particles. Thus, this field is a multidisciplinary one, ranging from meteorology, atmospheric chemistry and physics, all the way through physical chemistry towards chemistry and physics of aerosols. \nRecent development of instrumentation techniques allows measuring of sub-5 nm particles and molecule clusters, neutral and also charged ones. Therefore, modern analytical methods based on these measurements are often used for NPF studies.

Vertical gradients of atmospheric aerosols chemical composition
Kovářík, Jiří
The aim of this work is to obtain data on the chemical composition of aerosols at two heights (4–5 metres above ground and at 230 metres on the atmospheric tower’s measurement platform). The following and sampling techniques will be used: Aerosol Mass\nSpectrometry) – in combination with PMF (Positive Matrix Factorisation), Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitor and Particle Into Liquid Sampler coupled with Ion Chromatography.
