Condensing steam turbine for a sugar factory
Kovaříček, Jakub ; Fiedler, Jan (referee) ; Kracík, Petr (advisor)
The main topic of the thesis Condensing steam turbine for a sugar factory is a comparison of the methodology for the design of twisted blades of the last low-pressure stages of a condensing steam turbine. The work is divided into the five parts. In addition to the Dunham, Pritchard and Trigg methodologies described in detail, the research in the first part also deals with other, briefly described methods. In the second part, a preliminary calculation of the thermal scheme in which the turbine should be operated is performed. An air condenser is selected behind the turbine. The third part is devoted to the preliminary and detailed calculation of the control degree. The next part deals with the preliminary thermodynamic calculation of the turbine, which has an overpressure blade and is divided into seven flow cones. The content of the following fifth part is a detailed design of the geometry of twisted blades of the last stage. The importance of twisting the blades in terms of efficiency is described here and it is possible to look at the issues of the whole process. The profile of the blades is modeled in detail using two methods and then compared on the mean diameter with the third method, which is modeled only in one section. While the Dunham method is the most time-saving, the generated blade shape is not ideal compared to the more time-consuming methods. The appendix contains a simplified drawing designed for stator and rotor blades.
Family house with place of business
Kovaříček, Jakub ; Žižka, Lukáš (referee) ; Rusinová, Marie (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a new family house with an establishment. The house is located on the outskirts of the city Litomyslske suburb in the village Vysoke Myto. It is a detached house without a basement. The building is divided into two parts, House and garage with a design office. House consists of two floors and a garage with a design office consists of one floor. Plan shape of the object has an atypical shape, partly resembles the letter L. The building is built of masonry structural system POROTHERM with accurate building blocks for thin joints. Ceiling structure above the first floor consists of POT beams and Miako. The roof structure consists of two parts of the trusses with a slope of 17 degrees, then the ceiling structure consists of a suspended ceiling SDK. Work includes documentation and drawing part that is handled as a detailed documentation.
High school Ústí nad Orlicí
Kovaříček, Jakub ; Pobořil, Lukáš (referee) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis solves the construction area of High school building in Ustí nad Orlicí deals with the main building of the complex. The High school will be located in the district town of Ustí nad Orlicí, in the district on Štěpnice, this is a developing area on the outskirts of town. The building will serve as a high school facilities, with a capacity of 360 students and 20 teachers and 10 other staff. The main building of High school is designed as a three-storey building, its shape resembles the letter T with a smaller spur of handstand. The building is roofed single-roof with vegetative planting. The building is built of structural system POROTHERM masonry blocks with precise thin cleft. Ceiling design floors form the hollow prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll from Goldbeck over the main entrance consists of reinforced concrete ceiling construction cross reinforcement plate, then the ceiling structure made of suspended ceiling drywall. Dominating the lecture hall buildings form a stepped podium staircase and from outside the auditorium finish of brick strips Klinker, located above the main entrance to the building. The building is adapted for wheelchair use. Work includes documentation and drawing part, that is handled as a detailed documentation.
Heat recovery
Kovaříček, Jakub ; Toman, Filip (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This work deals with the design of a heat exchanger for the use of the heat of the gas generated during the gasification of biomass. The gas flowing in the tubular space of the exchanger will be cooled to the required temperature by the air flowing in the intermediate tube space. It is therefore a gas-air bundle exchanger, the outlet air temperature of which is unknown. The introductory part includes an overview of possible designs of exchangers according to several parameters, requirements for exchangers and their functions. The second part deals with the design of the exchanger itself, starting with the determination of physical and other properties of working media, through geometric parameters, the balance of the exchanger and finally the determination of pressure losses of the exchanger.

Public space use in a part of Vítězné náměstí in Prague
Kováříček, Jakub ; Peltan, Tomáš (advisor) ; Macoun, Milan (referee)
The bachelor thesis is focused on observation and evaluation of the using public space. Main part of the Vítězné náměstí infront of General building and also near of Dejvická street in Prague - specifically part of the Prague called Dejvice.  The thesis examines what activities are represented in part of Vítězné náměstí. In this thesis is description of the places, where are these activities done - around Vítězné náměstí and indicate where the most frequent movement of people in this area. The thesis focused were for the influence of these factors, the possibielities  of using these spaces. These data is collection with two metods. First method what was used was picking of time and the second one by drawing in a cartogram. Data was processeded then created into the graph. From these charts was later made the conclusion determined factors of the impact use these public spaces.
