Prahy The comparison of physical efficiency progress of firemen from the Prague Fire and Rescue Brigade Cíle práce: Porovnání tělesné výkonnosti příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru hl. m Prahy mezi hasičskými stanicemi a zjišťování tělesné výkonnosti dvou skupin příslušníků HZS s různými sportovními přípravami. Metoda: Testování bylo provedeno pomocí předepsaných fyzických testů stanovených vyhláškou GŘ MV. Získané údaje byly vyhodnoceny na základě srovnávací metody. Title: Pedagogical evaluation training runners from the 800 m category, older pupils Written by: Bc. Michaela Jandová Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Objectives: : implementation of educational evaluation training process runner in the 800 m category, older pupils during the two annual training macrocycle, 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 Methodology: Content analysis of a training documentation of the selected runner, based on two annual training periods (2007/2008 and 2008/2009), focusing on the monitoring of selected general and special training indicators. Results: In the 2008/2009 season, the monitored runner improved his personal records on 800 m and 300 m tracks compared to the previous season. He has run more kilometers both in total and in individual training indicators. Several deficiencies can be seen among general training indicators, where it is evident that in the 2008/2009 season there was a lower number of days with training load and higher number of days when the runner was limited by sickness or other reasons. After analyzing selected training indicators and the graphic waves of training load among individual cycles within the two training periods, we have come to conclusion that the runner's performance on 800 m track was mostly impacted by the following special training...

Metoda výzkumu: Byla provedena kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýza jednotlivých mezocyklů v ročním makrocyklu a srovnání získaných údajů Výsledky: s modelovými vzory. Název: VYUŽITÍ PROTAHOVACÍCH CVIČENÍ VE ŠKOLNÍ TĚLESNÉ VÝCHOVĚ. Názevv angličtině: APPLYING STRETCHING AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROCESS. Cíle práce: Cílem naší diplomové práce je využití poznatků o protahovacích cvičení při sestavení souborů cvičení, jejich využití v hodinách tělesné výchovy na základní škole a ověření účinnost vytvořených souborů v praxi u žáků druhého stupně základní školy. Metoda: Poznatky jsou testovány metodou experimentu. Testování proběhlo pomocí předem připraveného souboru protahovacích cvičení, provedeného na začátku a na konci pedagogické praxe u žáků sedmých a osmých tříd základní školy. Výsledky: Porovnávají účinnost protahovacích cvičení .u žáků provádějících tato cvičení, oproti žákům, kteří tato cvičení neprovádějí. Dynamic analysis of phase of the running step at different running techniques

Abstract Title: Dynamic analysis of the support phase of running step at different running techniques Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to make a dynamic analysis of the support phase of running step at the three chosen probands with different speeds and running techniques. The aim is also to find the differences in pressure and duration of the support phase of running step. Further, to assess the influence of the character of ground surface on the musculoskeletal system of the runner during the forefoot landing and heel strike landing. Methods: The experiment was used as a method of research, i.e. the observation and measurement under the artificially created conditions. It was a multi-factor experiment conducted under the laboratory conditions. Furthermore, we applied the method of analysis at processing of particular measured data and the method of comparison at comparing of all probands. Results: We found that forefoot running is characterized by bigger effect of the total pressures in the forefoot. Muscle activity is also higher. Duration of the support phase is shorter at maintaining of the same running speed. The value of first two quantities increases with the increasing speed. Tittle (Thema works): A Critical Analysis and Evaluation of Own Sports Career Student: Jiří Mužík Supervisor: odb. as. Aleš Kaplan Aims of the dissertation: A brief description and critical evaluation of Jiří Mužík's sports career in the period 1986-2006 by way of analysis of training document content and personal reflection. Methodology of work: Analysis of training document content in the 20-year sports period from 1986 to 2006 within which Jiří Mužík gradually came to specialise in 400m hurdles. Completion of training indicators and competition data and at the same time implementation of personal reflection covering the entire sports career. Results of the thesis: Each year of Jiří Mužík's sports career was addressed as were simultaneously the general training indicators in each of these periods. Each year was critically assessed to probe for possible problems in periods of preparation or competition. Reasons for performance stagnation on the level of 48, 70-49, 50 seconds in the years leading up to injury were found. The stagnation is attributed to a certain 'fixing' of a slower style of running during the start of a competitive run.
