Specifically, it is about executing strategic analysis, analysis of internal and external factors to identify strengths and weaknesses of the company. Implementation of the proposed measures aims to improve company’s existing market position and secure its functioning even with major changes of environment.

The present thesis deals with the establishment of a small business. It focuses more specifically on a business oriented on French wines and specialities. The theoretical part deals with the general explanation of concepts such as entrepreneur and small business, theory of business plan, collection and analysis of market-connected data. The analytical part includes research in the form of questionnaire with the aim of discovering customers´ preferences in the gastronomical market. The analytical part contains further analysis according to Porter, SLEPT analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part focuses on the business plan of the small business with all its requirements.

The diploma thesis deals with a business plan, preparing a launch of a new product on the market. The business plan is based on strategical analyzes of the current status of the company. The first part is theoretical and defines the meaning and the structure of the business plan. It focuses on external and internal strategical analyzes. In the second part strategical analyzes studying the current state of the company are applied. The last part of the thesis describes individual parts of the business plan for a new product launch.

Establishing of a Small Company

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan to establish a confectionery factory "Nebeské dorty" in the village Rouchovany. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the definition of business terms and analyzes needed for the elaboration of a business plan. In the design part there is a business model and related organizational, marketing and financial plan. Thanks to the questionnaire given to selected respondents and to the analyzes performed, it can be said that the future enterprise has a great chance of success.

The masterś thesis is focused on the system of work motivation and employee satisfaction in a selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The analytical part evaluates the current system of motivation and remuneration of the company's employees, employee satisfaction in the field of remuneration, working conditions and interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the effects of internal and external influences on the system. Based on the performed analyzes, changes to the current system are proposed in order to increase employee satisfaction.

Tato prace popisuje a analyzuje male a stredni podniky v Syrii pro pot.eby mezinarodniho obchodu i Syrskeho trhu. Ziskane vysledky jsou zpracovany a na jejich zaklade jsou stanovena doporuceni pro firmy hodlajici dovazet ci vyvazet do /ze Syrie.

The aim of this thesis is to find an appropriate strategy, which the company should use in the future, This finding gives us a particular strategic and financial analysis. The outcome of these analyzes will be put in a SWOT analysis, where all the data will be summarized in individual points. Furthermore, a decision will be made based on the SWOT analysis, how the company should be run, in other words, we choose the future strategy from the particular SWOT quadrant.
