This Bachelor Thesis focuses on automotive industry in the Czech Republic. This Bachelor Thesis describes closer the impact of economic crisis in automotive industry and the globalization of automotive industry and foreign direct investment in automotive industry in Czech Republic and also describes trade balance of this industry sector in Czech Republic. For more information value, the Bachelor thesis focuses on a TNC company Volkswagen Group, especially its representation in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this work is to determine the prognosis of the automotive industry in the Czech Republic and prognosis of the domestic market with new cars.
Analysis of trade dispute in the WTO

The work deals with the analysis of two disputes related to global trade in bluefin tuna under the World Trade Organization (WTO) since the beginning of disputes, including process and procedure, to the stage of final solution. I mention here the basic information about the tuna industry and commerce in the world. Also, I have outlined the obstacles on global trade in bluefin tuna and international organizations and agreements related thereto.
The influence of cultural specificities of Turkey on the accession to the EU

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the characteristics of Turkey as a candidate country for European Union membership. The main goal of this work is to define the influence of the cultural specificities of the country on the accession negotiations and possible future EU membership. The first chapter focuses on the basic characteristics of Turkey in terms of geography, economy, domestic and foreign policy. The second chapter pursues the cultural development and specifics of the modern Republic of Turkey, focusing on the characteristics of the population, the definition of the Turkish national culture based on Hofstede's analysis as well as on the specifics of local business practices and protocol. The third chapter describes the issue of Turkey joining the EU from the geopolitical and economic as well as from the cultural and social point of view. The final chapter is devoted to the analysis of the survey focused on perceptions of Turkish culture in the Czech Republic and on public opinion of the Czech people on possible Turkish accession to the European Union.
Commercial and economic relations between Portugal and Brazil

This bachelor thesis focuses on commercial and economic relations between Portugal and Brazil. The thesis is divided into three chapters. Firstly, it evaluates their position in the world economy as well as in the international trade. Second chapter is devoted to the history of cooperation between EC/EU and Latin America, with the emphasis on the ongoing FTA negotiations EU-Mercosur. Lastly, this thesis analyses the trade between Portugal and Brazil (since its independence), especially in the period between 2007 and 2011.

Impacts of the world crisis on Spanish economy

In the first part of my bachelor thesis I characterize the current position of the Spanish economy in the world economy, its significant changes since Spanish integration to the European Union until the start of the last financial crisis. The second part focuses on the world financial and economic crisis, it defines its causes and impacts on the world economy. In the third part I concentrate on the impacts of the world economic crisis on the Spanish economy, financial facilitation from EU to Spain and describe possible solutions to mitigation of crisis impacts and improving of its economy. The last part analyses the influence of the world economic crisis on the Spanish foreign trade and foreign direct investments with the focus on the business relations with the Czech Republic.
Factors affecting the competitiveness of selected enterprise in foreign markets

This thesis describes the factors that influence competitiveness of the firm on the foreign market. In the first chapter there are stated the factors that comes from the competitiveness of the country, where the firm has its headquarter. There are analyzed three reports of international organizations and their results. The reaction of Czech republic is mentioned in form of export and competitiveness strategy. In the second chapter firm Linet Spol. s r.o. is introduced. This part focuses mainly on the factors inside the firm - structure, education, research and development. The last part analyses the factors the company had to deal with during the entry to the market of United States like the competitors and legal regulations of medical sector.
Evolution of Slovenia's trade on an international basis after gaining independence - emphasis on trade cooperation between Czech republic and Slovenia

Broadly, this thesis focuses on analysing the evolution of Slovenian international trade in the context of state economy. Throughout the thesis, Slovenia is being compared to Czech republic. Furthermore, there is a separate chapter dealing with trade cooperation between these two countries. The thesis concludes with a prognosis of Slovenia's future evolution with a particular focus on international trade as well as with possible recommendations.

This thesis deals with the issue of corporate culture from both practical and theoretical point of view. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined terms such as culture, national culture, corporate culture, corporate image, identity and ethic. The thesis studies impact of encouter of more national cultures on the corporate culture of global compenies and analyses the main differences between czech and german culture and entrepreneurial environment. The practical part focuses specifically on the corporate culture of the german company Bosch Diesel which operates in the Czech republic. This part analyses separate elements of the corporate culture such as development and motivation of employees, internal communication or social responsibility. The questionnaire at the end of the thesis analyses, how is the implemented corporate culture evaluated by the personnel of the company.
The development of payment behavior in selected European countries during crisis

This thesis analyzes the evolution of payment behavior with focus on a few selected European countries, namely the Czech Republic, the Slovak republic, Germany, Greece and Finland, especially during the economic crisis (from the year 2008 to 2012). The first chapter is about the concept of payment behavior, than about the development of the current economic crisis and finally there are some institutions dealing with assessment of payment behavior. The second part concerns to the analysis of indicators on which is based the evaluation of payment behavior of particular countries. In the last part of this thesis are mentioned the most common forms of the securing of the payment failure's risk.
