RAISING CLAIMS IN INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS - ABSTRACT The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the process of raising, review and settlement of the claims in the bankruptcy (insolvency) proceedings pursuant to the Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and means of resolution thereof (hereinafter "The Insolvency Act"). The other important aim of this thesis is to discuss important pros and cons of the contemporary Insolvency Act which has replaced the Act No. 328/1991 Coll., on bankruptcy and settlement (hereinafter "The Bankruptcy and Settlement Act"). In general, the thesis primarily describes the kinds of the claims and all legal requirements for their proper raising. The special attention is paid to the claims of the secured creditors. The end of the thesis contains the reflection of the contemporary legislation and its outlook to the future. The introduction of the thesis submits the definition of the basic terms used in the thesis and it describes the basic aim of the following chapters. The thesis is then divided into five chapters. Chapter One is further divided into two parts. Part One contains the description of the basic principles of the bankruptcy proceedings and a place of the insolvency proceedings in the legislation of the Czech Republic. Rationalisation of production technology

This thesis deals with the rationalization of production technology of selected component. The first part contains a brief introduction of the company NTS Prometal Machining s.r.o. and brief description of the product. The following section is an analysis of existing manufacturing technology. The practical part is focusing on the proposal of rationalization versions of the production process. After evaluation of all possible options of rationalization there has been developed a new technological process with a respect to time and cost savings. Finally there was carried out economical evaluation and recommendation for further production of this component.

Tools for CNC milling centres

This thesis is focused on milling tools for CNC milling centers. The first chapter of this thesis deals with a short theory of milling and the characteristics of CNC milling center. In next chapter are divided and described milling tools in terms of use and construction. This chapter also describes tool materials, clamping, coating and marking of these tools. The practical part is devoted to production assortment of mills from major producers. It is an analysis, description and evaluation of assortments of these producers. For this purpose were selected companies Sandvik Coromant and Pramet Tools.

Methodology provides instructions for safe and economic design of roadways for mining and mining design companies in conditions of the Czech part of the Upper Silesian Coal Basin. Methodology covers area of all used roadway support as a steel arch support, rock bolt and cable bolt support as well as methods of grouting for stability and reinforcement of roadways.

Current state of mobbing in the Army of the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the occurrence of mobbing, which means psychological abuse, at the workplace of the Army of the Czech Republic. It focuses on its origin, types and individual phases. Furthermore the typical threatened employees and characteristic types of mobbers are described. The attention is also paid to the protection against mobbing. The aim of this thesis is also to inform the general public about mobbing so that they could possibly fight against or completely avoid it.
