Disorders of human gonadal development and differentiation

This diploma thesis is focused on the comparison between the aberration of human somatosexual evolution and the normal differentiation of human genital tract organs. The phases of a normal differentiation of the external and internal genital organs and the role of primordial germ cells were described. The most frequent disorders of differentiation such as Klinefelter syndrome, true hermaphroditism, male pseudohermaphroditism and cryptorchidism were dealtht with, too. This kind of disorders presents a very complicated diagnostic problem because a genetic structure is not related to the phenotype and furthermore mosaic aberration can appear. The bioptical material used for the experimental part of this thesis was collected from the archive of the Laboratory of early ontogenesis of diseases at the Institute for the care of mother and child in Prague and from the Department of Pediatrics of the University hospital in Hradec Králové. Among microscopy techniques we used the light microscopy of paraffin- embedded sections and the electron microscopy of epoxide resin-embedded sections. All results were compared with scientific literature.

The figure of La Malinche in Chicano literature Martina Kohoutová Abstract (in English) This bachelor thesis focuses on the historical figure of Malinche and its occurrence in Chicano literature. The space is first devoted to the history of Malinche on the basis of historical sources and female Chicano literature in general. Subsequently, the origin of the predominantly negative archetype of this character is explained. Malinche is then shown from a different point of view in the works of selected authors of Chicano literature, where we can observe a shift from the original archetype on the basis of their books extracts. The last chapter offers a basic comparison of these two approaches and highlights the main differences.

Phonemic awareness development of children with developmental speech disorders at logopedic

The topic of the thesis is Phonemic awareness development of children with developmental speech disorders at logopedic nursery school. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. Theoretical part contains three chapters. The first one is dealing with specifics of preschool age. This chapter contains the definition of preschool age, communication, ontogenetical speech development, hearing perception and preschool education. The second chapter is dealing with impaired speech development, particularly with delayed speech development and developmental dysphasia. There is also description of etiological factors, symptoms, diagnostics and therapy. The third chapter is focused on phonological and phonemic awareness. This part mentions diagnostical materials whit which is possible to evaluate phonemic awareness qualities. Then are mentioned materials and activities specified for development of phonemic awareness. The last chapter presents empirical part of the thesis. The main purpose of the research is to analyze possibilities how to evolve phonemic awareness of the children with impaired speech development. Demographic ageing and reproduction of the workforce

The aim of this thesis is to describe the situation of a demographic ageing in the Czech Republic from perspective a reproduction of the workforce and the human capital. Most conclusions regarding a demographic ageing are based on a number of people in each generation. On the other side conclusions based on a human capital data are often ignored and marginalized.The main aim of this thesis is not to discover the unknow, but to describe and analyze demographic ageing in the Czech Republic. This thesis want to show that the demographic ageing is a serious topic that cannot be overlooked.

Development of managers skills

The main aim of this thesis was analyze and define key managerial skills in selected company. Component aim of this work was find out the levels of these skills in selected company Kostelecké uzeniny, a. s. with subsequent evaluation. Within the work was used the method CAMI. The managers of the company Kostelecké uzeniny, a. s. fill the questionnaire and answered few questions about developing the skills of the managers in this company. The suggestions for the further development skills were set, based on the results.
