Analysis of Human Resource Performance, Measurement and Planning in a Selected Company

The diploma thesis is focused on the use of personal resources in the team Support of applications belonging under the Service Desk in a selected company. The task is to analyze the current state and to propose how to extend a report on a quality and demanding requirements of selected applications. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and methodological part, where basic information on human resources and their management is presented, and an application part where the selected company is presented and analyzed the current state of utilization of human resources. The comparison between the data from the report and the facts is based on observations and interviews with employees. Benefits of this work are better data in the reports, which determine the possibility of acquiring human resources to the team. In the future, the information obtained will serve as a basis for setting up effective workflow management in the new system. At the end of the thesis, an overall evaluation of the thesis is made, the solution and the prediction of the further development of the human resources utilization in the selected team are proposed.

The practical part is focused on specifics in determining the deductibility of costs in a limited liability company. The aim is to analyze costs and optimize income tax in the selected limited liability company.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management during the contract in Provident Financial company which focuses on short-term and mid-term loans. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part provides theoretical basis based on professional literature. The analytical part is focused on introduction of the company, description of the course of the contract and risks associated with it and analysis of external environment. Last part shows proposals to minimize the risks mentioned in the analysis and a proposal for new information system, which is important for the company.

Analysis of family formation and dissolution processes using multistate demography modelling

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the development of the processes of family formation and dissolution in the Czech Republic between 1993 and 2008 using multistate demography. By this method, we analyze probability of transition between individual marriage states and events, which characterise these transitions. The first part of the analysis deals with the population as a whole, while the second part analyses only the part of population in fertile ages. LIPRO program was used to create a model of marital status based on data for the Czech Republic as well as for producing a forecast of population divided by marital status for the years of 2019?2023. Other parts of this thesis support the main aim of the thesis. The level of marriage and divorce rate were analysed between 1993 and 2008 as well as potential factors that could influence the level of above mentioned processes. Rising number of cohabitations could be one of those factors and therefore a special attention is paid to the development of this type of coexistence. Family Planning in India and Pakistan

Family planning in India and Pakistan Abstract The world's population continues to grow, and the highest growth rates and population growth are recorded in lower-income countries, mainly in South and Southeast Asia. The key strategy for reducing the rate of growth and birth rate in these countries are family planning programs. Their main goals is the support of women, reproductive health, or the right of couples to freely decide on the number of children and the spacing between them. The aim of the work is therefore a comparison of family planning programs in India and Pakistan, i.e. countries in which family planning programs have been operating for more than 60 years, but their growth rate is still very high. The work compares the population development of the studied countries, the knowledge and use of contraceptive methods by married women aged 15-49 and tries to answer questions regarding the evaluation of the effectiveness of family planning programs in India and Pakistan. Data from the general Demographic and Health Survey and data from the World Bank database are used for the analysis. As part of the analysis, graphic elements and descriptive statistics are used. Comparison of abortion and contraceptive behaviour in 2009 and 2019 in selected European countries Abstract The main objective of this thesis is to determine to what extent abortion behaviour contraceptive patterns have changed from 2009 to 2019 in selected European countries. The first chapter discusses the aims, research questions and structure of the thesis. The second chapter contains the theoretical framing of the thesis and focuses on basic information about abortion in the context of the 2nd demographic transition, opinion trends, legislation and last but not least contraception. In the third chapter, resources and methodology are presented. In the analytical part of the thesis, Chapter 4 outlines the level of abortion rates among European countries and then conducts a cluster analysis in order to detect groups of countries with similar abortion behaviour and to identify patterns of abortion behaviour in 2009 and 2019. From the resulting abortion patterns, representatives of each group of patterns were selected and their abortion rates and contraceptive prevalence were compared graphically. Fertility planning of czech women in the context of preference theory Abstract The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out, if the different preferences of Czech women are reflected in family planning, in terms of timing and intensity of fertility. The theoretical part of the thesis present theoretical concepts of fertility differentiation. Such as the second demographic transition and preference theory. First it deals with these concepts in general in Europe and then deals with their applications in the Czech Republic. The analytical part operates with data from sample survey Women 2016. First women are divided according to the typology of preference theory. Then with the help of analysis of contingency tables and descriptive characteristics of the data, finding out what is the relationship between the preferences of Czech women and the timing and intensity of fertility. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between the preferences of Czech women and the intensity and timing of their fertility on the data from sample survey Women 2016. Fertility in Russia in the period 2000-2018 with a focus on the second and higher birth order in the context of economic conditions and family policy Abstract Similarly to other developed countries, Russia also faces a problem with decline of fertility and postponing childbearing to higher ages. The dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991 and the consequent economic and social transformation that occurred in the 1990s in Russia included the country between those with low level of fertility. The aim of this theses is to study the Russian fertility in the period of 2000-2018 with the focus on second and higher birth order in the context of economic conditions and family policy. The first part of the theses outlines the description of family policy and the means of state support for families with children, as well as the presentation of fertility development in the period 2000-2018 in relation with key historical, economic and social events. The second part of the thesis presents the analysis of fertility in the period of 2000- 2018 based on selected demographic indicators. The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the means of family policy contributing to better compatibility of work and family, with the focus on families with small children. The first part of the thesis is descriptive and comparing results of recent studies, the second part is based on the own research analyzing opinions of employees and employers on corporate kindergartens. Descriptive and theoretical part is focused on history, legislation, childcare facilities and forms of working time, which enable better compatibility of work and family. In the analytical part the differences in opinions of employees and employers are discussed, eventually, how homogenous or heterogeneous various groups of respondents are.
