Motivation and factors influencing the involvement of teachers in further education

The diploma thesis deals with the motivation for further education of pedagogical staff and the factors that influence this motivation. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains general knowledge about adult education, further education of teachers, forms of education. The practical part evaluates the questionnaire on issues of motivation and factors that affect the participation of teachers in further education. According to the evaluated questionnaire, the interest of teachers in participating in further education was found. What type of further education they participate in most often, what is the most common motivation or, conversely, what are the barriers to participation in further education of pedagogical staff. The established hypotheses and answered research questions are verified. School pedagogical teams and their realization of school's preventive strategy

v AJ The main objective of this work was to point out the importance of primary prevention and its timely start. This goal naturally resulted from the text included in the theoretical part and was fulfilled. Furthermore, the work found out and described what specifically pedagogical staff includes in their activities to support prevention, whether they participate in primary prevention, whether they are interested in participating in it, and possibly in what way. In this regard, educators prefer sincere communication, listening and trust building between participants over other methods. Another integral part of the objectives of this work was to identify specific opportunities for cooperation between pedagogical staff and parents, counseling centers, other counseling facilities and fields dealing with this topic. The research method used was semi- structured interviews. The interviews were coded and categorized. The interviews showed that the pedagogical staff has the opportunity to cooperate with a wide network of experts and it was found that they are very satisfied with this cooperation. The interviewed pedagogical staff considers the methods to be sufficient and are interested in actively participating in the continuous improvement of their skills in the field of preventive effect on children....
Individualization Approaches in Kindergarten

(in English): The diploma thesis entitled "Individualization approaches in kindergarten" deals with the individualized education of preschool children in kindergartens. The thesis deals with the study of ways of individualization approaches through observation, analysis of documents and structured interviews with teachers of a selected kindergarten. The theoretical part of the case study defines the basic concepts related to the concept of individualization and provides a broader view of individualization and its possible strategies in the kindergarten environment. The aim is to find out and describe what ways of individualization principles are used and how they are implemented in a regular kindergarten. The work focuses on the different approaches that the teacher looks for concerning respecting each child's the individual needs, abilities and interests. It focuses on the conditions that need to be created for this form of education. The first part of the work introduces the basic concepts, brings a theoretical outline of concepts that affect individualized education and are related to the ways of individualized work. Expediency of the inclusion project in primary schools in Nový Bor

This diploma thesis contains a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part I define the terms related to the issue of the topic, which are inclusion, integration, exclusion and segregation. The possible benefits and barriers of inclusive pedagogy are presented. The next part of the thesis describes the inclusion project called With the family for inclusion, which is led by the non-profit organization Rodina v centru, z.ú., in Nový Bor. The diploma thesis describes the activities of the project, which are implemented in primary schools in Nový Bor within the inclusion. The practical part of the diploma thesis presents an analysis and results of a mixed methods research, a questionnaire survey and a content analysis. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the project activities related to inclusion in schools are effective and which activities should be supported in schools even after the end of the project.
The importance of pedagogical diagnostics in preschool education

(in English): The topic of my thesis is the use of pedagogical diagnostics in kindergartens. My work is divided into two components: the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part defines the concepts of preschool education, pedagogical diagnostics, diagnostic methods, warnings of possible errors with the diagnostic process and the description of selected types of diagnostic tools. The thesis also focuses on the concepts of individualization in kindergarten, school maturity and school readiness. The empirical part examines seven kindergarten teachers' attitudes and beliefs towards pedagogical diagnostics, the method of its implementation and the subsequent use in pedagogical practice. The data is processed by open and axial coding. The results present the teachers' relationships during diagnostic implementation, the most common difficulties for teachers during the diagnostic process and a summary of the importance of diagnostics for subsequent pedagogical activities. To illustrate the importance of pedagogical diagnostics, a child case study is included, in the empirical part, featuring a child with special educational needs.
Approaches, methods and forms of museum education during coronavirus pande mic

This diploma thesis tackles the formats of museum education in the times of global Coronavirus pandemic. The period of complete shutdown of museums and galleries is given special attention, as most of the institutions' educational activities moved to online environment. Theoretical part of this thesis provides basic insight into museum education as not just a science discipline but also as a form of education and training in memory institutions. Specific models of museum education are discussed as well as its transfer to digital environment. One chapter is dedicated to effects and evaluation of museum education, another considers the usage of modern technologies in the field. The research is conducted as a case study of an institution. In order to provide a complex image of the situation in an average-sized museum in South Bohemia during a global pandemic of COVID-19, interviews with museum employees were conducted, documents were analysed and participant observation was involved. Heterogeneous and homogeneous classes in kindergartens

The master's thesis deals with the topic of heterogeneous and homogeneous class arrangement in kindergartens. The theoretical part of the work introduces the theoretical background concerning the concepts of heterogeneity and homogeneity in classes and describes the specifics of organising children according to age in kindergartens. The paper continues with the development of kindergartens in history and the system of curricular documents, which are the basic pillars of education. The practical part focuses on quantitative research. Data was collected through questionnaires designed for kindergarten teachers. Opinions on which of the variants of age arrangement of children in the classroom is preferred by teachers are processed in graphs. Furthermore, which of the variants of the age arrangement of children in the classrooms, kindergarten teachers tend to lean towards and what the greatest risks and benefits of these groups they indicate and how teachers' views on the age structure of classes in relation to their age are related.
Parents as co-attendants to inclusive education

The thesis deals with inclusive education, specifically parents as co-actors to inclusive education. The goal of the thesis is to determine what role parents occupy in cooperation with a school with inclusive concept of education, what are their views on inclusion, and thus contribute to the current topic of inclusive education. The theoretical part focuses on the current changes in the field of inclusive education, social heterogeneity in inclusive school, educational approaches and needs in inclusive education and on teachers and parents as actors for inclusive education. The practical part contains case studies on three selected schools with inclusive education in Prague. Part of these case studies is interviews with teachers and parents on the involvement of parents in inclusive education.

Práce se zaměřuje na zmapování podmínek a možností výuky právní výchovy na gymnáziích. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Toto téma není nikde příliš zpracované, proto je těžiště celé práce v empirické části. Tato část se věnuje analýze statických forem obsahu vzdělání (školské dokumenty a učebnice), dále je součástí sonda do reality českých škol, která se zaměřuje na zmapování podmínek realizace výuky práva na gymnáziích. Na závěr práce je uveden přehled a charakteristika nejrůznějších projektů, které se zabývají právní výchovou a vyučující je mohou využívat pro zlepšení a zatraktivnění výuky. V závěru práce jsou zhodnocena všechna získaná data a informace.

It is describing basic terms - environment, climate and social climate - as social psychological features. It shows main approaches to examination of the school class climate and it considers possibilities of diagnostics.
