Valuation of the Firm by Using Income Capitalization Approach

The thesis focuses on setting the financial value of company Agados Ltd. Two valuation methods, to be specific the methods DCF and EVA entity, have been used to value the company. The theoretical part deals with the issues of valuation and related areas. Subsequently, the company and the application of theoretical knowledge on Agados Ltd. are described. This work also contains strategic and financial analysis, individual steps for application of the income valuation method such as the proposal of a financial plan and capital expenses. The outcome of this thesis is the final valuation, for the needs of commercial establismet Agados Ltd., which is based on the income valuation method.

Valuation of a Firm Operating in the Engineering Industry

This diploma thesis is devoted to determining the value of a company operating in engineering. The work is divided into six parts. The first part presents the objectives of the work and processing methods. The next part contains theoretical background. In the third part, the awarded company is subjected to a strategic analysis. The following chapter deals with value generators, which are further supplemented in chapter five, which contains the financial plan. The last chapter presents the final valuation of the company and the change of input parameters.

This master´s thesis concerns the proposal of a financial plan for the company Clia, s.r.o. The first part describes the theoretical basis of financial planning, strategic and financial analysis. The thesis continues by performing a strategic analysis and based on selected indicators, the financial health of the company is evaluated using financial analysis. Subsequently, a financial plan is proposed in an optimistic and pessimistic variations for the years 2020-2023.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

Master’s thesis is focused on draft of a corporate financial plan for agricultural cooperative Sněžné. Financial plan is created for period 2020 to 2023. In the first part, a literary research is performed theoretical knowledge related to financial planning, financial and strategic analysis. In the next part, the agricultural cooperative is introduced and analyzed on the basis of individual methods of strategic and financial analysis. The summary of these analyzes is performed by SWOT analysis. In the last part of this master‘s thesis, a financial plan is created in an optimistic and pessimistic variant with 4 years outlook. In the end, the financial plan is one more analyzed and assessmented.

Bankruptcy prediction model

This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the efficiency of selected bankruptcy models in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part the basic terminology and methodology of bankruptcy models creation are introduced. In addition are mentioned, model constraints, an overview of the indicators used, and information about model accuracy. This part also presents analyzed models and methods of assessing the reliability of bankruptcy models. In the practical part, the reliability of selected bankruptcy models is evaluated and a new bankruptcy model is built.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The master’s thesis focuses on preparing a proposal of a financial plan for selected company for years 2017 - 2019. The first part of the thesis is the strategic analysis, followed by the financial analysis. Then a change will be proposed based on the result of the analysis. After that two versions of financial plan will be proposed for the projected period of 2017 - 2019. The evaluation of the proposed financial plan will be the final step.

The diploma thesis deals with the estimation of the value of the company Metaldyne Oslavany, spol. s r. o. by using the method of discounted cash flow and the economic value added . The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the explanation of basic concepts and procedures of company valuation. The practical part is devoted to strategic and financial analysis of the company, forecasting of value drivers, proposal of a financial plan and determining the cost of capital. Finally, the value of the company is estimated as of 31. 12. 2020.

The diploma thesis deals with the determination of the value of the company Mubea IT Spring Wire s.r.o. by using method of discounted cash flow in entity variant as at 31. 12. 2020. The theoretical part is focused on the description of basic concepts and all analysis applied in the practical part. The practical part contains of strategic and financial analysis, prognosis of value drivers, the compilation of a financial plan and determination of the value of the company.
