Proposal for Company Financial Plan

Aim of this thesis is to design a financial plan of new settled company. The first part discusses the theoretical basis of financial planning. The second part focuses on the company itself and its analysis of the current situation. Consequently, it is proposed financial plan for the years 2017 - 2019 in the optimistic and pessimistic variant and an assessment of the financial plan.

The diploma thesis is focused on making a financial plan of a selected company for the next 4 periods. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of financial planning, which will be important for getting acquainted with the issue. In the next part, a strategic and financial analysis is made thanks to which it is then possible to compile a draft financial plan, including the implementation of intended investments. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary evaluation of the developer financial plan.

Business Valuation

The thesis is focused on determining the value of the ABC, s.r.o. company by using income-based methods at 1.3.2015. The first part is dedicated to theoretical basis. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of the company, which includes strategic and financial analysis, formulating of financial plan and established valuation of the company. At the close of this thesis are summarized the results and there are suggested recommendations for future decisions of management, too.

This thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan for COM Group, a.s. company which operates in ICT industry. First part of this thesis aims for its theoretical background, which is cornerstone for the development of proposal of the financial plan. The next chapter is dealing with an introduction of picked company and its subsequent process of the strategic and financial analysis of the picked company. Conclusively, there is processed financial plan for the period 2020-2023 and its evaluation.

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is the economic activities of the voluntary association of municipalities Valašsko Horní – Vsacko. The goal of the work is evaluation of economic activities of this voluntary association of municipalities. The work is divided into the parts, the theoretical part, the practical part and the design part. In the theoretical part we will be dealing with budgetary system and then general characteristics of the voluntary association of municipalities. In the practical part we will focus on the revenues and expenses in individual years of the observed period, and also on the evaluation of the management of funds of the association. In the last part we will pursue the design of a project, which should contribute to development of the region.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of H & M spol. s r.o. in the years 2015-2019. The thesis is divided into three key parts. The firtst part contains theoretical part, where is an explanation of basic concepts and selected indicators. The second part focuses on the practical part, which includes information about analyzed company and the financial analysis itself. The final part of the thesis is devoted to proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.
