The subject of my Bachelor thesis entitled "Gender on the Labour Market in the Czech Republic - Equal Opportunities" is a description of the functioning of labour markets and the resulting findings, as well as the analysis of the differences between men and women on the labour market in the Czech Republic. In its theoretical part, the presented thesis examines the fundamental causes and possible consequences of the emerging inequalities and it mainly focuses on these emerging inequalities, but not only on managerial (senior) positions. Its practical part contains the research work (in the form of a questionnaire), which investigates the general public's opinion on the emerging differences between men and women as to their opportunities on the labour market. The presented thesis also examines wage inequalities between men and women working on the same positions, in other words it tries to answer the essential question whether men and women in the Czech Republic can really enjoy equal opportunities.

What everything have to employer do therefore, to by able to engage citizens from EU or so-called third country. It is going to familiarize with projects of green and blue cards. It will introduce SWOT analysis of employment of citizens and evaluate an questionnaire inquiry focused on employment of citizens.

The thesis deals with largem long-living nationality in the Czech Republic. Here is analyzed a long-term development of foreigners working between 2004 and 2010, in the some cases by the year 2011. The bachelor thesis deals with economic activity of foreigners on territory of the Czech Republic, especially of foreigners from European countries.

The second section is devoted to social insurance. Supplementary pension insurance is described in the third chapter. The following section deals with the demographic development and aging process in the Czech Republic. The fifth part includes macroeconomic data and indicators. The last chapter is devoted to the research on pension system.
Pension System in the Czech Republic and its Future Prospects

The bachelor thesis deals with the pension system of the Czech Republic, its forthcoming reform and examines the adaptability of people to the planned changes. The theoretical part of my thesis gives an overview of the issue: the impact of demographic factors on the existing pension system, types of financing the pension system with focusing on continuously financing and funds, types of pension systems in different countries, explaining the reasons and objectives of pension reform and finally summarizes the current reform proposal, along with commentary on the disputed points and positives. The practical part is based on data obtained from a questionnaire survey and examines the relationship of specific factors (age, education, income, etc.) and willingness of people to save money for their contributions beyond the required additional funds for retirement. This thesis is also evaluating the influence of all these factors on deciding on the proposed transition to a funded pillar. At the end of the thesis there is a conclusion where is an assessment of potential success of the proposed reform.

Practical part of thesis is based on survey, by which I am trying to find out public opinion concerning connection between education and application in labor market. In case the connection exists, then if education improves chances of application.

This work deals with the problems of foreigners in the labor market in the Czech Republic, analyzes their numbers by countries of origin, their professional structure and works with many half-truths and "myths" about foreigners. I try to confirm or refute these "myths" on the basis of relevant data.
A Type of a Completed Higher School as a Competitive Advantage on Labour Market

The thesis is focused on analysis of the current status of the Czech tertiary education in connection with meeting the requirements of the labour market. It deals mainly with economically oriented institutions and their evaluation. The evaluations are stated on the bases of statistical data and also on the bases of subjective evaluation of the graduates. The core point of the thesis is a questionnaire research focused on discovering of employer's experience with graduates of specific schools.
