Franchising as a Form of Market Entry

This bachelor thesis will discuss franchising as a business model. The structure of this thesis is the following; firstly I describe franchising and its context and secondly I apply the theory on the company Dancing Crackers. The purpose of this thesis is to line up steps and prepare a plan for the realisation of a franchise project. I start with the more general perspective and then move on to the practical aspect of the thesis. Based on the lined up steps which were applied to the company Dancing Crackers I have concluded several findings which allow me to argue for methods that increase effectiveness of franchising processes. This was concluded based on methods of observation.
People with Disabilities on the Labour Market in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the issue of persons with disabilities in the labor market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to persons with disabilities in terms of the labor market and their employment legislation and also explain all the tools employment aid these people. In the practical part of the thesis deals with the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of persons with disabilities and through its own research among employers are trying to determine what the position of these persons in the Czech labor market and attempts to suggest changes to improve the current situation.
Application of Women on the Labour Market during Parental Leave and after

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the factors which affect a female employment support on market job during parental leave or after that and issue our own suggestions and recommendation which would more support female. The thesis is divided into two parts which is theoretical and emperical. The theoretical part is about family policy where a factors are influencing in promotion of female employment and employment policies. The empiric part is based on quality research in regards to interviews with respondents and following summary with own recommendations which can contribute to the effective support female employment on market job in parental leave or after that. For this research I choose 15 respondents with who I made a semi-structured interview. I made a 5 research circulars which each one was based on particular number of sub questions to help analyse them make some appropriate recommendations.
Consumer Credit in the Czech Republic from the Client’s Perspective

The aim of the thesis titled Consumer Credit in the Czech Republic from the Client´s Perspective is the analysis of the offer of consumer credit loans in the Czech market and an explanation of the basic problems of consumer credit. The first part explains basic information and theoretical concepts related to the issue. In the second part of the thesis, these concepts are put into practice and two model examples are used to explain the procedure for selecting a credit product that will meet the consumer´s needs. The section deals with the comparison of these products. Credit loans are subjected to the comparison in terms of total costs and sub-parameters of the loans, which affect the costs. Following the results of the comparison, the conclusion contains practical recommendations for consumers. The thesis results in a comprehensive educational text that will help anyone interested in consumer financial products to make their choice.
Misleading advertising and deceptive business practice when shopping online

This Bachelor´s thesis deals primarily with the issues of misleading advertising in online shopping, especially when purchasing at single-item e-shops. The thesis provides a description and comparison of misleading advertising and deceptive business practice, an analysis of a specific ´problematic´ e-shop and its comparison with a ´problem-free´ e-shop and a comparison of characteristics that are common to misleading e-shops. The thesis also includes a list of institutions that are authorized to resolve issues related to misleading advertising and deceptive business practice. The practical section of the thesis proposes a website add-on that might help reduce significantly the number of fraudulent e-shops.
Pre-Marital Agreement as a means of protection of marital property and business

This thesis deals with the possibilities of adjustment of marital property in the form of concluding marriage contract as a way to protect assets in case of divorce or business of one of the spouse. The aim of the work is to identify shortcomings in the current leg-islation. Based on these shortcomings suggest solution to improve the current state. According to this suggestion compile a model of marriage contract. The draft of rec-ommendation is compiled with the help of comparison with the Austrian statutory of matrimonial property relations and through questionnaire survey among students of University of Economics who have experiences with the adjustment of community property.
Aging Czech population as a problem of the future and the question of sustainability of social care for the elderly

This thesis with title "Aging Czech population as a problem of the future and the question of sustainability of social care for the elderly" aims to highlight this actual topic. The demographic prognoses predict a growing proporsion of seniors in population and it could imply much greater demand for social services in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss this question today. In my thesis, I use evaluation research methods to try answer if the current system is sustainable.
Support for mothers and families with children in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis explores the sphere of supporting motherhood and families with children in the Czech Republic. The first part defines important terms, and establishes the context of the topic. Attention is also paid to analysis of demographic trends in the Czech Republic and European countries, and to the possible social and economic risks of said trends. Thereafter the bachelor thesis defines concrete tools for direct financial support of families in motherhood and parenthood. Additional information includes a description of the legislative conditions surrounding the receiving of funds, and explains the functioning of those systems. The tools for indirect financial support for families with children are presented and explained as well. The bachelor thesis focuses on inter-national comparison of selected tools of aforementioned support. Subsequently, attention is paid to qualitative interviews of actual families with children. The conclusion of this text summarizes the main author's recommendations concerning the possibility of improving the current system of maternal and parental support for fami-lies with children in the Czech Republic.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the migration phenomenon. Thesis discusses the different types of migration and describes the types of migrants. It focuses mainly on economic and demographic context of migration and its impact on the labor market and economic development of the state. It also tackles the European imigration crisis. Thesis describes the development of migration in the European Union and its statistical context, in particular the issues of asylum and citizenship administration of the EU. Thesis also describes the main migratory routes. Thesis analyses the public opinion research, regarding European imigration crisis. The conclusion presents author's findings and recommendations which are based on a deep analysis of a number of relevant sources.
Support for families with children in the social system of the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis deals with direct and indirect financial support for families with children in the social system of the Czech Republic. In the first part there is described social policy, family policy and social system of the Czech Republic, which support (not only) for families with children provides. Then work analyzes health insurance benefits, state social support benefits and tax deductions for family with children in the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis also contains spendings on family benefits in the Czech Republic. In the last part, there are compared selected social benefits in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and Slovakia.
