Müller, David ; Kacálková, Lenka (referee) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
The subject of my diploma thesis is a new-building of a municipal authority with a nursery school in Obora near Boskovice. The objects are statically and operationally separated from each other, but they formo ne unit. The building is located on the corner of the village in a flat terrain and thus forms the dominant feature of the village and a landmark. The target of the design was to create a building that will harmoniously connect to the surrounding buildings, public spaces and the school garden. The municipal authority has a rectangular floor plan, two-storey, basement, covered with a sloping roof, the building has a designed elevator. In the basement there are cellars of local associations, on the ground floor there is information center, a municipal library and on the first floor there is a municipal office with a registry office and a ceremonial hall. The attic can be used in the future for municipal apartments for rent. An official board with a public space is designed ahead of the municipal office. A photovoltaic power plant will be located on the roof of the municipal office. The nursery school has a trapezoidal floor plan, ground floor, no basement, covered with a vegetated flat roof. In the nursery school there is a children's day room with a storage room, storage of mattresses, teaching aids, food preparation, technical and hygienic facilities. The structural systém of both objects is longitudinal, wall. The underground part of the municipal office is designed in a white concrete tub system. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made from cut ceramic blocks. The horizontal constructions in the municipal office are monolithic, ferroconcrete, and in the nursery school they are prefabricated, ferroconcrete. The project was made in AutoCad software application, 3D model in 3D modelling computer program SketchUp.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the town of Kunovice near Uherské Hradiště. It is a free-standing building, which is sunk into the terrain, which results from several character buildings. The building has a basement over its entire area and this part has the entire basement space, followed by 3 individuals above ground floor. The change of the floor is designed so that there are two residential units on its area, the size is then filled from the exact location on each floor, but it is possible to live in six families. All these housing units are designed in connection with the concept of an intense green roof. You can look structurally in the buildings from the point of view of a classic brick building, but the basement masonry and the internal dividing structures of this floor are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic vertical structures. The other perimeter masonry is made of precise cut ceramic faces. The character of the dividing inner load-bearing walls, inter-apartment walls is conceived from the point of view of the acoustic resistance of these parts, for this reason these constructions are solved with the help of precise acoustic shapes. The ceiling structure of the apartment building in all floors is designed as a reinforced concrete slab. The roof structure of the apartment building is designed as a flat intensive green roof with a slope of 3 %. Drainage of this structure is with the help of roof heated drains, located in the places of residential cores. The entire perimeter of the roof structure is lined with an attic, which is followed by a dominant railing. The facade of the building will be made with a double character, where the plinth part is made of facade structural paint with the character of concrete screeds, the other parts of the building will then be provided with silicone facade plaster with the given structure.

WINERY MARCINČÁK NOVOSEDLY
Zálešák, Tomáš ; Hudeček, Vladimír (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
The theme of the bachelor's thesis was to design a new building project of the Marcinčák winery. The project was based on an architectural study which was made within the subject AG032 – Studio of Architectural Creation II and the main subject of the project was a new building construction in Novosedly, Moravia, region Břeclav. The land intended for this project is in the middle of the vineyard tracks in the area called Stará hora, near to the educational trail, where is currently the viewing area of Novosedly. The demands of Mr. Ing. Marcinčák for the construction included a space for processing the wine from the surrounding vineyards, its sale and a space for social purposes and accommodation. The construction is therefore a single unit divided into two floors. The main entrance is on the first floor, where is the access to the accommodation part with ten double rooms and one double room accessible for people with disability. In the other part of the building there is a social hall with sanitary facilities, catering kitchen and a tasting cellar. The entrance to the basement, where the wine factory is situated, was made to keep visitors in enjoyable and quiet resort and not bothered. The whole building is design in the shape U, which creates internal private space. At the same time the building shape protects the wine from the winds. In the middle of the building there is an observation accessible to the public, which maintains the view for the village and attracts more visitors or tourists on the natural trail.
WINERY MARCINČÁK NOVOSEDLY
Šmajda, Róbert ; Hudeček, Vladimír (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
THE SUBJECT OF THIS BACHELOR THESIS IS TO DESIGN A BUILDING OBJECT / GROUP OF BUILDING OBJECTS OF THE WINERY MARCINČÁK IN THE VILLAGE NOVOSEDLY. THE BACHELOR THESIS BUILDS ON THE COURSE AG032 – ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO II. (PRODUCTION BUILDINGS) IN ADDITION, ON PRE-PREPARED ARCHITECTURAL STUDY. THE PROJECT ADDRESSES A CONSTRUCTION OF THE GROUP OF BUILDING OBJECTS, WHICH SERVE SIMULTANEOUSLY THREE FUNCTIONS – ACCOMODATION, PRESENTATION AND PRODUCTION OF WINE. INDIVIDUAL OBJECTS ARE DESIGNED AS INDEPENDENT UNITS. THEY CAN BE IMPLEMENTED IN SEVERAL STAGES, WHICH IS HIGHLY BENEFICIAL FOR THE INVESTOR´S FINANCIAL BURDEN. THE LOCATION OF THE BUILDING IS SITUATED IN VERY LUCRATIVE AREA OF WELL KNOWN WINE REGION IN THE SOUTH OF MORAVIA. PARCEL OF LAND ITSELF LIES AT THE FOOT OF A RATHER SMALLER BUT CHARMING MILITARY HILL „STARÁ HORA“, WHICH BELONGS TO THE DANUBE HILLS. VINEYARDS SURROUND CONSTRUCTION AREA FROM ALL SIDES. DESIGN THEREFORE REFLECTS THE MAXIMUM CONSIDERATE APPROACH TO THE NATURAL CHARACTER OF THE SURROUNDING LANDSCAPE. THE KEY TO MANTAINING HARMONY OF THE DESIGNED BUILDING OBJECTS WITH UNSPOILED NATURE IS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE INFLUENCE OF THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT ON THEIR ARCHITECTURAL EXPRESSION. NEW BUILDING OBJECTS SHOULD ATTRACT, BUT DO NOT DISTURB THE SURROUNDING NATURE AT ANY COST! FOR THIS REASON DESIGN COMPRISES NATURAL MATERIALS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE. SPECIFICALLY, IT CONCERNS WOODEN BUILDINGS. WOOD IS MODERN AND APPEALING BUT DOES NOT DISTURB THE ORDER AND HARMONY. IT IS THEREFORE IDEAL TO UTILIZE IT, NOT ONLY AS A CONSTRUCTION ELEMENT BUT ESPECIALLY AS A CREATOR OF UNIQUE ATMOSPHERE THAT DEEPENS THE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE DISTINCTIVE „GENIUS LOCI“.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is an object of the Marcinčák winery in Novosedly. This project is developed on the basis of the previous project form subject AG032 from the school year 2018/2019. The design is divided into three buildings of different functions. Individual functions consist of production, representative part and accommodation. Second and third class roads lead to the construction site. The solved area is located on a hill without surrounding buildings. The production building is sunk underground. The remaining two objects are partially recessed. the representation part and accommodation part is covered by a common roof with an overhang. Parking lot is located behind the buildings and is situated higher than other buildings. It is connected to the buildings by a ramp and a staircase, which covers the overhang of the roof at the front of the building. The appearance of the building is to resemble a bird hovering over a vineyard. Colour and technical design are also adapted to this idea. Buildings are dark in colour and the roof is bright to make it look lighter. The main building structures are designed from reinforced concrete. The inner load-bearing walls are made of aerated concrete. Barrier-free access is solved for all buildings. The accommodation also has a room for the disabled. in the representative part there are shops with a reception, tasting rooms, catering, sanitary facilities and facilities for staff. There is also a technical room for both buildings in this section. Buildings are also accessible to cyclists, as the area is located in the area of cycle paths.
