Options of education to a stable partnership and marriage at primary schools

Bachelor thesis contains theoretical part and a research design. At the beginning the thesis focuses on current situation in the stability of partnerships in the Czech Republic. It also describes skills, knowledge and attitudes that usually influence the stability of partnerships and marriages. The thesis also deals with the question where and how to gain these skills, knowledge and attitudes. It briefly mentions the influence of a family and in detail focuses on elementary school, its functions and possible actions in this area. Especially discusses the forms, methods and conditions for effective education to stable partnerships and marriages. Presented research design is created as a longitudinal study. Research participants are divided into a control group and a treatment group. Pupils in the research group participate in a long- term program for gaining skills, knowledge and attitudes that could support stability of the individuals' partnerships in the future. The control group does not participate in this program. After 10, 20 and 30 years, the research participants are tested. We find out if the relationships of students who have gone through the program are more stable than relationships of the students in control group.
Beadweaving of West Greenland in Context of Decolonization Process

Glass beads, which has been produced since the second half of 18th century in the region of Jizera mountains, has gained a status of worldwide known phenomenon. As a result of the activities of missionnaires, traders and colonial officers we can find glass beads produced in Jizera mountains region even on the largest archipelago in the world - Greenland (Kalaallit Nunaat), where beadwoven applications became an integral part of female festive clothing. The popularity of beadweaving techniques has been in the last three decades globally rising also in the field of handmade hobby and Greenland (Kalaallit Nunaat) is no exception with its new generation of beadwork artists. This thesis aims to map the current position of beadweaving in the West Greenland and its possible role(s) within the context of decolonisation processes, representation of indigenous identity and indigenous activism. The author writes about the significance of seemingly insignificant element - seed beads, the base for beadweaving techniques - in specific location, while offering a comprehensive view to the development of this phenomenon since the first appearance of glass beads on Greenland to the possibilities of its contemporary usage. Beadwoven jewelry as a phenomenon of Czech handmade hobby

This bachelor thesis focuses on the technique of beadweaving. The approach has been based in the context of contemporary handmade hobby in Czech Republic. The text is based on historical tradition of glass beads, seed beads and costume jewelry industry in the geographical area of Gablonz. The journey of seed beads into Czech households is described since the beginning of seed beads production in the second half of 19th century until nowadays. The author of the text, who is also a beadwork artist, is interested in contemporary Czech authors using the technique of beadweaving for their artwork. Who are they? Which materials do they use? But especially, what are their motivations to bead and what kind of values does the technique have for them? Last but not least author's question is whether the awareness of glass beads production has been important for the technique's development in Czech Republic in the past twenty years. The essay processes the results of research which has been held during Spring 2021, based on both qualitative and quaninative methods. Preconditions for stable marriage and partnership

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with marriage. It follows up the current situation of partnerships in the Czech Republic. It also provides an overview of the development of the partnership over time. The focus of the theoretical part of the thesis is in the chapters on stabilization and destabilization factors of marriage. The empirical part of the work is devided into chapters. The first chapter contains an overview study on the topic of stable partnership. The second chapter presents a qualitative survey aimed at finding and describing factors that can support the stability of partnership. The research was carried out on a sample of twenty married couples whose marriage lasted at least 24 years. Through a combination of a theoretical and descriptive approach to content analysis, we have reviewed 10 categories with a number of subcategories that could help create a stable marriage. The categories bear the name: Communication, Collaboration, Friendship, Love, Original Families, Common Areas, Personality of the Partners, Inner Marital Situation, Awareness and Determination to overcome obstacles. Název: Profesionální souvislosti bolestí krční páteře - analýza rizikových faktorů The professionallinks ofcervical vertebrae pains- the analysis ofrisk factors Cíl práce: Cílem mé diplomové práce je zjistit při jakém zaměstnání lidé nejčastěji trpí bolestmi krční páteře, analyzovat profesionální rizikové faktory, včetně posouzení vlivu psychiky na bolesti krční páteře. Cílem je také zjistit, zda hodnocené osoby (probandi) vědí a dělají vše proto, aby ve svém zaměstnání bolesti krční páteře co nejvíce eliminovali. Metoda: Průzkum byl proveden u klientů SLL Janské Lázně, kteří mají diagnostikovaný VAS krční páteře. Zkoumaný soubor obsahoval 50 probandů v průměrném věku 42,4 let. Metoda průzkumu byla provedena formou dotazníku. Dotazovaní jedinci obdrželi dotazník, který byl rozdělen na tři základní části. V první části se otázky týkají osobních údajů. Druhá část zahrnuje otázky, které jsou zaměřeny na zaměstnání, jeho charakter a na psychickou náročnost. Třetí část zahrnuje otázky týkající se charakteristiky běžného života. Získaná data byla zpracována a použita pro závěry této diplomové práce. Výsledky: Z vyhodnocení ankety je patrné, že největší hodnocenou skupinou, která trpí bolestivostí krční páteře v zaměstnání jsou prqfese, které většinu pracovní doby sedí (50%). Komplexní rekonstrukce panelových domů v nízkoenergetickém standardu

Cílem projektu je najít cestu ke snižování energetické náročnosti panelových budov v takovém měřítku, aby se urychlil vývoj probíhající přirozenou cestou tržního prostředí, nalezení způsobu komplexní modernizace panelových budov, který umožní dosáhnout snížení produkce systémových emisí CO2 spojených s jejich provozem bytových domů. V první etapě byl zmapován stav panelové výstavby v ČR a tuzemské i zahraniční zkušenosti s regeneracemi panelových budov. Byla analyzována skladba panelových budov podle nejčastěji se vyskytujících stavebních soustav, parametry jednotlivých typů budov a tyto údaje byly připraveny k dalšímu zpracování. V rámci rešerše zkušeností s rekonstrukcemi byly popsané publikované projekty, které byly realizovány v ČR, Maďarsku, Rakousku a Německu. Současně byla navržena metodika řešení projektu.

Hlavními výstupy projektu jsou: podrobné rešerše posledního vývoje OZE a jejich shrnutí, nejdůležitější specifika jednotlivých zdrojů OZE (vlivy na ŽP, zaměstnanost, připojení do sítě), sestavení katalogu jednotlivých reprezentativních technických řešení pro využití katalogu jako báze hodnocených variant (spolu s rešeršemi poskytují identifikaci souboru technologií v podmínkách ČR, sestavení softwarového modelu pro shromažďování a aktualizaci údajů soubory technologií OZE), předběžné vyhodnocení vhodnosti jednotlivých zdrojů pro ČR pomocí SWOT analýz, sestavení obecné metodiky řešení pomocí metody multikriteriálního hodnocení variant, návrh kritérií a výběr metod hodnocení (zejména vydefinování komplexní soustavy hodnotících kritérií OZE pro posouzení perspektivnosti OZE v podmínkách ČR), sestavení báze hodnot kritérií, sestrojení softwarového modelu pro multikriteriální hodnocení variant pomocí vybraných metod a pro podporu výsledků hodnocení včetně výsledků analýz s názvem Multika, sestavení expertního systému TESES Multika (jeho nejdůležitější součásti jsou databáze technologií, expertní znalosti, výpočetní modul), sestavení týmu expertů, přiřazení vah jednotlivým skupinám (oblastem) a hodnot kritériím pro jednotlivé technologie (výsledky expertního zjišťování názoru o důležitosti jednotlivých faktorů pro OZE v ČR, rešerše a katalog technologií spolu s expertním šetřením vedly ke stanovení hodnot kritérií pro jednotlivé technologie), provedení vyhodnocení a zpracování výsledků včetně citlivostní analýzy, interpretace výsledků, stanovení pořadí perspektivnosti OZE v podmínkách ČR, které umožňuje posoudit způsob zajištění požadovaného potenciálu OZE a ekonomické hledisko zajištění tohoto potenciálu jako návrh konkrétních opatření, sestavení zjednodušeného modelu pro doplnění báze dat a praktické rychlé vyhodnocení a zpracování doporučení pro navazující výzkumné práce pro konkrétní aplikace výsledků řešeného projektu v praxi.
