Innovation of the ordering system in the selected enterprise

The aim of this work is to introduce innovation to the chosen company - KeyTec České Budějovice. The company is briefly introduced, and the current system is described. The old system needs to be upgraded and streamlined. This primary objective has several sub-parts: processing of submitted offers, choosing the best option followed by the pro-cess of preparation for the innovation implementing. The theoretical part deals with the topics necessary for the practical part. These include the description of risk, funding opportunities and the description of the innovation itself including its types. The aim of the whole innovation is to make the production more efficient, especially communication between departments and production capacity increase. Furthermore, employee productivity will increase. All the mentioned modules will lead to more effi-cient production, cost savings and competitiveness increase of the whole company.

Work Productivity Measurement in a Manufacturing Plant

The bachelor thesis presents the types of productivity and the possibility of develop-ment in a manufacturing plant as one of the basic factors influencing the competitive ability of an enterprise and its use in a market. First, the bachelor thesis deals with all theoretical knowledge needed for a complete productivity analysis because the aim of this work is to evaluate work productivity in a particular manufacturing plant. Afterwards, the intent is to recommend a solution which is the most advantageous and applicable at the same to the enterprise. The thesis is focused on pointing out all shortcomings which must be eliminated or reduced, depending on eventualities of the enterprise. Then, a solution for eliminating those shortcomings and for increasing not only the productivity of work but also the productivity of the whole company is suggested. Finally, the gained findings are ap-plied to the production process.
