Krausová, Aneta ; Tomášek, Petr (advisor) ; Patěk, Daniel (referee)
Duty of Loyalty of a Shareholder of a Capital Company Abstract This thesis deals with the issue of the duty of loyalty of a shareholder of a capital company. It focuses mainly on the analysis of the duty of loyalty of a shareholder towards the company, and marginally presents the duty of loyalty of the company towards the shareholder and the duty of loyalty between the shareholders. The main objective of this thesis is to define the duty of loyalty and to analyse this duty in some of the relationships within a company. Central to this analysis is the interpretation of the provisions of Section 212 of the Civil Code, which I address in this thesis in turn. Due to the generality of the concept of loyalty, a key part of this thesis is the analysis of the existing decision-making practice of the courts, including the applicability of decisions based on the regulation before the recodification of private law. The thesis is divided into an introduction, four parts and a conclusion. The first part deals with the principle of good faith as the fundamental basis of the duty of loyalty, its nature as a general clause and its derived functions. The second part introduces the reader to the duty of loyalty in shareholder relations of a capital company on three levels. The main focus is on the shareholder's duty of...

Data on Quantities, Qualities, Treatment and Disposal Practices of MSW Incineration Residues in the Czech Republic.
Šyc, Michal ; Krausová, Aneta ; Kameníková, Petra ; Samusevich, Oleg
To assess the resource recovery potential of BA in the Czech Republic, it was necessary to obtain the information about its material composition. We analysed in total 6 samples from all three WtE plants in the Czech Republic. It was found that raw BA contains 10–23 % of glass, 2–5 % of ceramics, 10–16 % of magnetic fraction, 6–11 % of ferrous scrap, and around 1.3–2.8 % of non-ferrous metals. Lower glass or NFe content was found in WtE plant co-incinerating commercial waste. The contents of individual components were also studied with respect to the granulometry. Most of the glass was found in size fractions between 6 and 20 mm. Ceramics and porcelain were mainly found in particles over 15 mm. The content of ferrous scrap increased with increasing particle size. Nonferrous metals were nearly equally spread into all size fractions.

The significance of subsidies in the municipality development (Bobnice, Hořátev, Kovanice, Krchleby)
Krausová, Aneta ; Kocmánková Menšíková, Lucie (advisor) ; Petr, Petr (referee)
The main aim of the thesis was to determine the significance of the subsidies for development of the municipality in Kovanice and surrounding municipalities (Bobnice, Hořátev, Krchleby). This thesis was primarily dealing with economy of villages Bobnice, Hořátev, Kovanice and Krchleby. Further, their indebtedness, which was caused by self-financing of large projects for which the subsidy was later received. The theoretical part is based on the studying of scientific literature (czech and foreign) sources and resources related to this issue. In this section there are defined the basic facts of regional development, compared two programming periods (2007-2013 and 2014-2020) and explained the issue of municipal financing and structure of municipal budgets. In a secondary analysis, it was found that the efforts of municipalities for their own development implemented by subsidies leads to their indebtedness. Indebtedness of villages grew most in the period 2008 - 2010, when there was a significant increase in the volume of investments co-financed from the regional and national resources. In the empirical part is described implementation the individual interviews with four mayors. They agree that if the community does not have enough money in the municipal budget, then the loan is inevitable alternative for the realization of projects that help in development of the municipality and its attractiveness. On the other hand, they add that the repayment of principal and interest on the loan, the village development reaches a plateau.

Analýzou strusky z českých spaloven bylo stanoveno následující materiálové složení: 10–24 % sklo, 2–4 % keramika a porcelán, 12–17 % magnetická frakce, 1,1–4,5 železný šrot, 1,3 a 2,4 % neželezné kovy, 40–70 % reziduální frakce s částicemi pod 2 mm.

Characterization of MSWI Bottom Ash and Assessment of Resource Recovery Potential
Šyc, Michal ; Kameníková, Petra ; Krausová, Aneta ; Zach, Boleslav ; Pohořelý, Michael ; Svoboda, Karel ; Punčochář, Miroslav
Bottom ash from municipal solid waste incineration contains valuable components that can be recycled as secondary materials, such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals, rare earth elements, glass etc. Metal-free mineral fraction is reusable in construction industry. The composition of bottom ash is highly dependent on the composition of incinerated waste but in average can be around 5–13 % ferrous metals, 2–5 % non-ferrous metals, 15–30 % glass and ceramics, 1–5 % unburned organics and 50–70 % mineral fraction. Several incineration plants in Europe are equipped with advanced systems for metals recovery, mostly based on magnetic separation of ferrous metals and separation of non-ferrous metals usually by eddy-current separators. To study the possibilities of bottom ash treatment in the Czech Republic it is necessary to obtain data about the bottom ash composition and evaluate the potential of resource recovery.
