Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company Tesla Jihlava, s.r.o.

This thesis is devoted to the evaluation of financial situation of the Tesla Jihlava Ltd. on the market. The methods and selected indicators of financial analysis are used to its rating. For comparison with the competition there is elaborated and subsequently evaluated also financial analysis of FOREZ Ltd. company, which is the biggest competitor of the described one. A comparison of these two business objects deals with the period of six years and specifically started from 2007 to 2012. On the basis of found results there are offered such solutions and arrangements for improvement of the financial situtation and the position of this company on the market.

Reinforced concrete structure of the office building

Master thesis describes the design and assessment of main parts monolithic reinforced concrete construction of office building. Solved elements are locally supported slab, stiffening perimeter beam, column, wall and fundamention strip. Components of master thesis are also drawings of shape and reinforcement. Calculation of internal forces was performed by computer program SCIA Engineer. It was control by simplified method of replacement frames and results were compared.

Business Plan for the Establishment of an Internet Business

This thesis focuses on the process of establishing a new on-line store. The on-line store will offer bee products and beekeeping equipment. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical and describes all needed terms and legal requirements, necessary for an understanding of the on-line store establishment process. Necessary analysis, used for business plan preparation and complex vision evaluation of the future company, are made in second, analytical, part. The last part is oriented on the practical implementation and survivability of the project. It describes in detail how the company should work, what it should produce and how an online sale is going to work.

Agreement to make a contract (pactum de contrahendo)

The purpose of this Master's degree thesis is to deal with preparatory institute of private contractual law pactum de contrahendo. This institute passed through to contemporary legislative conception long progress, currently it is in Czech Republic simultaneously regulated in two codes and at the present time performed re-codification of the Czech private law is in submission of the new Czech Civil Code its explicit regulation also contained. The thesis focuses on preliminary agreement being concluded according to valid Czech Civil Code, on its purpose, utilization and function. The thesis characterises its subjects, subject- matter, content and the process between entering into the preliminary agreement and the future agreement. In several cases the thesis provides with alternative approaches to a particular issue, presents judicial opinions of legal experts and pursues case law. The thesis also describes the development of regulation of agreement to make a contract in the context of Czech law within the range, which was appropriate to the subject, the thesis refers to similar legal institutes and compares current valid parallel regulation of preliminary agreements among themselves and with newly suggested regulation with the aim to find advantages and disadvantages of particular regulation....

The possibility of funding projects through the European Union funds and its legal background

ResumeResumeResumeResume Diplomová práce: Možnosti financování projektů z fondů Evropské unie a jejich právní zakotvení Thesis: Financing of projects from European Union's Funds and their legal framework. The presented thesis introduces European funds and options for financing of individual projects and their legal framework. Regional and Structural Policy is one of the major policies of the European Union. Its main purpose is to mitigate the differences between countries and regions within the European Union and bring the disadvantaged regions to more progressive level. Summary of the EU structural policies, their purpose, principals and historical background is provided in the first chapter of this thesis. It also provides an overview of the major tools (structural and other funds) used when implementing the Regional and Structural Policy. This introduction is followed by a summary of the legal framework of the European funds and the legal basis of the Structural and Regional Policy. The mutually beneficial idea of supporting regions originates from the basic principles of the European Economic Community/European Union recorded already in the main documents of the EEC/EC - the Treaty of Rome and its amendments. This institute passed through to the contemporary legislative conception long progress, currently in the Czech Republic its simultaneously regulated into two effective codes and in connection with recent re-codification of the Czech private law, the explicit regulation is also contained in the new Czech Civil Code. The thesis focuses on the preliminary agreement being concluded according to the effective Czech Civil Code, on its purpose, utilization and function.
