Design of cylindrical apparatus for determination of directions of reinforcing fibres in aorta in its deformed state
Král, Martin ; Vaverka, Jiří (referee) ; Burša, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of cylindrical apparatus, which allows the cont- rolled biaxial deformation of a cylindrical sample of the aorta. This apparatus is designed to determine the direction of collagen fibers in the deformed aorta. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused mainly on description of the structure and mechanical properties of the wall of the aorta. In the design part, attention is paid to the design of the cylindrical apparatus. In the conclusion, the deformation of the cylindrical sample of the abdominal aorta from the pig is carried out on the apparatus and its strain is measured.
Analysis of composite sandwich panel under conditions simulating placement on a rocket carrier
Král, Martin ; Horníková, Jana (referee) ; Majer, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with composite sandwich panels, which are currently used as supporting structures for satellites. This type of panel contains an aluminum honeycomb core and two thin laminate coatings, reinforced with carbon fibers. Laminate sandwich panel coatings offer an alternative to conventional aluminum coatings, which is advantageous mainly due to the reduction of weight and increase of the flexural stiffness of the panels. The work is a parametric study of mechanical properties for several variants of the coating of sandwich panels. These are laminate coatings, differing in the orientation of the fibers in the individual layers, as well as an aluminum alloy coating. The study is divided into two parts. The first part examines the deformation-stress response of a sandwich panel, which is simply supported at the edges and loaded with pressure. The response calculation is performed using FEM and verified by the method of sum of an infinite series. The second part investigates the deformation-stress response of the joint, (node) of two sandwich panels, which is loaded by random vibrations, aimed at simulating the mechanical environment of the rocket carrier during the takeoff of the launch vehicle. The response is calculated using FEM and verified by an experiment on a vibrating stool for a selected variant of the laminate coating of sandwich panels. The results of the work can be used for the design of baffle of the X-ray imaging device (SXI), which is part of the equipment of the space satellite of the SMILE project.
Stress-strain Analysis of Balancing Shaft Support
Král, Martin ; Hrdlička, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
Subject of this master's thesis is to design a control screw connection balance mass and shaft. It is the task of the stress - strain analysis balancer shaft in the FEM system, evaluation of the obtained results and possible design modifications.
Passenger Car Multi-Link Suspensions
Král, Martin ; Vančura, Jan (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
This work includes summary of choice structural multi-link axles used by contemporary cars. Individual solutions structural design are further desscribed. Further come out survey of other today used types independent suspension and is effected their compare with multi-link suspension.
The change of referring about the Green Party
Král, Martin ; Reifová, Irena (advisor) ; Jirák, Jan (referee)
The topic of the thesis is "The change of referring about the Green Party" with the subordinate title "The frequency of the texts appearance about the Green Party in a press before and after five percent of the electoral preferences". The form of this thesis is the quantitative analysis of the content of the defined sample that is composed of two monitored Czech daily newspapers: Mlada fronta Dnes and Pravo. The time period under review is appointed for two six-month intervals. The former interval starts on April 2005 and ends by the breaking Convention of the Green Party on 24th September 2005 where Mr. Martin Bursik was called to the chair of the party. The latter interval continues after Convention and lasts till the end of March 2006. There is also another breaking point when the electoral preferences of the party have approached the five percent limit on January 2006 for the first time (this minimal limit is needed for gaining the Chamber of Deputies' chairs in the Chamber elections). The work has proved that there is not a significant change of referring after the Chairmanship change, but after another point: reaching the five percent limit of preferences as much more important breaking point. The frequency of the texts appearance has increased after that point approximately three times. In respect of...
The national trial with Radola Gajda 1947. A case study
Král, Martin ; Šedivý, Ivan (advisor) ; Gebhart, Jan (referee)
The topic of the study is the case of Radola Gajda, a former legionary and Czechoslovak general, before the National Court in 1947. After a short presentation of Radola Gajda, the study deals with his activity during the Second Czechoslovak Republic and the Protectorate. It outlines the origins of retributive justice, but it mostly focuses on Gajda's case. I have raised questions relating to the objectivity of the court, the way of its approach to the accused person and the possibility of interference in the judge's impartiality. I have also done some research into the way how the party press informed about this case. I have discovered that in 1947 Radola Gajda was no longer a politically important person, and I did not manage to find any significant interference into the investigation and the law case. The court gave equal space both to the defence and the plaintiff, and it sensibly assessed the evidence of both parties. The press of the individual political parties informed about the trial in a very brief way, and left-wing dailies in particular were more likely to present information aimed against the accused.
Expropriation as a serious interference with the property rights of a particular entity
Král, Martin ; Dvořák, Jan (advisor) ; Lederer, Vít (referee)
Expropriation as a serious interference with the property rights of a particular entity The aim of this work entitled "Expropriation as a serious interference with the property rights of a particular entity", is to provide readers with a relatively comprehensive, but not completely detailed, view of the current legislation on the possibilities that Czech law generally provides in order to proceed to some form of expropriation in a particular situation and subject to predetermined conditions. In the first chapter, the author's attention is focused primarily on the right to property as a fundamental human right, which is inextricably linked to the possibility of expropriating anything. The second chapter deals more closely with the analysis of the concept of expropriation, with the fact that it further defines its various fundamental aspects and distinguishes it from the institutes that are often confused with it. In the third chapter, the author briefly discusses the historical developments of the institute of expropriation, its regulation and its perception in the Czech lands have undergone over the years. The fourth charter is devoted to individual legal norms related to the issue of expropriation, with the fact that in accordance with the individual provisions contained in these regulations, the...

Využití traktorů s pásovým podvozkem v podniku zemědělské prvovýroby
KRÁL, Martin
This diploma thesis deals with the use of powerful tractors with tracked chassis in agricultural primary production. For my work I chose Farma Pokorný Kmetiněves s. R. O., Which uses Challenger MT865E crawler tractor and BOTEP PLUS spol. s .r. o., which uses CASE IH STX 450 Quadtrac tracked tractors and CASE IH STX 480 Quadtrac. Literary review deals with the construction of wheeled and tracked bogies of tractors. The thesis describes the utilization of tracked tractors in given companies during the marketing year and analysis of the performance of individual tractors. The thesis is supplemented with characteristics of enterprises, description of technical parameters of individual machines and analysis of investment and operating costs.
