Title: Protection against corruption and bribery and their prevention Abstract My diploma thesis should describe the contemporary issues of corruption and then it should show us the differences between corruption and lobbying. After that I would like to focus on the current legislation which mentions corruption. Finally, I would highlight the necessity of prevention. Initially, I would try to define corruption, describe the origin reasons of corruption and its dividing. The next part of the first chapter includes the methods of measurement, which are used for taking an imagination about the extent of the corruption in this age. The following chapter describes lobbying and the other terms which belong to it. The main goal is an effort to distinguish the situation when it is still lobbying and the situation when the legal line of lobbying is already broke. The next chapter includes current legislation which concerns the problem of corruption. Because of the quite extensive legislation I try to focus on the regulation in the criminal law and in the business law. One part of this chapter discusses the effective repentance, which could again appear in our legislation. The fourth chapter points to necessity of prevention in this issue. National Tribunal with Karel Sabina in a New Perspective of Unpublished Archival Dokuments

Následující práce je věnována archivním dokumentům, které dosud zůstávaly mimo pozornost badatelů. Jde o fond Zemského soudu trestního ve Státním oblastním archivu Praha, kde jsou dochovány protokoly ze soudního vyšetřování onoho "národního soudu" z 30. července 1872. Karel Sabina totiž tehdy požádal policii a soud o ochranu před' "terorismem" účastníků tohoto soudu. Protože průběh zmíněného národního soudu byl dosud znám pouze z podání Jakuba Arbesa napsaného zřejmě podle vzpomínek některých z jeho účastníků, stojí za to je konfrontovat se zjištěními soudu a autentickými výpověďmi účastníků, učiněnými krátce po oné události. Social networks and new media - use in sales of accommodation services in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis is focused on comparism the ways of selling and mediating accommodation in the Czech Republic with help of new media and social networks. The main goal is to learn the latest sales methods, for example with help of internet portals, social networks or mobile apps, to evaluate their properties and benefits for both, the accommodation provider and the customer. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into chapters of different sales methods including their advantages and disadvantages and in the practical part it is possible to see the functioning, operation and demonstration of real data from the portal operated by the solver of this work. The thesis should be beneficial for those who like to travel and want to find new ways to get accommodation and for those who provide accommodations and want to get new clients.

T. R. Field's poems from 1954 to 1955

This thesis deals with the poetic works of T.R.Field, particularly those which date from the period of his hospitalization in the Bohnice Mental Asylum in mid-1950's. It presents the poet's personality and aims to analyze his works from the perspective of literary theory with the main focus on mystifying the reader, humor, and literary stylization. It draws on Field's published texts and on his literary estates and other documents which are kept at the literary archives. Poems from this period are compared with Field's works from between the two world wars, in particular with the collections published under the names Kosoctverce na ohradach and Lomikel na dlasnech. The thesis concludes with an attempt to define the meaning of Field's poetic works.

Producing, selling and processing sheep wool (South Bohemia)

The bachalor thesis is focused on difficulties with wool sales. In the last years, sheap shearing was sometimes only an animal welfare activity with no profit for the farmer. The aim of the thesis was to analyse the conditions under which the wool from the South Bohemian farmers is sold to the wool buyers. The thesis was also focused on altenative uses of fleece, that would have assured greater demand even for medium and coarse wools. The thesis describes history of sheep husbandry, current state of sheep farming in CR, and wool uses examples. It also charts the wool bueyrs and wool processing companies. The conclusion is dedicated to the new form of wool use, which allows using low-grade and coarse wool.

Vliv rekreačního využití na stav a vývoj biotopů ve vybraných VCHÚ (CHKO Beskydy‚ Krkonošský národní park‚ CHKO Jeseníky a NP a CHKO Šumava)

Zpráva přináší popis stavu řešení projektu po třetím roce jeho trvání (2005). Cílem řešení projektu je kvantifikace vlivu rekreačních aktivit na stav a vývoj ochranářsky hodnotných biotopů ve vybraných horských velkoplošných zvláště chráněných území (Krkonošský národní park, NP a CHKO Šumava, CHKO Jeseníky, CHKO Beskydy). Projekt je koncipován tak, že pro každé chráněné území byla vybrána skupina nejvýznamnějších typů aktivit, u nichž lze očekávat nejvýraznější vliv na ochranářsky významné fenomény. Pro řešení projektu byla vybrána skupina relativně nezávislých metod zaměřených na různé hierarchické úrovně studovaných jevů a jejich různou povahu (abiotické jevy, biota několika rozdílných taxonomických a ekologických typů). V letošním roce byla věnována pozornost následujícím jevům: 1. společenstva vyšších rostlin, jejich fyziognomie, vitalita (fenologie, kvantitativně-ekologické parametry), druhová kompozice, vývoj v čase, 2. epigeon, 3. indikačně a ochranářsky významné druhy ptáků a ornitocenózy, 4. chemické a hydrobiologické ukazatele povrchových vod, 5. geomorfologické procesy, 6. mikroklimatické charakteristiky, 7. vybrané ekosystémové procesy (rychlost dekompozice celulózy).Terénní práce, zpracování a vyhodnocení dílčích dat proběhly v letošním roce u všech výše uvedených bodů. První část zprávy tvoří body 4 až 7.
