Upbringing and education in the Martin Buber's work as dialog in the method of the encounter and the talk

The diploma thesis pursues problems of the philosophy of dialog in the 20th century with putting emphasis on this philosophy in the Martin Buber's work. Firstly this thesis pursues the term itself. Shortly it focuses on the Buber's contemporaries, namely Ferdinand Ebner and Franz Rosenzweig, who pursued simile problems. Then its attention will be focused on the Martin Buber's personality, describing his life, with putting emphasis on his Jewish roots of thinking. Next, the Buber's point of view on the philosophy of dialog will be analyzed as the encounter and talk. This is done on the base of the analysis of his work. Next aim is to Conner his way of dialog with relation to upbringing and encounter. There will be ilustrated concrete examples on the base of his work, where is shown the Buber's way of thinking specifically. The thesis reached the conclusion how to use the Martin Buber's work in the today's world with the aid of analysis, compilation and hermeneutic. Using of climate satellite data for study of weather circulation type influence on selected meteorological parameters

Cloudiness and solar radiation affect the Earth's energy and water cycle and spa- tial distribution of these parameters is also connected to the atmospheric pressure field and atmospheric circulation. This thesis starts with a short overview of remote sensing of the atmosphere, the EUMETSAT organisation and its section CM SAF which focuses on the uses of satellite data for climate monitoring. Next is a description of cloud and ra- diation products used in this thesis. Daily means of these products in the Czech Republic are then used to calculate mean values, trends and anomalies for the whole time series. Obtained values are compared based on the weather circulation type using the Brádka classification. 1

Physiotherapy of patients with Multiple Sclerosis - questionnaire survey

This thesis is focused on physical rehabilitation in Multiple Sclerosis. The theoretical part deals with information about this disease, and then is devoted to the issues related to the questionnaire, that is, rehabilitation and classification of patients. The practical part presents results of the survey, which objective was to determine whether there are differences in rehabilitation in various European countries and what is the character of these differences. For our purposes the most important questions were about the understanding to the rehabilitation methods, and also about aplicated methods in practise in different countries. The questionnaire was sent to the fifty experts from European countries, united under the banner of the RIMS SIG on mobility, as well as some employees of KRL FNKV. Twenty six of them answered and sent the questionnaire back. Responses were statistically analysed and processed in program called Statistica version 7.1. The survey results shows that there are big differences in organization of physical therapy among the European countries. For example there is obvious difference in setting up rehabilitation program for the same patient in various countries, that means that the physical therapy will always look differently. Transport infrastructure charging a draft of the measures to optimize its utilization

The current status of road transportation charging in the Czech Republic has been analyzed in terms of costs, which are caused by various categories of vehicles and incomes, which are generated by existing instruments of charging. Significant imbalance of theese indicators for different types of vehicles has been revealed. The measures proposed in thesis aim to eliminate this imbalance and to provide fair charging system that is based on actual costs caused by vehicle.

The Analysis of land-use changes in Šumava foothills

The Svatý Tomáš Highlands and the Trojmezí Highlands in the Šumava foothills were constantly settled during 13th century. Although this area is a borderland with a less favourable climate, agriculture had a significant influence on the landscape changes. However political and economic changes during the 1950´s, especially the establishment of the Iron Curtain, had impacted previous trends. Displacement of inhabitans, destruction of villages and inaccessibility of the area have restored the natural processes. The aim of this work is to describe changes of land use in The Šumava foothills with regard to nature protection and results evaluated by geographic information system technologies. From stable cadastre maps it was detected, that land use in 1st half of 19th century in the Šumava foothills was very varied, it was there existed a lot of small fields of arable soil. However the surface of arable soil diminished gradually during the time and at the present time don´t exist any more in the study area. In monitored areas in the first place grew the share of forests. The changes of management also had an impact on the size of succession areas. It was found, that changes in land use are very similar in the all monitored regions.

Chemická recyklace měkké polyurethanové pěny

Cílem výzkumného záměru je návrh a optimalizace recyklačního postupu chemické recyklace polyurethanové měkké pěny z autosedaček a dalších demontovaných polyurethanových částí z autovraků tak, aby výsledný recyklát byl znovu použitelný při výrobě nové recyklační jednotky. Výsledky by měly zároveň sloužit jako podklad pro posouzení ekonomické schůdnosti navržených technologických řešení recyklace v provozním měřítku, zvláště pak pro předběžný výpočet investičních a provozních nákladů. Zpráva zahrnuje výsledky prvního roku řešení a je rozdělena do etap: Zajištění současného stavu poznání v oblasti chemické recyklace PUR pěn, Analytická charakterizace vstupního materiálu (PUR pěny), Vypracování postupu úpravy pěnových PUR odpadů na formu vhodnou pro vlastní chemolýzu, Experimentální studie gykolýzy jako metody vhodné pro chemolýzní rozklad PUR pěny a Analýza chemolýzních produktů

Chemická recyklace měkké polyurethanové pěny

Závěrečná zpráva shrnuje výsledky řešení grantového projektu v období 2005 - 2007. V průběhu tříletého řešení projektu byla vypracována technologie recyklace odpadní měkké PUR pěny z automobilů. Recyklační postup zhodnocující (znovuvyužívající) surovinovou složku PUR odpadu se ukázal být použitelný na veškerou odpadní měkkou PUR pěnu, bez závislosti na jejím chemickém složení, stupni degradace a přítomných příměsí či nečistotách. Vypracovaný postup je komplexní recyklační technologie zahrnující mechanickou předúpravu značně objemného vstupního PUR odpadu, dále vlastní chemolýzní rozklad – glykolýzní reakci PUR, a odstranění přítomných příměsí či kontaminantů. Získaný produkt - recyklát - byl detailně charakterizován a byla formulována kritéria sloužící ke kontrole jeho kvality. Recyklát byl odzkoušen při přípravě nového PUR výrobku - tvrdých izolačních pěn. Byly testovány i další způsoby využití získaného recyklátu. Byla studována a popsána syntéza kompaktních zesítěných PUR materiálů. Nabízí se zde uplatnění např. v nátěrových systémech pro méně náročné aplikace, zejména ve stavebnictví. Výstupy laboratorních experimentů byly využity v závěrečné fázi řešení projektu pro převedení celé technologie do většího měřítka – čtvrtprovozní recyklační jednotky. Recyklační procedura tak byla testována ve výrobním zařízení o kapacitě cca 25 kg recyklátu v jednom provozním cyklu, bylo vypracováno bilančnětechnologické schéma, které je podkladovým materiálem pro stanovení investičních a provozních nákladů vyvinuté technologie v provozním měřítku. Byla provedena ekonomická kalkulace celého recyklačního postupu. Připravený recyklát byl otestován formou provozního testu. Na vyvinutý komplexní postup chemické recyklace měkkých PUR pěn byla v průběhu řešení projektu podána patentová přihláška.

Chemická recyklace měkké polyurethanové pěny

Polyurethanový (PUR) materiál (převážně pěnový) představuje svým podílem významnou složku plastového odpadu z autovraků. Na rozdíl od ostatních polymerních materiálů lze měkkou PUR pěnu snadno separovat z autovraků, neboť autosedačky zde tvoří relativně velké a snadno demontovatelné dílce o minimální kontaminaci. Z vyřazených automobilů lze demontovat cca 72 % z celkového množství odpadních PUR. Recyklace se tedy jeví jako vhodné řešení jak z pohledu ekonomického tak technologického. V druhém roce řešení projektu byl otestován recyklát získaný glykolýzou odpadní měkké PUR pěny při přípravě tvrdých PUR pěn, dále byla odzkoušena glykolýza odpadních PUR pěn z autosedaček po skončení životnosti automobilů a získaný recyklát byl opět testován jako surovina pro přípravu tvrdých izolačních PUR pěn. V druhé polovině roku byla studována především aminoalkoholýza jako další potenciálně vhodná metoda pro chemickou recyklaci měkké PUR pěny a získaný recyklát byl opět aplikován jako výchozí surovina pro přípravu tvrdé PUR pěny. V závěru roku byla proveden detailní souhrn možných analytických metod a charakterizovány vzniklé recykláty.
