Comparison of annual reports of Bauer media and Samona media publishers

This bachelor thesis deals with the annual report as an instrument for accounting, financial and marketing purposes. It focuses on the use of annual reports as to meet the Czech accounting law and as an instrument of marketing communication. The role of the annual report as a support by forming the corporate identity is being highlighted and mentioned often over the last few years. The aim of this thesis is to focus on this fact and determine whether the companies make a use of this function or not. This work describes the basic functions and content of annual reports focusing on the latest trends. Its main objective is to discover whether the compared publishers Bauer Media and Sanoma Media use the annual reports only to fulfill the obligations imposed by law, or also as a marketing tool that would help to strengthen the brand's position. Bauer Media and Sanoma Media were chosen for this comparison because of their international presence and a similar position in the Czech magazines market. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical one and a practical one. The influence of brand JUPÍK on its target group

This thesis focuses on brand of children's soft drinks JUPÍK and its influence on the target group. First chapter introduces fundamental marketing terms, defines a brand and its management. Second chapter summarizes the marketing segmentation of the market focusing on children as consumers and describes the principals of the marketing research. Third chapter introduces the brand JUPÍK and its marketing strategy, fourth and fifth chapter is concerning proper marketing research and its results. The objective of this thesis was to analyze the attitude of children consumers to the brand JUPÍK and propose a change in the future according to these results.
Proposition and confirmation of set of tests designed for the selection of early school age children talented for sport aerobics

The purpose of my work is to create and consequently to confirm set of tests for early school age children, which would make easier the selection of children to sport aerobics clubs. The proposed set of tests includes five - point evaluation scales and is divided to the two parts. Both parts for general kinetic skills and specific kinetic skills include six tests. Measured results were transformed into well-arranged tables and graphs and for better statement value an individual contestant test profile was drafted. My work should be of use to trainers who are to select new club members or who are planning to detect the shortcomings of their members by drafting an individual contestant profile.
