Semantic Similarity Methods in Folksonomies

Bakalářská práce byla vypracována na studijním pobytu na "Aalborg University" v Dánsku, a byla zpracována v angličtině. Folksonomie jsou nový, uživateli řízený přístup ke klasifikaci a důležitá čast Web 2.0. Jsou také jediným přístupem, který je schopen udržet krok s dnešní rychlostí expanze webu, tím že předá uživatelům odpovědnost za klasifikaci. Pokud folksonomie obsahují dostatečné množství dat, dají se k mnohému využít. Tato práce se zaměřuje na metody sémantické podobnosti ve folksonomiích. Cílem této práce bylo odzkoušet mnohé metody na vzorku tří datových sad - delicious.com, Last.fm a medworm.com. Toto bylo vykonáno za pomocí kotvících dat z WordNetu, Open Directory Project a zdravotně orientované ontologie. Výsledky přinesené touto prací indikují, že metody sémantické podobnosti mohou být použity k úspěšnému měření podobností v mnohých doménách.

Valves of the rocket fuel systems and engines

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is developing a search about rocket valves. For better understanding of the function and position valves is chosen a real rocket engine. The types of valves are described by shape of closing component. There are also mentioned the most common rocket fuels. The other aim is developed a simple design of shut-off valve with specialization on hydraulic losses.

This bachleror´s thessis deals with analysis of economic indicators using statistical methods of company PP AUTOCENTRUM s.r.o. Thesis is devided to practical part and theoretical part. In theoretical part I decsribe statistical methods and financial analysis. Practical part is orientated to aplication of particular methods in selected company. After that, I draw conclusion and propose solution.

Hydraulic design of inducer fuel pump for rocket engine

The aim of this masters thesis is hydraulic design of inducer for given pump geometry and operating parameters. The first part of this thesis deals with cavitation problematic in hydrodynamic pumps. Next section describes two-dimensional design of the inducer and according to that, the 3D CAD model of inducer is made. The later part deals with thorough CFD analysis and determination of the main hydraulic parameters of inducer itself and also with whole pump completed with this inducer. The last section is devoted to inducer design improvement.

The primary goal of this bachelor thesis is to explore different methods of fruit trees price calculation. For each listed method of price calculation is discussed its advantages and disadvantages. Some of the methods are also practicaly tested. Mentioned methods are divided into two groups. The first group contains all the methods which take the fruit tree only as an physical object. The second group reflects also the mental aspect of the tree. Selected division correlates with the price value of the tree in such a way that the mental aspect increases tree value.

Vliv změn krajinného krytu v NP Podyjí na výskyt světlomilných organismů

In this thesis, I examined the effect of past (1938) and present (2014) land use/land cover on distribution of five threatened taxa and three ecological groups of threatened plants in the Podyjí National Park. The effect of past and present levels of canopy closure varied among the model organisms that mostly inhabit open and semi-open habitats. The extent of such habitats in the park is decreasing and rather low compared to the extent of closed forest. The distribution of the studied taxa of high conservation value is mostly concentrated in the river canyon. The new zonation of the park, however, allows for active conservation management measures mostly along the park edges, while the hands-off approach prevails in the river canyon. Further increase of canopy closure in the park and specifically in the river canyon may thus increase extinction risk of light demanding taxa, including target species of the park.

The topic of this thesis is Vertebrogenic algic syndrome of lumbar spine. The work is divided into two main sections. The first, general part deals with theoretical findings which are related with this character of inconvenience. Approaches to computer cognition of musical recordings

In our study we deal with various stages of human cognition of real-life musical signals, create their models and discuss their implementation. The rst part compares time-frequency representations and their factorization into sinusoids and background noise. We combine various approaches to coupling sinusoids into trajectories. Next we examine methods for the estimation of note parameters from trajectories and methods for musical instrument classi cation. The nal part focuses on global music-theoretical features of recordings such as tempo, melodic phrases, chord accompaniment or key.
