Osmolalita parenterálních přípravků s obsahem neelektrolytů Lenka Křížová Summary In the theoretical part of theses, the problematic of formulation of parenteral products is summarized. The pharmacopoeial information about osmolality and osmolarity of solutions is also presented. In the experimental part, there are summarized results of pycnometric measurement of density and measurement of osmolality by osmometer for chosen aqueous solutions of used nonelectrolytes (fructose, glucose, lactose, mannitol and sorbitol) in graduated molality within the range of 0,1 - 1,0 mol/kg. There changes in volume of solution relating to the dissolution of investigated substances in relation to concentration of aqueous solutions were expressed. Methods of the determination of the theoretical and actual osmolarity from the measured osmolality were reported.

Osmolality of parenteral preparations containing electrolytes.

In this work, the solutions of potassium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, calcium chloride hexahydrate and urea of molal concentration 0,1-1,0 mol/kg were prepared. Next, the specific density was measured and subsequently converted into actual density at 25řC. Based on the density, the molarity of solutions (mol/l) was determinated and linear regression equations for the relationship between molality and molarity were expressed. Furthermore, the osmolality (mosmol/kg) for chosen aqueous solutions of used electrolytes and urea was measured by osmometer. The changes in volume of solution of investigated substances elicited by the dissolution of 1 g of the substance in 1 kg of pure water (so-called partial specific volume) were expressed. Three different formulary methods were applied in order to determinate the values of the theoretical and actual osmolarity of the solutions. The regression equations for the determination of osmolarity from measured osmolality were expressed. In conclusion, the procedure according to USP 31 using partial specific volume was recommended for the estimation of osmolarity from the experimentally obtained osmolality.

Still life in space (practical-theoretical thesis)

This diploma thesis treats and follows the still life in the conceptual interpretation of some selected authors in the second half of the 20th and at the beginning of the 21st century. The work has been divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the conceptual art, its evolution, theory and its representatives. It further follows the evolution of the still life concerning mainly 20-century´s still lives and three-dimensional still lives. The practical part is made by sketch cycles, photomontages and the final art conceptual project. The work documentation is a part fo this work.

Authorś book (pictorial essay)

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is Author´s book and its three dimensional object protruding into the space around. The theoretical part of this work is focus on evolution of the book, the starting points for creation of Author´s book, also its particularity and movement in development since the very beginning until the present days. Mantioned are also the most important artists devoted to this kind of art. The practical part describes the starting points and the goals of my own Author´s book which is made in the form of pictorial essay. Althought the book is intended as a statement about graffiti and street art, attention si also paid to the path of this kind of art from the street to the gallery and description of thought and work processes.

Analysis of Positiong of Brand Flora

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the positioning of Flora brand on the czech market. For my analysis I will use the chosen marketing tools such as the competitor analysis, SWOT analysis so as the analysis of marketing mix. The key source of information will be the qualitative research. On the basis of that I will compare the ideal positioning with the real one and come with the appropriate suggestions which could help to improve the positioning strategy of Flora brand in the Czech republic.

Involvement of NGOs into the Integrated Rescue System

An object of the bachelor thesis is to map a cooperation of the Integrated Rescue System in the South Bohemian region with NGOs as another component of the Integrated Rescue System providing a planned help on request at rescue and liquidation works. The introduction of the bachelor thesis contains a description of legislative embodiment of this problem and some related conceptions. There can also be find a general characteristic of NGOs in Czech Republic and NGOs operating in the population protection in states neighbouring upon the Czech Republic. Another part of the bachelor thesis contains a description of NGOs involved in the Integrated Rescue System in the South Bohemian region and a board of NGOs. There are also defined agreements on planned help on request. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to detect the involvement of NGOs in the Integrated Rescue System, to consider and to evaluate a degree of this involvement. From agreements made by the respective NGOs, from structured dialogues made with their representatives and at the same time from a questionnaire addressed to the members of Fire Brigade of the South Bohemian Region, which cooperate during their service with NGOs, there were drawn conclusions evaluating the exploitation of NGOs in the course of rescue and liquidation works. In the attachment of the bachelor thesis you can find a methodical aid, which will serve to NGOs as a material for a better orientation in the whole system.

Analýza zahraničních ekonomických vztahů České republiky se Švýcarskem a Norskem v období 1996-2006

Práce si klade za cíl hlouběji analyzovat vzájemné zahraničně ekonomické vztahy České republiky se Švýcarskem a Norskem v posledním desetiletí. Jedná se o průmyslové státy představující jednu z nejvyšších životních úrovní na světě. V úvodní kapitole je nastíněna základní charakteristika obou subjektů s důrazem na jejich současné postavení ve světovém obchodě. Následující část je věnována analýze vzájemného obchodu a změnám, ke kterým došlo v souvislosti vstupu České republiky do EU. Závěrečná kapitola je zaměřena na zahraniční aktivity českých, švýcarských a norských investorů.
