Fitness and compensation exercises in dancesport

Title: Fitness and compensation exercises in dancesport Objectives: The aim of this thesis is proposing and including fitness and compensation exercises into the dancers' training regime in order to enable them to increase their physical condition, improve their health, and reduce the risk of injury. Methods: Case study monitoring a group of four dancers aged 23 to 26. Using kinesiological analyses and measurements to diagnose health complications, contracted and weakened muscles (according to Janda), and propose the ideal intervention programme to reduce their occurrence. An online survey to which 230 people responded was used as a support method to gather more information on the training habits and health condition of sport dancers in the Czech Republic. The proposed intervention programme was applied to the probands in between the initial and control kinesiology analyses. Results: The insufficient education of sport dancers in the area of sport training, regeneration and compensation exercise was confirmed. The expected weakening of the deep stabilising spine system was confirmed with 100% of the probands. Case report of physiotherapy care of patient with distortion of the ankle

Eliška Křížová Title: Case report of physiotherapy care of patient with distortion of the ankle Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the theory of the topic, summarise the knowledge in the area of complex rehabilitation of patients with distortion of the ankle, and introducing this knowledge in practice. Also, to learn to conduct regular therapy based on prepared short and long term rehabilitation plan and to compile a case report of a patient with this diagnosis. Methods: In the general part of the thesis we use the background research for anatomical, kinesiological and biomechanical findings of the ankle joint, and also findings about ankle distortion, its diagnostics, treatment and therapy. In the special part we describe in detail the case report of a patient with a distortion of the ankle, treated in the course of a professional experience at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine (IKEM) in Prague under the supervision of Bc. Robert Charvát. We use several physiotherapeutic methods to improve the patient's health. Brutalist architecture of the 20th century and its didactic avail

The thesis focuses on the icons of the czech brutalism who are nowadays often a subject of discussion. It aims to provide coherent outlook to the reader, not just a technical description of the building but more so the process of its construction from the idea on the paper to the its final state. It observes how the views have been transformed and the perspective of the public, which is oftentimes dimmed by the stigma of the era in which these buildings were created. The goal of this thesis is to extend the knowledge about qualities of the brutalist architecture among younger generation so they could make better judgement of what will happen to these buildings in the future. The project of the implementation of changes in the process of Change Management

This thesis deals with the general mapping and describing the project of the implementation of changes in the process of Change Management in insurance company Česká pojišťovna with the final evaluation including a final report and analysis of important moments. From this project was obtained various outputs, which together with the final evaluation are compared with procedures reported in the theoretical background (IPMA;, Methodology of Project Management of Česká pojišťovna). The conclusion is devoted to determining the level of maturity of the Change Management process after the conclusion of the project. The thesis includes pictures, diagrams, tables and graphics processing data needed for clarity.
Causes and Contexts of the Financial Crisis in the USA

The diploma thesis investigates causes and progression of the financial crisis beginning in 2007 in the United States and leading in the economic recession. Theoretical part of the thesis describes business cycles and their explanations in accordance with the Austrian theory of the business cycle and other theories. Analytical part of the thesis explores the period before the crisis and significant events relevant to it. The main subject of the thesis are institutions and regulatory measures that have major importance for the U.S. real estate market -- including monetary and intervenionist policy of Fed, Community Reinvestment Act, government sponsored enterprises and three major rating agencies. The goal of the work is to provide a comprehensive view of the financial crisis and analyse main factors that influenced its creation -- credit expansion, mortgage market, Fed's monetary policy, bank behavior, etc. This thesis tries to demonstrate an inaccuracy of state inteventions and their impacts on the economy and market system.
Smysluplnost recyklace komunálního odpadu se zaměřením na konkrétní recyklovatelnou složku

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na smysluplnost recyklace komunálního odpadu. Současná společnost vnímá jako jedny z největších problémů snižování kapacit pro ukládání odpadu, ubývání přírodních zdrojů a možná rizika spojená se skládkováním. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na komunální odpad obecně a problém ubývání přírodních zdrojů. Ukážeme, zda je recyklace opravdu šetrná k životnímu prostředí a porovnáme ekonomické aspekty způsobů nakládání s komunálním odpadem. Praktická část bude zkoumat jednu recyklovatelnou složku - sklo. Zde se pokusíme zjistit nákladovost a problémy tohoto systému. V závěru práce bude nastíněno doporučení ke zlepšení celé problematiky komunálního odpadu.
