Title of the thesis: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of a patient after knee arthroscopy Aims: The aim of the thesis is comprehensive arrangement of theoretical findings about the knee joint, its injuries, examination, treatment and the process of arthroscopy. The aim is also to document the physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after arthroscopy of the knee joint. Summary: This bachelor thesis is conceived as a case report of a patient after arthroscopy of the knee joint. It consists of two parts, general and special. The first part is concerned with the theoretical knowledge of the knee joint, its anatomy, biomechanics, examination, physiotherapeutic methods and arthroscopic surgery. The special part is dedicated to a particular case of a patient after the knee arthroscopy. This part contains anonymized data about the patient, the treatment, comparison of the results of input and output kinesiological analysis and total assessment of the treatment effect. Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after wrist arthroplasty. Objectives: The goal of this study was to describe the course of therapy of and to summarize the current knowledge of wrist arthroplasty. The participant of the study was a patient with typical physical ailments after wrist arthroplasty, which we aimed to decrease and compensate using methods of physical therapy. Methods: The thesis is divided into two parts. The general part describes the anatomy and kinesiology of the wrist joint. It also overviews the types and features of wrist endoprotheses, operational approaches, possible complications and therapeutical options. The special part deals with a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after wrist arthroplasty, which consists of an initial and final kinesiological examination, description of individual therapies and assessment of the outcome of therapy. Results: We succeeded in the relaxation of antalgic shoulder position, increasing of range of motion and muscle strenght, stretching of shortened muscles, improving of fine motor skills and partially in correcting the movement stereotype of right arm abduction. Title: Case report of patient after tibial osteosynthesis Objective: The aim of this bachelor's theis is to write up a case report of patient after ostehosynthesis of the left tibia during my four-week practical training in Hospital Kladno. The implementation of specific physioterapeutic therapy was based on petting familiar with theoretical background for this diagnosis. Abstract: The osteosynthesis of tibia is an invasiv and surgical solution of posttraumatical fracture of the tibia and this status requires rehabilitative care. After work with the patient and based on my theoretical knowledge of this subjekt, I found out that the biggest issue was gate limitation and therefore the therapy was focused on improving this issue. As this is a case study, it is not possible to make any conclusion from suggested therapy and the process as well as the results cannot be generalized. Nevertheless this thesis includes information based on in the theoretical, as well as in the practical part. Michaela Stupková Year of defense: 2019 Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about the knee joint, its anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and traumatology, focusing on the anterior cruciate ligament. Then to introduce the possibilities of treatment of its rupture and physiotherapeutic care after surgery. The goal of the practical part is to propose the therapeutically plan for patient with this diagnosis, monitoring and evaluating the effect of the therapy. Method: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is concerned with theoretical knowledge about the knee joint. The second part contains entry and leaving examination of a patient and a description of therapeutic units. This part was created during bachelor practice in the hospital in Kladno. Results: Since the condition of the patient has significantly improved during the therapies, I conclude that the physiotherapeutic methods were effective. Thesis title: The case report on the physiotherapy treatment for a patient diagnosed with peripheral facial palsy Aim of the thesis: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the theoretical background of the diagnosis of facial palsy and to develop a case report on the physiotherapy treatment for a patient diagnosed with peripheral palsy of nervus facialis. Methods used: The bachelor thesis contains theoretical findings about peripheral palsy of nervus facialis parse, including physical examination and possible treatment, especially the physiotherapeutic one. The anatomical context and a comparison with the central palsy are also dealt with. The special part consists of the case report on a patient diagnosed with peripheral palsy of nervus facialis, and contains anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, individual therapies and final kinesiological analysis including an assessment of the effect of the therapy. Title: Case report of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis ischemic stroke. Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to elaborate a case study of patient after ischemic stroke, and to summarize theoretical knowledge regarding this diagnosis. Methods: The thesis is divided into general and special part. In the general part I focus on describing the theoretical basis of this diagnosis with the help of literature, especially on its etiopathogenesis, clinical symptomatics and rehabilitation cure of patients after this disease. The practical part includes case report of the patient with whom I had the opportunity to cooperate during a continuous practice in the regional hospital in Kladno in the term - 21.1. - 15.2. 2019. The case report include the input analysis of the patient, the suggestion of the therapy according to the input values, the application of the given therapies and the evaluation of the subsequent effect of the therapeutic action on the physical and mental condition of the patient. Results: The patient's health condition improved during the therapies. Effect of the therapy was an improvement of the patient's self-sufficiency and self-reliance in routine daily activities. Title: Physiotherapy case study of a patient with ankle fracture Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to obtain and process the theoretical knowledge about anatomy and kinesiology of the ankle, phylogenesis and ontogenesis of the foot and about the mechanisms of a traumatic injury. Then there are also diagnostic and therapeutic methods mentioned. The aim of the practical part was a case study of the patient with such diagnosis together with the design of the therapy and its practical application. Methods: This thesis consists of 2 parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part delas with facts connected to the diagnosis of an ankle joint trauma, specificaly anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanice of the joint during walking, traumatology and treatment options. The practical part is devoted to the case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with such diagnosis.
