Design of impact microviscometer

This thesis treats the design and practical realization of the impact microviscosimeter construction. In the thesis there is stated the synopsis of the ten to date existing experimental devices meant for the study of rheological features of lubricants. There is elaborated their technical and developmental analysis with the description of used measuring method. It also includes basics calculations, the size of Hertz contact region and the size of the force loading, which are necessary for the design and construction of this particular device. The part of this thesis is the technical documentation.

Air condition of multifunctional building

There is designed warmed air heating, warmed airing and circulation of air for office spaces, relax room and industrial hall in the polyfunctional building. Project part includes realization of airconditioning devices.

Withdrawal from a contract

I chose this topic because I would like to be devoted primarily to private law with an emphasis on commercial law and I think that withdrawal from the contract is very common commercial practise phenomenon. The purpose of my thesis is to analyse topic withdrawal from a contract, draw attention to some shortcomings and suggest an amendment of legislation. The thesis is composed of four chapters. Chapter One is defines concept and nature of withdrawal from a contract. Chapter Two deals general legal form withdrawal from a contract in accordance with the Commercial Code. Chapter Three deals special legal form. Chapter Four concentrates on problems resulting from the upcoming changes. Here I tried to analyze the various provisions of the forthcoming new Civil Code. The main conclusions, which I obtained, are following. Withdrawal from a contract is an unilateral legal act of one of the contracting parties addressed to the other contracting party, by which provided fulfilment the conditions laid down by law, is an agreement cancelled. This is an exception from the general principle, that the contracts should be observed. The basic rule, which is included in the Czech Commercial code is that the parties could withdraw from the contract, if it establishes law or a contract. The main reason which leads to...

Accidents at work and occupational diseases

This rigorous thesis deals with the issue of accidents at work and occupational diseases, that may arise in employment relationship, and the related liability of the employer for damages and non - pecuniary damage, including the possibility of his liberation. The thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical aspects of liability in labor law and further discusses the obligation of employer liability insurance in case of accidents at work and occupational diseases. The second chapter is dedicated to the obligation of prevention in labor relations. The third chapter discusses the basic signs of accident at work and occupational disease, including the employer's practical procedures and statitical data for 2018. There are also described specific cases of accidents, which are analyzed whether it is a accident at work or not. The fourth chapter deals with the extent of damages and non pecuniary damage and the possibilities of waiver of compensation. In addition to the three basic assumptions of the employer's obligation to compensate for damage and non - pecuniary damage, which is an accident at work and occupational disease, damage and non - pecuniary damage and a casual link between them, the author adds yet another assumption, which is the existence of an employment...

Design of industrial drying

This thesis deals with the constructional design of the industry dryer meant for the production of the current and voltage transformers of the KPB Intra s.r.o. company. The basic theory of the drying and the heat balance of the dryer are processed in this thesis, and also the brief overview of the constructional solutions of the industry dryers and their usage. In detail it focuses on the constructional possibilities of the chosen dryer for the given application. Essential parts of the thesis are the constructional calculations for the power determination of the ventilator, heating units, condensational units, the exchanger, engine with transmission and the calculations for the mechanism dimensioning of the shelf adjusting, clamping case and the springs for the chain stretching. Last but not least it consists of the technical-economical evaluation of the suggested solution and its risk analysis. Drawing documentation, 3D model and the animation of its moving components form also the part of this thesis.
