Bridge on the I/11 road
Jedlička, Martin ; Pachl, Radek (referee) ; Panáček, Josef (advisor)
Aim of this thesis is to design a concrete road bridge over a Neborůvka stream and surrounding valley. This bridge is a part of I/11 road. Three preliminary designs with focus on girder bridge solution were made. As a most suitable variant was chosen two gilder beams variant. For this variant was made a static calculation concerning TDA. This design was made according EC. As a construction method was chosen classic construction with falsework. Design was made in Midas Civil and Dlubal RFEM calculation software. As a next step a drawing documentation was made as well as construction time plan and bridge visualization.
Design of a railway beam bridge
Jedlička, Martin ; Panáček, Josef (referee) ; Nečas, Radim (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a monorail concrete bridge. Focus will be put to design several preliminary versions of a girder bridge. There will be chosen one variant which will be examined more. I will make an assessment and comparison of this variant from concrete and prestressed concrete. As a result of this assessment I will choose the variant which is more convenient and make drawings documentation. The bridge is situated nearby city of Velké Pavlovice in the South Moravia. The rail is a monorail number 255 from Hodonín to Zaječí. The bridge goes over the Trkmanka brook. Calculation of inner forces is made in SCIA Engineer 2012 program. Design is made according EC standarts.
The issues of juvenile criminal justice
Jedlička, Martin ; Hořák, Jaromír (advisor) ; Beranová, Andrea (referee)
The submitted thesis deals with problems of juvenile justice. The emphasis is put on the Czech legislation, represented primarily by the special Act No. 218/2003 Coll., on the liability of youth and juvenile justice and on the amendment of some laws (Act on Juvenile Justice), which contains a substantive law part and a procedural law part. I chose this division for the thesis as well. The aim of the thesis is to identify, to review and to carry out an analysis of the Czech legislation and to point out its contention parts. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals mainly with the historical development of juvenile justice in our territory in the last 100 years and general aspects of the Act on Juvenile Justice. A separate chapter of the first part is about the concept of restorative justice, its use in the Czech legislation, but also in documents, directives and resolutions at the European level and United Nation level. The second part is focused on selected aspects of substantive law regulation, such as minimum age of criminal responsibility, mental and moral maturity, moral development of children, measures imposed on youth and relationships between these measures. In the last part I deal with selected aspects of procedural law, including the role of the Probation and Mediation...
Relation between dynamic strength training and insuline resistence
Jedlička, Martin ; Štich, Vladimír (advisor)
Insuline resistance was described by Reaven as an early causation of metabolic syndrom. Nowadays many specialists use for this disease term Syndrom of Insuline Resistance. For this illness is typical the postreceptor resistance mainly manifested in muscles, liver and fat tissue. What is the main reason of etiology IR is still the subject of many studies. The fact is, that the epidemy of this disease is closely connected with low physical activity and growth of obesity. Appropriate election of training load affects the basic problem-hyperglycemia (especially postprandial). The absention of motional activity reduces the sensitivity of insuline receptors for the third or half. On the contrary- well used motional activity increase this sensitivity. Dynamic strength training raises the portion of muscles mass and proportional growth of insuline receptors. The best results provides complex therapy which includes physical activity, dietologic intervention and restrict of nourishment.

Comparison of alternative lift operation design using simulation
Jedlička, Martin ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor) ; Fiřtová, Lenka (referee)
The topic of this thesis is vertical transportation where multiple elevators are controlled by group traffic control. The elevators controlled by group traffic control are coordinated in order to work more efficiently than elevators that are only physically placed next to each other. The objective of this thesis is creation of a program, which allows modelling of operation of a lift triplex situated in Rajská building in Žižkov campus of the University of Economics in Prague. Applied method is discrete simulation performed in R software. Created script allows simulation of operation of elevators according to several described algorithms and subsequent comparison of their influence on the performance of the system. Using simulations the most suitable group traffic control is found and it is shown that shared memory used for cooperating units positively influence the service.
