Vliv aplikace plazmatem aktivované vody na půdní strukturu
Jedlička, Jan
Progress can not be stopped even in agriculture, new techniques and technologies are applied and also interconnected with new specializations. In addition, alternative sources for fertilizers and plant protection products are being researched. Recently, the possibility of using plasma-activated water (PAW) in crop production as a source of nitrogen, along with fungicidal and bactericidal effects have been pointed out. For the time being, however, there is no verified effect on soil properties. This work aimed to verify the effect of PAW application on the soil structure, or water resistance of soil aggregates. The values of two types of PAW (PAW-AC, PAW-DBD) were assessed against the control (distilled water). The container experiment was administered in the form of gradual watering of the soil in flower pots and gradual termination in 5 terms (1st term 525 ml, 2nd term 825 ml, 3rd term 1125 ml, 4th term 1425 ml, 5th term 1725 ml). Soil samples were taken from the flowerpots in 3 layers (Top, Center, Bottom) to verify the potential accumulation of fluid efficiency in some parts of the container. From the comparison of two variants of plasma-activated water (PAW-AC and PAW-DBD) with the control (distilled water), it can be seen that neither variant of PAW violates the stability of soil aggregates and therefore the soil structure. Based on the pilot experiment, it would be possible to state that the application of PAW does not worsen the condition of the soil structure and could become part of agricultural management without affecting this property. However, further experiments with other soil types are needed.
Legal regulation of the activities of banks
Jedlička, Jan ; Kotáb, Petr (advisor) ; Kohajda, Michael (referee)
The subject matter of this thesis is a treatise on legal regulation of bank activities. I have chosen this topic for its recency in a connection with global financial crisis and also in a connection with application of new European legislation in the field of bank regulation. Activities of banks belong among one of the most regulated market areas because eventual failures of banks are very dangerous not only for a functioning of the bank system but also for a huge amount of other subjects dependent on proper financial factoring. An importance of bank regulation is also given by a large amount of depositors who have their money deposited with the bank and who can lose their funds in the case of a failure of the bank unless the institutes of the financial safety net will provide compensation. Regulatory rules impact on banks already in the phase of their origin. There are strict conditions for an obtaining of the bank license from a reason of a prevention of an entry of unhealthy business subjects to bank market to avoid problems prior to their creation. An exit from bank market is also regulated in the form of a different legal regulation of insolvency and liquidation of the bank. The thesis is divided into eleven chapters which are divided into several subsequent subchapters. The thesis starts with...
Integration and automation of deployment of updated load testing modules
Jedlička, Jakub ; Člupek, Vlastimil (referee) ; Šeda, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis focuses on performance testing using JMeter and developing modules for denial of service (DoS) attacks. The thesis first deals with the theory, where performance testing is described, the tools used for this type of testing and finally the types of DoS attacks. The practical part starts with the migration of the operating system of the load tester on which the testing was performed. It also describes the upgrade of the JMeter tool from version 4.0 to version 5.5, updating the custom add-on modules and fixing bugs in modules so that the modules can be used without errors with the JMeter tool in version 5.5. The updated JMeter tool and custom add-on modules are uploaded to the load tester. For future updates, automation scripts are created to update the system packages of the load tester, updating both the custom add-on modules and the JMeter tool. The module extensions that have been made to increase the scope of the tests are then discussed. These extensions add mainly link layer parameters and support for IPv6. The final section describes the newly created parts of the DDoS module. The new parts of the module extend the capabilities of testing web applications using multiple IP addresses or testing using slow attacks.
Application of Management Control System in a Business
Jedlička, Jiří ; Kopřiva, Jan (referee) ; Žižlavský, Ondřej (advisor)
The master’s thesis is focused on the introduction of the management control system as a support of the management system in DIAM, s. r. o. Theoretical part defines basic concepts of management control system, its types and methods and describes selected management control system tools. The analytical part deals with the introduction of DIAM, s. r. o., the approximation of the current management system, the evaluation of the current level of use of management control system and the detection of its significant shortcomings. Based on the analyses, the project part proposes the implementation of management control system into the company.
Analysis of long-term changes of vegetation indices
Beránková, Petra ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Jedlička, Jan (referee)
The work deals with the issue of research of long-term changes of vegetation indices concretely indices NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index). The first part is devoted to detailed analysis of domestic and foreign literature, which deals with the calculation and interpretation of vegetation indices values. The main theme of this work is to explore relation between temperature and NDVI changes and precipitation and NDVI changes over the period 1982-2006. These connections are examined using correlation and regression analysis. Attention is concentrated to the Czech Republic, Central Europe and Finland. The average value of NDVI in Central Europe increased over the study period of 0,0012 per year. The average value of NDVI in Czech Republic increased of 0,0014 per year. On the territory of the Czech Republic increased the value of NDVI in three seasons (spring, autumn and winter). In the summer, in some areas, decreased NDVI values. Correlation coefficients between NDVI and temperature and NDVI and precipitation appeared consistently the highest in the spring. Keywords: NDVI, vegetation indices, temperature, precipitation, Central Europe, Czech Republic
Monitoring of agricultural land by using the satellite high temporal resolution data in Czechia
Oubrechtová, Veronika ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Jedlička, Jan (referee)
Monitoring of agricultural land by using the satellite high temporal resolution data in Czechia Abstract This Bachelor thesis deals with the usage of the satellite high temporal resolution data in the field of agriculture. Our faculty gains these satellite data from satellite ENVISAT, concretely from spectometer MERIS. The first half of the work contains the theoretical elaboration of remote sensing and electromagnetic radiation and its interaction with land surface. The spectral reflectance of agricultural land and the vegetation index are analyzed in the second part of the work. Keywords: remote sensing, spectral reflectance, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, MERIS
Evaluation of forest calamites using the remote sensing data
Chrást, Josef ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Jedlička, Jan (referee)
Evaluation of forest calamities using the remote sensing data Abstract The objective of this paper is to evaluate possibilities of medium-spatial resolution satellite data assimilation for monitoring of the forest disturbances. The aim of the study is to monitore the bark beetle outbreak in the Šumava Mountains. For this purpose were used eight MERIS scenes from 2002 to 2009. Spectral response of the damaged spruce stands has been analyzed on the based of the values of selected vegetation indices (NDVI, LAI, LAI.Cab, fCover, fAPAR and three newly defined indices) and their temporal progress. The results were compared with values for healthy forests. The values of spectral indices have shown the ability of data MERIS to monitor forest disturbances at regionale scale.
User Interface for HDR Tone Mapping System
Jedlička, Jan ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Čadík, Martin (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to improve graphical user interface of Tone Mapping Studio(TMS) program. This program is being developed on the Faculty of Information Technology(FIT), Brno University of Technology (BUT) by doc. Ing. Martin Čadík, PhD. The current program is using framework Qt3 , which is old and not compatible with modern libraries. This program has to be rewritten to support current version Qt5. I will analyze other programs in the area of working with High Dynamic Range (HDR) images and video. Changes for improving the interface will be proposed and UX tests will be done. Second part will consist of comparing plug-ins for converting images to grayscale that already exists in TMS.
